Abstract

This research aims to test the influence between variables so that a level of accuracy can be achieved for PT employees. Surya Tangerang Branch. As non-permanent employees, the number of non-permanent employees in 2023 will be 62% of the total number of permanent employees. The turnover rate for non-permanent employees will reach 10.9% or as many as 37 employees in 2023. Factors that influence employee turnover. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is a multivariate analysis technique with 4 research variables, namely Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Turnover, and Employee Performance. From these variables, five hypothesis formulations are used. This data was obtained from primary data directly from respondents through questionnaires distributed to non-permanent employees at the PT company. Surya Tangerang Branch. The number of respondents was 150 people, data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee turnover, while the employee turnover and organizational commitment variables have a significant influence on employee performance, while the job satisfaction variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Suggestions for companies to continue providing training and skills regularly. For researchers to be able to add several variables to their research.

This study aims to explore: 1) the implementation of human resource management (HRM) in achieving the institutional vision at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang for the academic year 2020/2021, 2) the supporting and hindering factors in HRM implementation towards achieving the vision, and 3) solutions applied to address obstacles in HRM implementation to support institutional goals. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Findings indicate that: 1) HRM implementation at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang to achieve the institutional vision was carried out in stages, including planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, evaluation, and supervision. 2) Supporting and hindering factors in HRM implementation include coordination challenges in planning during the pandemic, lack of qualified candidates during recruitment, time constraints in training and development, insufficient scheduled evaluation periods, and the absence of continuous oversight due to the lack of a dedicated supervisory team from the school. 3) Solutions to these obstacles involve enhancing coordination between the Director, head of the school, and other relevant authorities in aspects of planning, placement, human resource development, and scheduling synchronization for performance evaluation and supervision.

Abstract

Tax revenue is a vital instrument for a country's economic development. However, low levels of taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations remain a persistent challenge. Several factors may influence this behavior, including taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, the extent of tax socialization, tax knowledge, and the quality of tax services. This study employs bibliometric analysis to systematically map the landscape of tax compliance research. VOSviewer software is utilized for its efficiency and safety in managing extensive bibliographic data and its ability to generate insightful visualizations. The analysis produces an overlay visualization that highlights the temporal distribution of keywords, as well as a density visualization that reveals the concentration of research efforts in various thematic areas. The findings indicate that tax compliance is still a broad and evolving research topic with significant potential for further investigation.

Abstract

The phenomenon of marine mammal stranding is a complex conservation issue, with species identification often hindered by degraded carcass conditions. This research aimed to identify the species of a stranded marine mammal found in the waters of Aceh Jaya, Indonesia, using both morphological and molecular approaches. Fieldwork was conducted from August 2023 to January 2024 at Ketapang Beach, Krueng Sabee, Aceh Jaya. Initial morphological identification, based on observed physical characteristics and existing literature, showed consistency with Kogia breviceps. However, severe specimen degradation prevented accurate identification of several key features (gills and body color), highlighting the inherent limitations of morphological methods for degraded carcasses. To overcome these limitations, molecular identification was performed. Tissue samples were subjected to DNA extraction using the DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit, followed by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification of the mitochondrial Control Region (D-loop) gene using L15812/H16498 primers. Agarose gel electrophoresis confirmed successful amplification of a 523 bp target DNA fragment, although a smear indicating degradation was observed. DNA sequencing was subsequently performed and analyzed using MEGA 11 software and the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) algorithm against the NCBI GenBank database. BLAST analysis definitively identified the stranded marine mammal as Kogia breviceps, with a Query Cover of 93-95% and Percent Identity of 98.80-99.32% compared to reference sequences. This study concludes that molecular identification is crucial and accurate for species determination of degraded stranded marine mammals. This research recommends strengthening national stranding response protocols to include molecular sampling and enhancing genetic laboratory capacity to support marine mammal conservation efforts in Indonesia

This study uses a quantitative approach, with a research sample of 107 respondents. The results of this study show that, partially, the Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 2.972 > ttable 1.983, Training (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 2.847 > ttable 1.983, Career Development (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 12.678 > ttable 1.983. The results of the study show that, simultaneously, Organizational Culture (X1), Training (X2), and Career Development (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with an Fcount of 84.506 > Ftable 2.69. With the multiple regression equation value Y = 21.254 + 0.054 + 0.047 + 0.177 and a coefficient of determination of 71.1%, the remainder is influenced by other factors not studied.   Keywords: Organizational Culture, Training, Career Development, Employee  Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work quality, work supervision, and the work environment on employee productivity at PT Premink Abadi Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, where the study population is all 145 employees of PT Premink Abadi Indonesia, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests with the help of SPSS version 22. The results show that partially, work quality has a significant effect on employee productivity with a calculated t value of 7.106 > t table 1.983 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, while work supervision has a positive but insignificant effect with a calculated t value of 1.890 < t table 1.983 and a sig. 0.062 > 0.05. The work environment significantly influences employee productivity, with a calculated t-value of 2.678 > t-table value of 1.983 and a significance level of 0.009 < 0.05. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a calculated F-value of 100.118 > F-table value of 2.69 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study indicates that improving work quality, effective work supervision, and a conducive work environment can collectively increase employee productivity at PT Premink Abadi Indonesia.   Keywords: Work Quality, Work Supervision, Work Environment, Productivity, Employees
