Abstract

The development of information technology and the digital world is currently very rapid in all fields that can help humans complete various activities. With computer technology, all human data processing and storage activities become very easy, fast, and automatic. The Aikmel Sub-District Office, in managing inventory of goods, still uses manual methods, making it troublesome for employees to recap data on goods as assets. In this study, the development of the Goods Inventory Information System application by the functional requirements that facilitate employees of the Aikmel Sub-District Office in managing the data of goods. Applications were developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and MySQL database with Xampp service. This application can facilitate inventory data management and record incoming and outgoing goods. In addition, employees can easily recap data on incoming and outgoing goods quickly and automatically.

Abstract

Pada umumnya abon ikan biasanya diproduksi secara manual dengan proses dibuat dari suwiran dan penirisan minyaknya kurang efisien. Pentingnya teknologi tepat guna tersebut diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi makanan olahan ikan bandeng. Program penerapan teknologi tepat guna diharapkan menghasilkan produksi ikan bandeng meningkat dan pendapatan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan teknologi produksi olahan ikan bandeng yang dimulai dari mengindentifikasi kebutuhan mitra terkait operasional produksinya, merancang dan membuat mesin, melakukan pengujian terhadap mesin yang dibuat, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu dapat membantu kreativitas dan inovaasi olahan ikan bandeng menjadi olahan abon secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pendapatan kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi.

Abstract

This study aims to design a hand sanitizer and automated portal based on the NodeMCU microcontroller using an infrared sensor. This study uses the development model developed by Borg and Gall. The development procedure includes the exploration and product testing stages. The results of the development obtained a tool in the form of a hand sanitizer and an automated portal based on the NodeMCU microcontroller using an infrared sensor to prevent the spread of virus in West Sumbawa Regency. The trial of using the product was carried out in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Brang Rea. The trial was carried out twice, namely the initial field trial with 10 test subjects by the teacher and the final field trial with 20 student test subjects. Initial trials obtained assessment data on media/products, namely 62 of the maximum number of assessments of 69 with a percentage of 89.2% which stated that the hand sanitizer product and the NodeMCU microcontroller-based automated portal using infrared sensors were feasible to be used as a tool to prevent the spread of virus in West Sumbawa Regency. The final trial obtained data on student assessment of the product, namely 154 of the maximum number of assessments of 171 with a percentage of 90.1% which was categorized as suitable for use. These results indicate that the design of the Hand Sanitaizer and automatic portal based on the nodemCU microcontroller is feasible to be used as a product/media to prevent the spread of virus in West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Metode umum yang digunakan dalam menguji kapasitas baterai adalah dengan menggunakan Constant Current Discharger. Metode ini akan menarik arus baterai secara konstan sehingga nilai arus yang ditarik dari baterai akan selalu bernilai tetap walaupun tegangan baterai berkurang. Salah satu manfaat dari penerapan metode ini adalah dapat menentukan nilai kapasitas baterai dengan tepat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan beberapa komponen untuk mencapai arus yang konstan yaitu MOSFET sebagai perangkat switch, Resistor Shunt sebagai sensor arus, dan Op-Amp sebagai perangkat komparator yang akan membandingkan nilai pembacaan arus berupa tegangan pada sisi resistor shunt yang dihubungkan pada pin negatif Op-Amp dengan tegangan referensi yang diberikan pada pin positif Op-Amp. Rangkaian ini berhasil mendischarge baterai lithium 3000mAh dengan arus yang konstan sebesar 1.5A.

Abstract

Preheating is carried out by heating around the welding point, before welding begins, which is called the preheating temperature. Stabilizing the sample temperature before welding is intended to carry out preheating to prevent damage and defects during and after welding. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of preheating temperature on the hardness value of SMAW welding results on the hardness test on Hardok 450 steel. The welding carried out was the SMAW method on Hardok 450 steel using a 60? V seam connection. The preating temperatures used in this research were 200?C, 300?C and 400?C. The results of SMAW welding are subjected to hardness testing. From the results of the hardness testing, the hardness value increases as the preheating temperature increases. The lowest hardness value was obtained at a temperature of 200?C with an average hardness value of 68.2 HRC in the HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) area and an average value for weld metal of 64.6 HRC. Meanwhile, the highest hardness value was obtained at a temperature of 400?C, the average hardness value was 77.8 HRC in the HAZ area, while the hardness value for weld metal was 67.3 HRC

