Abstract

Situation Awareness is an important factor in influencing someone when making a decision. The AMC unit is carrying out their duties, of course the AMC unit has several obstacles and problems that can affect Situation Awareness of officers, regarding this the unit will provide good service in accordance with existing SOPs. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation and efforts made to increase Situation Awareness at the AMC unit at Wamena Airport. In this research, using a descriptive qualitative in which includes primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this research included the results of observations and interviews conducted at the Wamena Airpor AMC unit. Mainwhile secondary data is taken using indirect data sources such as literature review and previous research references. From the results of this observation is known that the Situation Awareness possessed by AMC officers at Wamena Airport is already at the highest level, specifically level 3, cause officers can properly and effectively understand work situations in the field and in the office, and are able to understand applicable rules and when a problem occurs, they will directly observe and coordinate with other units. What the AMC unit has done in increasing Situation Awareness at Wamena Airport has been good at handling duties and responsibilities. Guidelines for officers in carrying out their duties every day always follow and learn the latest regulations. Even though carrying out their duties with limited facilities, AMC officers are able to provide services in the apron area to the maximum extent possible and of course following established procedures and regulations and being aware of situations that have not yet occurred andare currently occurring. Abstract

Infrastructure development is a process of increasing facilities to support the needs of each user in an environment or institution. In this case the airport infrastructure, especially in the Land Side area, of course always makes progress both in terms of service and functionality to guarantee fulfillment the needs of passengers using air transportation services at each airport. The Land Side area is an area without borders, which is very important to support all the needs of passengers and visitors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely the data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data itself is the data obtained through direct observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data is data obtained based on pre-existing information that was deliberately collected by the author to complement research needs. The results of this study can be concluded that the Development of Land Side Infrastructure at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport from 2015 - 2022 has carried out changes and improvements to infrastructure as a facility to support passenger needs properly. The development of this airport has obstacles, namely in terms of land acquisition, because the location of the area is directly adjacent to settlement residents and schools, so the solution is for the airport and the Regional Government of Ende Regency to take a direct approach with local residents and the school to be willing allocated. So the conclusion is that the Development of the Transportation Sector in Ende Regency aims to obtain improvements, both main and supporting facilities, infrastructure and facilities, by creating safe, comfortable and orderly transportation facilities. Abstract

AbstrakPersaingan setiap perusahaan dalam dunia bisnis saat ini tidak hanya harus menghadapi persaingan pada produk tapi juga persaingan dalam bidang pelayanan jasa. Penumpang yang bepergian menggunakan pesawat udara melalui Bandar Udara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta sudah memperkirakan aksesibilitas menuju bandar udara agar dapat meminimalisir waktu tiba di Badar Udara, tetapi jika operasional Bandar Udara dipindahkan ke bandara Yogyakarta Internasional Airport (YIA) di Kulon Progo penumpang perlu memperhitungkan kembali aksesibilitas dari tempat tinggal menuju ke bandar udara yang baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif atau metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat potivisme. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penumpang yang menggunakan jasa penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta, Kulon Progo. Jumlah Kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden. Berdasrkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan Nilai t hitung sebesar 9,117 > t tabel sebesar 1.984 atau nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas menuju Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta terhadap variabel persepsi penumpang dan Variabel aksesibilitas (X) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 45,9% terhadap variabel persepsi penumpang (Y) sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terangkum didalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Aksesibilitas, Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta, Persepsi AbstractCompetition every company in today's business world must not only face competition in products but also competition in the field of services. Passengers traveling by airplane via Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport have estimated accessibility to the airport in order to minimize arrival time at the airport, but if airport operations are moved to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) airport in Kulon Progo, passengers need to reconsider accessibility from their place of residence. just go to the new airport. This research uses quantitative methods or research methods based on the philosophy of potivism. The population in this study are passengers who use flight services at Yogyakarta International Airport, Kulon Progo. The number of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the t-count value of 9.117 > t-table of 1.984 or the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the accessibility variable to Yogyakarta International Airport on the passenger perception variable and the accessibility variable (X) gives an effect of 45.9% on the passenger perception variable (Y) the rest is influenced by other factors that are not summarized in this study.Keywords: Accessibility, Yogyakarta International Airport, Perception

Abstract

Lereng Gunung Merapi di Desa Glagaharjo memiliki potensi wisata sekaligus kerentanan tinggi terhadap aktivitas vulkanik yang berulang. Keterbatasan jarak pandang dan pasokan listrik PLN menyebabkan pemantauan aktivitas gunung tidak dapat dilakukan secara optimal selama 24 jam. Kondisi ini berdampak pada keterbatasan mitigasi risiko dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat setempat. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas mitigasi melalui penerapan teknologi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan program adalah mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan berbasis CCTV yang ditenagai Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) off-grid serta memberikan pelatihan Psychological First Aid (PFA) kepada relawan Komunitas Siaga Merapi (KSM) di Desa Glagaharjo. Metode kegiatan meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa PLTS berkapasitas 200 WP dengan baterai 150 Ah berhasil diintegrasikan dengan sistem CCTV pos pantau, sehingga memungkinkan pemantauan berkelanjutan tanpa bergantung pada jaringan PLN. Selain itu, pelatihan PFA berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman 25 relawan KSM mengenai penanganan awal psikososial, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kemampuan respon cepat dan rencana tindak lanjut berbasis komunitas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi teknologi untuk pemantauan Merapi, tetapi juga memperkuat ketangguhan psikososial masyarakat dalam menghadapi potensi bencana.
