Abstract

This research aims to explore the supporting strategies implemented at the Keleyan Bangkalan State Special School in supporting the development of children with special needs and physical impairments. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with observation methods, in-depth interviews, and document study as data collection techniques. The research results show that supporting strategies include curriculum adjustments, development of physical and occupational therapy programs, and the use of special learning aids. Apart from that, the role of teachers and other supporting staff is very significant in providing motivation and emotional support to students. Collaboration with parents is also an important factor in ensuring continuity of support at home. This research concludes that a holistic approach involving academic, physical and emotional aspects is the key to facilitating optimal development of children with special needs and disabilities at the Keleyan Bangkalan State Special School. Recommendations are provided for further development of more comprehensive and sustainable support strategies.

Abstract

Instructional media plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. This article examines the importance of using appropriate instructional media for elementary school students to support a more effective, interactive, and enjoyable learning process. The use of media such as visuals, audio, and multimedia can help students understand abstract and complex concepts, while also boosting their motivation and participation in learning. Instructional media can also accommodate various learning styles, which accelerates understanding and enhances retention of the material. Additionally, this article explores the most effective types of media for use in elementary schools, as well as the challenges that may arise during its implementation in educational settings. Research indicates that integrating the right instructional media can create a more dynamic learning environment and support students' cognitive development. This study was implemented at SDN 1 Kamal Bangkalan. The goal of the research is to make the teaching and learning process more engaging, enhance learning effectiveness, and support diverse learning styles.

Abstract

This method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subject was the result of direct observation of PKN teachers in grade IV at SDN Socah 1. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research conducted by researchers regarding the importance of implementing Pancasila values ​​applied by teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Socah 1: 1) Belief in One Almighty God, In every religious lesson, SDN Socah 1 holds Duha prayers together, recites istighosah and after that prays. 2) Just and Civilized Humanity, students respect each other among friends and obey the teacher. 3) The Association of Indonesia, teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Socah 1 hold pickets so that an attitude of cooperation is always instilled. 4) Democracy Led by Wisdom Wisdom In Representative Deliberations, students have gotten used to deliberating with friends in solving problems. 5) Social Justice for All Indonesian People, In class IV SDN Socah 1 does not discriminate against anyone. Instilling Pancasila values ​​is very important in everyday life. Pancasila as the nation's view of life, which contains that Pancasila values ​​can be used as a guide or guide in regulating human behavior and attitudes. Thus it can be concluded that in this study students were able to apply the values ​​of the Pancasila precepts in everyday life to shape the character of elementary school children at SDN Socah 1.
