Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a business phenomenon that is being experienced by UMKM Demak smoke fish. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of advertising, publicity and sales promotion of consumer purchasing decisions. The sample of research is 150 respondents. By using Purposive Sampling method with the criteria of consumers who have made a purchase of smoked fish in UMKM Demak, respondents who have a minimum age of 18 years, respondents who are easy to find and want to fill out the questionnaire and is a direct buyer. This research uses multiple regression analysis tool. The result showed that advertising, publicity, and sales promotion had an effect on purchasing decision.

Abstract

The level of sales of realme smartphones in the low-end and mid-range segments is still inferior to other brands. This study aims to identify the influence of consumer purchasing decisions on product quality, product design, and brand image. The population in this study were all realme smartphone consumers. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is SEM SmartPLS. This study explains that product quality directly influences 40.3% of purchasing decisions. Product design also directly influences 32.6% of purchasing decisions, while the brand image does not affect purchasing decisions. Therefore, brand image cannot mediate product quality and design on purchasing decisions. Product design directly affects 41.9% of brand image, and product quality directly affects 32.2%. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention to these three things to increase sales.

Abstract

Bisnis Snack saat ini sangat menjanjikan bagi yang menggelutinya, pasalnya snack di cari banyak orang untuk kegiatan rapat, hajatan dan camilan bersantai. Selain faktor tadi, snack juga memiliki banyak peminat dari segala macam usia dan berbagai macam kalangan. Jika melihat kompetitor-kompetitor yang bergerak dibidang usaha yang sama, memang sudah cukup banyak. Dengan inovasi rasa yang lebih enak, ukuran yang cantik dan menarik, harga yang ekonomis, dan yang paling penting sehat dan higienis dengan memberikan kemasan dan label yang menarik juga sehingga produk yang mitra miliki mampu bersaing dan laku dipasaran. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah (1) belum maksimalnya manajemen wirausaha yang dilakukan (2) belum diberikan kemasan yang baik pada produk snak yang dipasarkan dan (3) belum diberikan labelling untuk mengenalkan produknya. melakukan promosi dengan memasang banner kecil di depan rumah Mitra Dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan pada tahap ini adalah meningkatnya jumlah pembeli dari mitra kami yakni UKM Fitri. Pada tahapan selanjutnya adalah Evaluasi hasil pendampingan manajemen wirausaha, pembuatan kemasan dan labeling. Hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian UPGRIS diantaranya Mitra mahir membuat varian snack yang layak jual ke masayarakat luas, Mitra mampu memasarkan online baik melalui facebook, intagram, dan jejaring sosial lainnya, serta mendampingi Mitra pengajuan P-IRT ke Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kendal.

Abstract

Waste, especially plastic, is a serious problem in Indonesia. Consumer habits that use plastic products excessively cause an increase in plastic waste which is difficult to decompose and is dangerous for the environment. Waste Management Law: Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management (UUPS) defines waste as the remains of human activities or natural processes in solid form. Waste management must be carried out systematically, comprehensively and continuously to prevent environmental pollution and health problems. Creativity in Using Plastic Waste: Converting plastic waste into handicrafts is an effective solution for reducing the amount of plastic waste and providing added value. This service stage is carried out by starting preparations, in this preparation the service team carries out site observations to see conditions in the field. Then prepare the material that will be given. The service team prepared materials according to the needs of Gubug Village. At this socialization and implementation stage, the service team provides outreach regarding the dangers of plastic waste and the management of plastic waste as well as how to market it. The fourth stage is monitoring, the service team determines whether the Gubug Village Community is able to make crafts from plastic waste.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), dukungan sosial, dan fasilitas kerja, yang dimediasi oleh kesejahteraan karyawan, terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sanfood Prima Makmur. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena bahwa model kerja fleksibel dan dukungan sosial memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap produktivitas, tetapi masih terdapat penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan hasil yang beragam (research gap). metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kepada karyawan bagian produksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan model struktural Partial Least Square (PLS). Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pengaturan kerja fleksibel, dukungan sosial, fasilitas kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan faktor mediasi kesejahteraan dalam hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), dukungan sosial, dan fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kesejahteraan karyawan terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi PT Sanfood Prima Makmur dalam merumuskan kebijakan kerja yang lebih fleksibel, meningkatkan fasilitas kerja, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja.

