Abstract

Persaingan yang ketat di antara para pesaing adalah penyebab ketidakstabilan data kunjungan shopee. Oleh karena itu, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan dari beberapa unsur yang berdampak atas perubahan omset penjualan di marketplace digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel independen dan dependen yang dihadirkan adalah Promosi (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) sebagai variabel independen dan omset penjualan (Y) variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini. Sampel diambil secara sampling jenuh sehingga semua bagian populasi masuk ke dalam sampel. Variabel Promosi (X1) memiliki nilai sig sebesar sig 0,12 < 0,05 yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Omset Penjualan (Y) Pasar Shopee. Penelitian Tingkat Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Omset Penjualan menghasilkan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Omset penjualan (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine how public satisfaction at the Social Service Office of East Java Province is influenced by service quality. A quantitative strategy involving the investigation of hypotheses related to public satisfaction and service quality is the research technique used. The sample, consisting of 35 respondents, represents the research population, which includes individuals receiving assistance from the Social Service Office of East Java Province. A questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, free from heteroskedasticity, multicollinearity, and normally distributed, is the research tool used. Data were tested using standard linear regression techniques in SPSS 29.0.2.0. The equation Y = 7.669 + 0.765X was obtained using basic linear regression analysis. The research results reveal that high-quality services significantly affect public satisfaction. The determination coefficient of 63.4% indicates that although other factors influence the remaining percentage, service quality impacts public satisfaction. This suggests that the better the service quality, the higher the public satisfaction provided. Therefore, to consistently improve the level of public satisfaction, the Social Service Office of East Java Province must continuously enhance its service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai platform promosi oleh Staffee.ca Bouquet Sidoarjo, dengan fokus pada strategi, dampak, dan tantangannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana Staffee.ca memanfaatkan Instagram untuk mempromosikan produknya, khususnya rangkaian bunga, ke khalayak yang lebih luas. Studi ini mengadopsi paradigma konstruktivis untuk mendalami aktivitas promosi yang dilakukan di Instagram, menekankan penggunaan konten visual, komunikasi bilingual, dan strategi keterlibatan. Melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumentasi, wawasan dikumpulkan tentang bagaimana Staffee.ca menavigasi dinamika Instagram untuk meningkatkan visibilitas merek dan keterlibatan konsumen. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya presentasi estetika yang konsisten, pembuatan konten inovatif, dan komunikasi interaktif dalam memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai alat promosi yang ampuh untuk usaha kecil di industri bunga.

Abstract

The hijab industry in Indonesia is experiencing a very rapid growth rate, a phenomenon driven by the increasing number of Muslim women and the development of hijab fashion trends that continue to transform in line with social and cultural dynamics. Jasmine Hijab, as one of the leading hijab brands in Indonesia, utilizes digital marketing strategies as the main instrument to boost sales, with the implementation of techniques such as live streaming and flash sale which are an integral part of their approach. This research targets to oversee an in-depth research of the efficacy of live streaming and flash sale techniques on Jasmine Hijab sales through a qualitative approach. The outcome of this examination reveal that there is a compelling diversity in efficacy between live streaming and flash sale in increasing Jasmine Hijab sales. The benefaction of this survey is in the deeper understanding of how digital marketing strategies influence hijab sales in Indonesia, seen from the customer perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of influencers and brand ambassadors on generation Z purchasing decisions on marketplaces in Surabaya. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25 software. Validity and reliability tests were carried out first to ensure the research instrument met the required criteria. Next, regression analysis is used to test the simultaneous influence of the independent variables (Influencer and Brand Ambassador) on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). Using SPSS 25 software with a sample size of 32 respondents. The population in this study were employees of PT. Greentech Asia Sejahtera by sampling using Saturated Samples. The results of this research are influencers and brand ambassadors on generation Z purchasing decisions on the marketplace in Surabaya. The Influencer (X1) and Brand Ambassador (X2) variables simultaneously influence the Purchasing Decision variable (Y), the magnitude of the influence is 30% and the remaining 70% is caused by other variables.

Abstract

The creative industry is now being focused on by the government as one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy. The mission of the creative industry, among others, is to optimize the development and preservation of local resources that are competitive, dynamic, and sustainable. Local cultural wisdom and abundant natural potential make the growth of the nation's economic support sectors can develop rapidly. The development strategy of local wisdom-based creative industries to support the tourism industry in Nganjuk Regency, especially in the context of the Batik and Ecoprint Center, requires an integrated approach between strengthening local capacity, promotion, and collaboration with the tourism sector. Where tourism activities can be defined by three factors, namely there must be something to see, something to do and something to buy. By implementing these strategies, batik and ecoprint industry centers can not only reach a wider market but also contribute to sustainability goals and become attractive and responsible tourism destinations. The strategy of grouping industries into centers, or clusters, can remain effective to attract markets and support sustainable tourism destinations, especially for industries such as batik and ecoprint, if done appropriately. It also requires the role of the triple helix of government, academia and the business world itself. This triple helix development model will answer the problems faced by the business world, in this case the Batik Center and the Griya Batik Sri Rahayu Ecoprint.