Abstract

When renewable fuel energy is running out, many academics and practitioners are starting to try to make alternative fuels that come from renewable resources. To reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, this is very important to do, one of the renewable energies that has great potential in Indonesia in biomass. Biomass energy includes livestock, plantations, wood, and industrial and household organic materials. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of briquettes mixed with palm fruit and bamboo sticks. The best composition of a mixture of palm fruit and bamboo stems in this research was in sample 5 a mixture of 25% palm fruit : 65% bamboo stem with 10% adhesive had a water content of 11.17%, ash content of 57.59%, volatile matter content of 19.62%, bound carbon content 48.73% and heating value 4.288 cal/g.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) merupakan salah satu inovasi digital yang bertujuan untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang tertib, efisien, dan berbasis data. Namun, pemanfaatan SID di banyak desa, termasuk Desa Marga Karya, Kecamatn Moyo Hulu Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat, masih belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, terutama operator desa yang belum memiliki keterampilan teknis memadai dalam pengoperasian sistem tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas operator desa melalui pelatihan teknis pengelolaan SID guna mendukung terciptanya administrasi pemerintahan desa yang lebih tertib dan akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan secara tatap muka, praktik langsung, simulasi studi kasus, serta pendampingan teknis pascapelatihan. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan fitur SID, input data kependudukan, pengelolaan administrasi pelayanan, serta pengolahan laporan berbasis sistem. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan operator desa dalam mengoperasikan SID, yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil evaluasi dan keaktifan peserta dalam praktik lapangan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi secara nyata dalam memperkuat tata kelola administrasi desa berbasis teknologi informasi serta membangun kemandirian perangkat desa dalam memanfaatkan SID secara berkelanjutan. Ke depan, pelatihan semacam ini perlu diperluas ke desa-desa lain sebagai bentuk penguatan digitalisasi pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

West Sumbawa Regency is one of the regencies on Sumbawa Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Tourism is a popular activity; most people use it to fill their free time amid their busy lives. Tourism is vital in driving national economic growth because it is one of the development sectors that can spur economic growth in a region. The impact of current technological advances has resulted in all types of information being presented online. The West Sumbawa Regency Government has problems and difficulties conveying information about existing tourism because there are no information media that the public can easily access. Currently, West Sumbawa Regency does not have a tourist route search application that tourists use as an alternative to finding travel routes by tourists. Based on these conditions, media is needed to find tourist routes and a medium for promoting tourism and its products to tourists. It can make it easier for tourists to find the shortest route to a more efficient tourist spot. In addition, local government and tourism industry entrepreneurs are used as media to promote tourist attractions and their products and tourist needs. A tourist route database was developed using the waterfall method, PHP programming, and the MySQL database as a database management system (DBMS). The results are a tourist destination route database and a website-based tourism information service expected to make it easier for the public to obtain information about tourist routes in West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan menjadi tantangan utama dalam mengurangi dampak pencemaran udara. Insinerator merupakan alat yang umum digunakan untuk mengolah sampah, tetapi emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan dapat mencemari lingkungan jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodifikasi sistem penyaringan asap pada insinerator sampah agar lebih ramah lingkungan dengan mengoptimalkan penyerapan gas berbahaya. Modifikasi yang dilakukan mencakup pemasangan filter air flow untuk menyerap gas beracun seperti karbon monoksida (CO), karbon dioksida (CO?), PM2.5, dan PM10. Selain itu, ditambahkan sistem penyemprot air (mist sprayer) untuk menangkap partikel halus yang tersisa. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan kualitas udara sebelum dan sesudah modifikasi menggunakan alat pengukur emisi gas buang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyaringan yang dimodifikasi mampu mengurangi emisi CO? hingga 33,33%, dan PM2.5 turun menjadi 50 µg/m³, di bawah batas standar kualitas udara. Modifikasi ini juga mempercepat proses pembakaran sampah basah dan kering sebesar 30 menit. Dengan adanya inovasi ini, insinerator sampah dapat beroperasi lebih ramah lingkungan dan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a disease whose main cause is complications of diabetes mellitus. High levels of sugar in the blood (glucose) are caused by the pancreas' inability to produce insulin. Prevention of diabetic retinopathy and blindness by carrying out examinations at an early stage and doing them regularly. Currently, doctors still carry out examinations manually so they are prone to errors in examinations. This research aims to build an application to diagnose Diabetic Retinopathy in order to facilitate the work of the medical team and doctors at the eye clinic. In the application creation process, MATLAB is used, while feature extraction uses GLCM and for classification, SVM is used. The results of the research are that doctors and medical teams are helped in carrying out manual patient diagnoses and reduce the occurrence of human error.
