Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status waris dari anak luar kawin, apakah anak luar kawin mendapatkan hak dalam hal pewarisan atau tidak. Persoalan mengenai hak pembagian waris menjadi suatu masaah yang krusial termasuk pada penggolongan ahli waris yang dapat mengajukan haknya. Adanya persoalan mengenai status dan kedudukan bagi anak luar kawin sebagai ahli waris dapat ditinjau melalui ketentuan yang diatur dalam perundang-undangan. Pernggunaan Metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam penelitian ini ditinjau dari studi kepustakaan untuk menguraikan dan menganalisa data yang diperoleh secara mendalam mengenai status waris anak dari perkawinan yang tidak sah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu biologis menjadi nasab dari anak luar kawin. Dengan kata lain, anak luar kawin tidak memiliki hubungan nasab dengan ayah biologisnya. Ketentuan mengenai besaran yang menjadi hak dari anak luar kawin diatur dalam KHI. Sehingga Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat ketentuan khusus mengenai status hak waris bagi anak luar kawin.

Abstract

Hak Ulayat suatu masyarakat hukum adat menentukan kekuasaan serta kewajibannya terhadap tanah yang berada dalam lingkungan wilayahnya. Masyarakat hukum adat memiliki keterkaitan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan tanah yang dikuasainya. Hak Ulayat di Indonesia masih banyak menyebabkan sengketa, seperti yang penulis jelaskan dalam jurnal ini mengenai konflik antara salah satu suku di Indonesia dengan PT Indo Asiana. Metode penelitian yang penulis terapkan yaitu metode penelitian hukum normatif-empiris dengan judicial case study. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah memastikan sudah sesuai atau belum penerapan hukum dalam peristiwa hukum in concreto dengan ketentuan peraturan. Kami menggunakan pendekatan terhadap suatu konflik dan campur tangan pengadilan.

Abstract

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue and a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas such as Jurang Village, Temanggung Regency. One of the key contributing factors to the high prevalence of stunting is the low level of maternal knowledge regarding balanced nutrition and the appropriate practice of providing supplementary feeding (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan or PMT) for children under five. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PMT menu leaflet media as a tool to increase mothers’ knowledge and awareness regarding stunting prevention. The research was conducted through a series of community-based surveys during Posyandu (integrated health post) activities across several neighborhood units (Rukun Warga or RW). These surveys identified cases of stunting and assessed the educational needs of mothers with young children. Based on the findings, a culturally and contextually adapted leaflet was developed, containing essential information about stunting, its early signs, the importance of PMT, and practical, nutritious recipes made from locally available ingredients. To expand accessibility, the leaflet also included a QR code linked to a digital e-book featuring 54 variations of PMT menus. The educational materials were distributed through door-to-door visits, accompanied by the direct provision of supplementary food, enabling immediate practice of the knowledge shared. Post-intervention results showed a significant improvement in maternal understanding of stunting and nutrition, as well as positive feedback regarding the clarity, relevance, and usefulness of the leaflet. The culturally tailored approach and integration of digital resources further enhanced engagement and knowledge retention. In conclusion, the PMT leaflet proved to be an effective, practical, low-cost, and replicable educational intervention to support community-based stunting prevention efforts in Jurang Village. This approach offers a promising model for similar rural areas facing high stunting rates across Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the context of AQUA bottled water. The decline in customer loyalty has been driven by external factors such as boycott campaigns and concerns over the safety of gallon packaging. A quantitative approach was employed using explanatory research methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 AQUA consumers in Semarang. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that brand image and brand trust positively affect both customer satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening brand image and trust to maintain customer loyalty amid public health and social issues. From a practical side, this understanding is important for companies to formulate adaptive marketing strategies in the midst of complex social pressures. From a scientific side, this study fills the gap regarding consumer loyalty in the context of social pressure and ideological values.
