Abstract

Supervision of minimum passenger service standards carried out by air transport inspectors aims to ensure safety and adequate service in the aviation industry in accordance with Ministerial Regulation (PM) Number 30 of 2021 which regulates minimum service standards for air transport passengers. Monitoring minimum service standards by air transport inspectors is part of efforts to ensure that airlines comply with the requirements set out in regulations. This research was conducted from January to April 2024. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data analysis technique method can be carried out in four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data collection is reviewed directly through interviews, observations, and documentation at the Surabaya Region III Airport Authority. This research provides results on the role of Air Transport Inspectors in implementing supervision of minimum service standards for air transport passengers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. Air transport inspectors carry out scheduled supervision planned in the work program to ensure the implementation of airline compliance in implementing aviation regulations. The obstacle faced is the inability to carry out continuous monitoring, especially when there is no physical presence at the airport. A mechanism is needed to monitor operations regularly and efficiently. The suitability of airline SOPs to field conditions at the airport also needs to be considered so that operations run efficiently. Good coordination between airlines and increased communication are needed to overcome the impact of these changes.

Abstract

Skripsi ini adalah hasil penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima, (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (sensus) terhadap 30 responden karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Analisis data mengunakan uji regresi linier berganda,uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan 6terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maskapai Wings Air Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Variabel kinerja di pengaruhi variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 68,9% dan sisanya 31,1% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variasi vasiabel dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers play a crucial role in maintaining smooth airport operations by using the Apron Movement Control Information System. The Information System supports the work of AMC officers at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport to organize the planning and arrangement of aircraft movements that will support the creation of operations without obstacles or delays in accordance with flight schedules and all information. This research uses a qualitative approach, data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is tested for validity using triangulation techniques to draw conclusions so that the research results can be accounted for validity and credibility. The results of the study prove that the Information System helps in supporting the operations carried out by the AMC unit. The Information System consists of SIOPSKOM which assists the AMC unit in recording flight data and commercial billing systems for the aeronautical/flight side. Schedule Flight helps the AMC unit in updating the daily schedule and season schedule, it can also be used to create gate placement plans, baggage belt placement plans. Aircraft Turnaround View (ATV) helps the AMC unit in flight operations from take-off to landing of aircraft. Parking Stand Management can assist the AMC unit in determining the aircraft parking lot based on the type of aircraft, gate and for repositioning aircraft parking according to instructions from ground handling. Obstacles in implementing the Information System used by the AMC Unit in this study found system updates that experienced obstacles and obstacles as well as delays in the airline in providing flight schedules and the system has not been fully implemented.

Abstract

Check-in counter merupakan suatu sevice atau pelayanan maskapai Lion Air yang diberikan kepada penumpang pada saat check-in. Pada tempat ini dilakukan pengecekan tiket, pemeriksaan bagasi, pemberian label-label bagasi, pemberian boarding pass kepada penumpang dan pemberian informasi mengenai pembayaran airport tax, lokasi gate dan schedule keberangkatan pesawat yang akan dinaiki. Petugas check-in counter melakukan profiling terhadap bagasi yang dibawah penumpang dan profiling kepada penumpang dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang yang diajukan untuk mendapat informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan prosedur profiling terhadap penumpang dan bagasi serta mengetahui kendala penyelesaian profiling penumpang dan bagasi penumpang di Bandar Udara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari studi kepustakaan, SOP dan foto-foto yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi dan bahan referensi. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Februari-Maret 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prosedur profiling terhadap penumpang telah sesuai dengan SOP, mulai dari menyapa dengan sopan dan senyum kepada penumpang, lalu memeriksa identitas KTP, SIM, Paspor, Visa serta Kartu Pegawai/Mahasisa/Pelajar dan kemudian mencocokan dengan tiket penumpang dan setelah itu petugas memberikan boarding pass. Prosedur profiling bagasi mulai dari survey isi muatan bagasi, lalu menimbang berat bagasi dengan maksimum berat 20 kg untuk kelas ekonomi dan 30 untuk kelas bisnis. Kemudian pelabelan bagasi serta pemberian nomor bagasi (baggage tag number). Kendalanya yaitu kurangnya kesadaran penumpang pada kebijakan dan ketentuan terkait kebijakan bagasi berbayar pada maskapai Lion Air serta adanya ibu hamil yang membawa surat keterangan dokter sudah expired atau lebih dari 7 hari.

