Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 di seluruh dunia, khususnya di Indonesia, telah menciptakan krisis baru di segala aspek kehidupan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat masa pandemi, khususnya di bidang pendidikan dan ekonomi. Situasinya begitu serius sehingga pemerintah tidak dapat melanjutkan sendiri setelah menyelesaikan masalah Covid-19. Di masa mewabahnya Covid-19, masyarakat dihimbau untuk terlibat dan bekerja menuju tujuan bersama, yaitu berolahraga tiga atau empat kali per minggu selama minimal 30 menit. Peran mahasiswa sangat dibutuhkan untuk ikut berkontribusi dalam menangani covid-19 dengan menggunakan relawan covid-19, mereka menawarkan diri menjadi relawan covid-19 untuk membantu masyarakat umum. Pentingnya kehadiran Posyandu di masyarakat adalah sebagai pusat kegiatan masyarakat, di mana masyarakat secara keseluruhan bekerja untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk membantu dan memungkinkan untuk dilakukan saat ini, agar sebagian kecil masyarakat dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menangani Covid-19 dan kesehatan masyarakat dapat terjamin, sehingga tidak merugikan masyarakat di masa depan.

Abstract

Every company has a goal to maximize performance. The capital market's supply and demand combine to generate firm value, which is a reflection of the performance of the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate how intellectual capital affects corporate value, and the role of corporate governance as a moderating variable. The population is Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX 2019-2022. The populations are 21 companies. Sampling obtained census technique. The analysis data uses Moderating Regression Analysis with Eviews. The findings showed that intellectual capital positively and significantly affects corporate value. Firm value is positively and significantly impacted by corporate governance, and corporate governance can moderate the effect of intellectual capital on Firm Value. It is recommended that companies optimize intellectual capital to increase firm value. Investors are advised to consider intellectual capital, and corporate governance that can influence the firm value.

Abstract

Village potential is the main capital in developing the economy, so empowerment of village potential needs to be done to welcome the nation's progress. The development of economic potential in Bandar Padang Village is something that needs to be considered by observing the existing potential. This observation eventually made the Sala Lauak Making Training an activity carried out in order to achieve this goal. Sala lauk is one of the typical Minangkabau snacks, West Sumatra, where the main ingredients are dried fish and rice flour. This snack has a unique taste and is loved by many people. By looking at the potential of Bandar Padang village during the dry season, where villagers are looking for fish in the rivers and processed into dried fish, the 2024 Riau University MBKM Kukerta Students are trying to introduce one of the typical Minangkabau snacks. Students of Kukerta MBKM Riau University 2024 held training activities for making Sala Lauak, with the hope of maximizing the empowerment of the village's potential and can increase the village's Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by highlighting the village's own products and can preserve Indonesia's culinary heritage. In this training, participants were guided in making the Sala Lauak such as ingredients used in the manufacturing process and proper cooking techniques in order to improve the taste of the sala side dish. This activity involved Bandar Padang villagers, especially teenagers and adults.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Mataram City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) during the COVID-19 pandemic based on the theory of institutional isomorphism. This research is included in the type of qualitative research. The method of data collection is done by using documentation techniques that are equipped with interviews. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, firstly analyzing performance based on the balanced scorecard, secondly elaborating with institutional isomorphism theory. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Mataram City BKPSDM based on the balanced scorecard measurement is good as the reality that the Mataram City BKPSDM has provided adequate services so that customers feel satisfied. Even the Mataram City BKPSDM routinely provides education and training every year as an effort to improve the professionalism of human resources. Although the reality is different, it is shown by the inadequate facilities and infrastructure of the Mataram City BKPSDM and the percentage of budget realization achieving the criteria of being less efficient. On the other hand, the performance of the Mataram City BKPSDM is not good from the point of view of the institutional isomorphism theory. This is indicated by the dependence of the Mataram City BKPSDM on local and central governments, both in the form of resources, finances, and the reward system, so that there is no other choice but to comply with the rules and demands in order to continue to get the distribution of funds through the budget allocation process from the central government and the government. in order to receive the award

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of GDP per Capita, Open Unemployment Rate, Human Development Index, Inflation, and the Number of MSMEs with the potential income tax revenue in Medan City for the period 2020– 2024. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and related institutions. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, normality test, Pearson correlation test, and graphical analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously, the five independent variables have a significant relationship with potential income tax revenue. Partially, GDP per Capita, Open Unemployment Rate, and Human Development Index have a significant relationship with potential income tax revenue, while Inflation and the Number of MSMEs have an insignificant relationship. These findings emphasize that economic growth and human capital quality are important factors in optimizing local tax revenue.