Abstract

Blockchain technology promises the potential to deliver high transparency, security, and efficiency in accounting processes. However, there are many expected benefits of this technology to optimise its application. The purpose of this article is to describe the development and system of blockchain, then identify the potential utilisation of blockchain especially in the field of finance. The research method was conducted through a literature study of relevant articles and sources in the context of blockchain technology and financial auditing. The results of this study indicate that blockchain technology has the potential to be attractive financial process efficiency and fast transaction validation process to reduce the time and cost required so as to help achieve operational performance. The conclusion of this study is that the use of blockchain technology in the financial audit process offers the potential to improve transparency, reliability, and efficiency.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has brought significant changes in the dynamics of economic trends, and the central role of consumers has shifted to digital technology. The Governor of Bank Indonesia gave an example, digital transactions in Indonesia increased by 46.72% and the use of digital banking increased by 25%. After the Covid-19 pandemic, consumers are accustomed to shopping online or e-commerce. This habit has been carried over to the present with the ease of shopping, the availability of buy now pay later payments or often called Paylater, and the existence of online loans that are currently developing, changing consumer lifestyle behavior. The ease of online shopping transactions accompanied by the benefits that consumers get such as free shipping makes consumers unaware that they have actually spent more money to buy the products or services they need. This type of consumer behavior is included in the hedonistic consumer type. Students are teenagers who are most often influenced by modernization. The existence of modernization and technological advances along with the development of the times will have an impact on the lifestyle and behavior of students.. Hedonistic behavior of students can be easily found in life, many students often spend time outside just to have fun with their friends, whether it's just hanging out in cafes, shopping at the mall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja, kecocokan personal dengan pekerjaan, dan prestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai honorer dengan mempertimbangkan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel intervening. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sumber daya manusia sebagai aset utama suatu organisasi yang kualitasnya sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dan keberhasilan organisasi. Pengalaman kerja yang meliputi lamanya masa kerja dan keterampilan yang diperoleh diakui sebagai faktor yang meningkatkan kompetensi dan komitmen pegawai. Keselarasan antara karakteristik individu dengan persyaratan pekerjaan memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja yang selanjutnya mempengaruhi hasil kinerja. Prestasi atau kinerja diakui sebagai faktor motivasional yang signifikan yang mempengaruhi komitmen emosional pegawai terhadap organisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, kecocokan personal dengan pekerjaan, dan prestasi masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen afektif berfungsi sebagai mediator yang meningkatkan dampak ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan dengan pengalaman kerja yang positif, kecocokan pekerjaan yang tepat, dan prestasi yang diakui menunjukkan komitmen emosional yang lebih besar terhadap organisasi, yang selanjutnya meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Studi ini menawarkan implikasi bagi manajemen organisasi dalam perancangan strategi pengembangan karyawan, termasuk peningkatan pelatihan yang relevan, penyelarasan individu dengan peran pekerjaan, dan pemberian penghargaan atas prestasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membangun dasar untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan honorer di lembaga pemerintah melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif.

Abstract

Optimizing international marketing strategies is a significant challenge faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Batik Giriloyo business actors in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, in an effort to expand global market penetration. Various obstacles such as limited access to international markets, minimal use of digital technology for marketing, and weak cross-country cooperation networks are the main obstacles in business expansion. To overcome these problems, an empowerment program has been implemented which includes creating an e-commerce account through the Shopify platform and holding an international webinar entitled "Penetrating the Global Market: Batik Giriloyo's Successful Strategy in the International Arena" as a means of increasing promotion and global business networks. The program implementation method includes intensive training in the use of digital technology, global marketing strategies, and cross-cultural communication, which significantly increases brand visibility and forms partnerships with international resellers. The results of the activity show that the integration of digital technology in a marketing strategy based on local cultural values ​​is able to provide strong competitive differentiation for MSMEs, especially in the context of preserving the cultural heritage of batik as the identity of a superior product. As a form of follow-up, it is recommended to strengthen digital training, increase strategic collaboration with international partners, and develop marketing strategies that highlight local wisdom values, in line with the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the aspect of community service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (X1), Work Life Balance (X2), and Financial Reward (X3) on employee job satisfaction (Y). The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method administered to 60 respondents to determine their responses to each variable. The data were analyzed using quantitative analysis. The analytical technique employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypotheses. Based on the results, it is concluded that Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; Work Life Balance has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; and Financial Reward has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, Quality of Work Life, Work Life Balance, and Financial Reward significantly affect employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test shows that job satisfaction is influenced by these three variables by 42.1%, while the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.