Abstract

Work Life Balance merupakan keseimbangan tingkat pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi petugas AMC. Pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi dengan keluarga adalah hal yang paling penting dalam kehidupan petugas AMC, oleh karena itu menyeimbangkan kedua hal ini sangat penting untuk kesejahteraan individu. Pekerjaan dan keluarga dilihat secara situasi dan kondisi pada wilayah atau lingkungan yang berbeda sehingga saling mempengaruhi. Maka pentingnya perusahaan selalu mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan karyawannya sehingga kinerja petugas AMC dapat tercapai denga baik dan memenuhi harapan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Petugas Apron Movement Control (AMC) di Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyediakan data yang dapat diukur dan dianalisis secara statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada petugas AMC di Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus – Sepetember 2024 di Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan analisis menggunakan SPSS v. 25 menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,514 t tabel 1,693 dan skor sig. 0,611 0,05. Maka dapat dinyatakan Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima, yang diartikan bahwa Work Life Balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Petugas AMC di Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan sejauh mana pengaruh variabel Work Life Balance (X) terhadap variabel Kinerja Petugas AMC (Y), diketahui bahwasanya nilai koefisien determinasi yakni -0,023 atau -23%. Ini berarti Work Life Balance tidak memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Petugas AMC. Dengan mengacu kepada hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar telah memberikan dan mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan kepada petugas AMC dan kehidupan pribadi mendukung pekerjaan mereka sehingga kinerja mereka tercapai dengan baik dan mereka memberikan pandangan yang positif.

Abstract

Working following work safety procedures is one of the safety behaviors that must be carried out at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport, to realize the company's goals, it is necessary to have a safety culture that is rooted in the organization or each - each officer. So this study aims to: (1) Determine the influence of safety culture on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo and (2) Find out how much influence safety culture has on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Airport Soemarmo Solo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a total of 33 personnel in the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data obtained was then analyzed using a simple linear regression test, the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study are (1) safety culture has a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo and (2) the influence of safety culture on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at the Airport Adi Soemarmo Solo by 81,6%. Abstract

Situation Awareness is an important factor in influencing someone when making a decision. The AMC unit is carrying out their duties, of course the AMC unit has several obstacles and problems that can affect Situation Awareness of officers, regarding this the unit will provide good service in accordance with existing SOPs. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation and efforts made to increase Situation Awareness at the AMC unit at Wamena Airport. In this research, using a descriptive qualitative in which includes primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this research included the results of observations and interviews conducted at the Wamena Airpor AMC unit. Mainwhile secondary data is taken using indirect data sources such as literature review and previous research references. From the results of this observation is known that the Situation Awareness possessed by AMC officers at Wamena Airport is already at the highest level, specifically level 3, cause officers can properly and effectively understand work situations in the field and in the office, and are able to understand applicable rules and when a problem occurs, they will directly observe and coordinate with other units. What the AMC unit has done in increasing Situation Awareness at Wamena Airport has been good at handling duties and responsibilities. Guidelines for officers in carrying out their duties every day always follow and learn the latest regulations. Even though carrying out their duties with limited facilities, AMC officers are able to provide services in the apron area to the maximum extent possible and of course following established procedures and regulations and being aware of situations that have not yet occurred andare currently occurring. Abstract

Infrastructure development is a process of increasing facilities to support the needs of each user in an environment or institution. In this case the airport infrastructure, especially in the Land Side area, of course always makes progress both in terms of service and functionality to guarantee fulfillment the needs of passengers using air transportation services at each airport. The Land Side area is an area without borders, which is very important to support all the needs of passengers and visitors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely the data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data itself is the data obtained through direct observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data is data obtained based on pre-existing information that was deliberately collected by the author to complement research needs. The results of this study can be concluded that the Development of Land Side Infrastructure at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport from 2015 - 2022 has carried out changes and improvements to infrastructure as a facility to support passenger needs properly. The development of this airport has obstacles, namely in terms of land acquisition, because the location of the area is directly adjacent to settlement residents and schools, so the solution is for the airport and the Regional Government of Ende Regency to take a direct approach with local residents and the school to be willing allocated. So the conclusion is that the Development of the Transportation Sector in Ende Regency aims to obtain improvements, both main and supporting facilities, infrastructure and facilities, by creating safe, comfortable and orderly transportation facilities. Abstract

The performance of human resources (HR) plays a crucial role in determining the success of the company, including in the service sector such as airports. This study aims to analyse the influence of the big five personality model dimensions on employee performance in the Operations Department of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia at Syamsudin Noor National Airport Banjarmasin. The five dimensions of personality analysed include openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. The research method used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a Likert scale-based questionnaire survey. The research sample totalled 48 employees, determined using the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 5%. Data analysis involves classical assumption tests, such as normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, as well as hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, partial test (T test), and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the dimensions of openness to experience (t = 2.056, p = 0.046), conscientiousness (t = 2.899, p = 0.006), and agreeableness (t = 2.218, p = 0.032) had a significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, the dimensions of extraversion (t = -0.333, p = 0.741) and neuroticism (t = 1.029, p = 0.309) have no significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the regression model used was able to explain 70.6% of the variation in employee performance (R² = 0.706). The findings confirm the importance of considering personality characteristics, particularly openness to experience, conscientiousness, and agreeableness, in HRM to improve employee performance. This research provides a practical contribution to HRM in the service industry, as well as a reference for management in designing performance improvement strategies based on employee personality characteristics.
