Abstract

Kemampuan pedagogik merupakan elemen kunci yang wajib dimiliki oleh calon guru untuk menjalankan tugas mengajar secara optimal. Salah satu metode yang telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ini adalah micro teaching, yang memungkinkan calon guru untuk berlatih mengajar dalam skala kecil dengan situasi yang terkendali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan micro teaching dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik calon guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa micro teaching secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi pembelajaran, serta mengelola kelas. Umpan balik yang diberikan selama sesi micro teaching juga memainkan peran penting dalam refleksi dan perbaikan kemampuan mengajar. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar metode micro teaching diimplementasikan secara lebih luas dalam pendidikan guru untuk membekali calon pendidik dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di dunia pengajaran. Pedagogical competence is a key element that prospective teachers must possess in order to perform teaching duties optimally. One method that has proven effective in enhancing this competence is micro teaching, which allows future teachers to practice teaching on a small scale in a controlled environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of micro teaching in improving the pedagogical competence of prospective teachers. The results show that micro teaching significantly enhances skills in planning, executing, evaluating lessons, and managing the classroom. Feedback provided during micro teaching sessions also plays an important role in reflection and improvement of teaching skills. This study recommends that the micro teaching method be more widely implemented in teacher education to equip future educators with the necessary skills for the teaching profession.

Abstract

Village potential is the main capital in developing the economy, so empowerment of village potential needs to be done to welcome the nation's progress. The development of economic potential in Bandar Padang Village is something that needs to be considered by observing the existing potential. This observation eventually made the Sala Lauak Making Training an activity carried out in order to achieve this goal. Sala lauk is one of the typical Minangkabau snacks, West Sumatra, where the main ingredients are dried fish and rice flour. This snack has a unique taste and is loved by many people. By looking at the potential of Bandar Padang village during the dry season, where villagers are looking for fish in the rivers and processed into dried fish, the 2024 Riau University MBKM Kukerta Students are trying to introduce one of the typical Minangkabau snacks. Students of Kukerta MBKM Riau University 2024 held training activities for making Sala Lauak, with the hope of maximizing the empowerment of the village's potential and can increase the village's Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by highlighting the village's own products and can preserve Indonesia's culinary heritage. In this training, participants were guided in making the Sala Lauak such as ingredients used in the manufacturing process and proper cooking techniques in order to improve the taste of the sala side dish. This activity involved Bandar Padang villagers, especially teenagers and adults.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami interaksi kompleks antara hukum dan media massa, mengeksplorasi konsep serta implikasinya dalam konteks komunikasi. Analisis menyeluruh dilakukan terhadap peran media dalam membentuk persepsi hukum, mempengaruhi opini publik, dan merinci dampak regulasi hukum terhadap praktik media.Pengantar konsep-konsep kunci, seperti framing informasi hukum dan peran media sebagai penafsir norma-norma hukum, membantu membuka wawasan.Implikasi praktis dari dinamika ini dibahas, menggali potensi perbaikan dalam kerangka kerja hukum-media. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan berharga untuk memahami hubungan saling ketergantungan antara hukum dan media massa dalam domain komunikasi

Abstract

Land grabbing is a severe problem because it is typical for someone or a group to take over or grab other people's land and claim it as their own. If preventive legal action is not immediately taken, this can threaten the community's rights and sustainable development in Indonesia. This journal looks at the criminal law enforcement strategy in combating the crime of land grabbing by referring to Article 385 of the Criminal Code. The research method used in this journal is the normative juridical analysis research method, which, in this case, observes the effect of existing laws and how challenges arise in their application in society. The study results have shown that the legal regulation needs to be considered adequate to answer Indonesia's land-grabbing problem. The verdict in the case of criminal land grabbing cannot be used to execute the disputed land because the criminal verdict is intended to punish the perpetrator of land grabbing. Meanwhile, a separate court, namely the civil court, must be established to restore victims' rights.
