Abstract

The Open Unemployment Rate (OER) in Indonesia decreased in February 2024 to 4.82%, showing an improvement compared to February 2023. Despite the decline in TPT, there are still regions with TPT reaching 7.02%, which could potentially lead to negative consequences such as increased crime. Efforts to address TPT include increasing economic growth, developing the quality of education and training. This research utilises clustering in data mining. The number of clusters formed was 3 clusters with a DBI value of -1.685. This study uses K-Medoids clustering to group 38 provinces based on TPT. Of the 38 data, there is incomplete data so preprocessing is done using the "filter example" operator in rapidminer to eliminate incomplete data so that there are 34 data that will be used in this study (after preprocessing). The results show 4 provinces with the highest TPT (Riau Islands, DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten) with a percentage of 11.76%.

Abstract

The development of a technology has the aim of increasing the productivity and effectiveness of users both from human resources and organizations / businesses. The Animal Clinic at the Sumbawa Livestock Service Office is an agency engaged in serving the community in caring for the health of livestock or pets. The development of the Sumbawa District Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service clinic information system uses one of the methods that is part of the System Development Life Cycle (CDLC), namely Rapid Application Development (RAD) as a software development method that emphasizes development methods in a short and fast time cycle because the initial stage of development with the aim or discussion to determine user needs. Data collection is carried out by observing and analyzing the service process and making the manual recording process carried out into computerized so as to make it easier for the clinic to serve consumers and the community. The system design used is UML design which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The system testing solution is using black box texting. and can be used as input for the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of Sumbawa Regency for the management of data and information on animal health services.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) merupakan salah satu inovasi digital yang bertujuan untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang tertib, efisien, dan berbasis data. Namun, pemanfaatan SID di banyak desa, termasuk Desa Marga Karya, Kecamatn Moyo Hulu Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat, masih belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, terutama operator desa yang belum memiliki keterampilan teknis memadai dalam pengoperasian sistem tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas operator desa melalui pelatihan teknis pengelolaan SID guna mendukung terciptanya administrasi pemerintahan desa yang lebih tertib dan akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan secara tatap muka, praktik langsung, simulasi studi kasus, serta pendampingan teknis pascapelatihan. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan fitur SID, input data kependudukan, pengelolaan administrasi pelayanan, serta pengolahan laporan berbasis sistem. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan operator desa dalam mengoperasikan SID, yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil evaluasi dan keaktifan peserta dalam praktik lapangan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi secara nyata dalam memperkuat tata kelola administrasi desa berbasis teknologi informasi serta membangun kemandirian perangkat desa dalam memanfaatkan SID secara berkelanjutan. Ke depan, pelatihan semacam ini perlu diperluas ke desa-desa lain sebagai bentuk penguatan digitalisasi pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a tourism system in Sumbawa Regency. In this research is using a qualitative approach that used model of rapid application development (RAD) for system development life circle (SDLC) method. Overall the first stage is system planning, next stage is analyzing tourism data and information that would be presented on web and android technology based. In addition, for users interface display is the attractive database design. The final stage is coding the system and produce a prototype for the implementation which is presenting on the web pages and google play store for android smartphones. The system presented could be used for evaluation, monitoring and facilitating of tourism transaction and promotion processes in Sumbawa Regency.
