Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for marketing micro credit at Bank BTPN. Identifying the applied micro credit marketing strategy. Identifying strategies to win the microcredit competition. The research method used is the mix method combining qualitative and quantitative. The population is Regional Business Sales Support Manager, Regional Credit Manager, Business Area Leader, Branch Manager, all of whom are in the Tangerang region. The conclusion in the analysis of the micro credit strategy set at Bank BTPN Tangerang Region is that the micro credit marketing development strategy is carried out by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, using a SWOT analysis. Identification of threats, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities regarding microcredit marketing at Bank BTPN Tangerang Region. Being able to develop the business according to the SWOT analysis, Bank BTPN as a people's business partner, has four strategies that are weighted according to the highest score. SO (strength-opportunity) strategy (1). Expanding the regional market network by utilizing branch networks in the regions (2). Developing products and services based on digital technology, for new customers and prospective customers, Btpn launched the Genius digital application and btpn WOW

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze quality of human resources, wages, population growth, and the labor force on employment opportunities in West Nusa Tenggara Province either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative approach using time series secondary data with a period of 8 years, namely 2015-2022. The dependent research variable is Job Opportunity (Y) Independent variables namely, quality of human resources (X1), wages (X2), and labor force (X3). Data collection through a documentation study, the collected data were analyzed with multiple linear regression, then tested using the T-test, namely that workforce (X3) have no significant effect on Job Opportunities. Meanwhile, the variables Quality of Human Resources (X2) and Wages (X3) have a significant effect on Job Opportunities in Banten Province. while the F-test simultaneously shows that Quality of Human Resources, Wages, the labor force have a significant effect on Employment Opportunities in the Province of Banten. This conclusion has shown that employment opportunities, and the impact of i fluctuations are caused by a slowdown in the export sector, and also a slowdown in investment growth. Labor force growth does not affect employment opportunities. Because the increase in population is not balanced with infrastructure, and investment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the management functions at PT Mahkota Abadi in Bogor, and to analyze the functions of sharia financial management at PT Mahkota Abadi in Bogor. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach, research data is obtained from primary data, namely sources in the company which include managers, department heads and company employees, secondary data comes from company data or financial reports. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that PT Mahkota Abadi implements management functions well in the company, as seen in the performance of its employees who already understand their duties and responsibilities, as well as financial planning made by the heads of each division in detail and thoroughly in accordance with operational needs. company. And have social responsibility in the form of providing assistance to the surrounding community, while running the company, do not do anything that is contrary to the rules and principles of sharia, for example actions that can harm other parties or usury in financial transactions but are carried out fairly and honestly, so that in transactions both parties parties gain benefits.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence between variables so that a level of accuracy can be achieved for PT employees. Surya Tangerang Branch. As non-permanent employees, the number of non-permanent employees in 2023 will be 62% of the total number of permanent employees. The turnover rate for non-permanent employees will reach 10.9% or as many as 37 employees in 2023. Factors that influence employee turnover. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is a multivariate analysis technique with 4 research variables, namely Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Turnover, and Employee Performance. From these variables, five hypothesis formulations are used. This data was obtained from primary data directly from respondents through questionnaires distributed to non-permanent employees at the PT company. Surya Tangerang Branch. The number of respondents was 150 people, data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee turnover, while the employee turnover and organizational commitment variables have a significant influence on employee performance, while the job satisfaction variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Suggestions for companies to continue providing training and skills regularly. For researchers to be able to add several variables to their research.

Abstract

This study aims to explore: 1) the implementation of human resource management (HRM) in achieving the institutional vision at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang for the academic year 2020/2021, 2) the supporting and hindering factors in HRM implementation towards achieving the vision, and 3) solutions applied to address obstacles in HRM implementation to support institutional goals. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Findings indicate that: 1) HRM implementation at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang to achieve the institutional vision was carried out in stages, including planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, evaluation, and supervision. 2) Supporting and hindering factors in HRM implementation include coordination challenges in planning during the pandemic, lack of qualified candidates during recruitment, time constraints in training and development, insufficient scheduled evaluation periods, and the absence of continuous oversight due to the lack of a dedicated supervisory team from the school. 3) Solutions to these obstacles involve enhancing coordination between the Director, head of the school, and other relevant authorities in aspects of planning, placement, human resource development, and scheduling synchronization for performance evaluation and supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tax minimization dan audit tenure terhadap transfer pricing dengan firm size sebagai variabel pemoderasi yang dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang sudah ditentukan dan menghasilkan 23 sampel perusahaan dengan 115 data observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel yang diuji menggunakan software Eviews 12. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel audit tenure yang terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan perusahaan dalam melakukan praktik transfer pricing, sedangkan variabel tax minimization tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan perusahaan dalam melakukan praktik transfer pricing. Firm size mampu menurunkan pengaruh audit tenure terhadap transfer pricing. Firm size tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh tax minimization terhadap transfer pricing. Kata Kunci : Tax Minimization, Audit Tenure, Firm Size, Transfer Pricing

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the human resource management (HRM) strategies implemented to improve employee productivity. The research focuses on key HR elements such as workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance evaluation systems. A qualitative research approach was adopted using data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that well-planned and continuous HRM strategies positively impact employee productivity. Ongoing and relevant training programs, objective performance assessments, and motivational approaches through career development and recognition have been shown to enhance employee morale and efficiency. This study recommends integrating HR strategies with broader organizational goals to develop professional, competent, and competitive human resources.
