Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Transformational Leadership On Lecturer Performance (Research Locus at Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management, Bandung City). This research was conducted at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretariat and Management Campus, Bandung. Where the locus of this research is where the author works. In this study, the researchers tried to carry out a study that was associated with current technological developments. . Current technological developments have entered the era of the industrial revolution where almost all work activities use digital access. The research method used is descriptive analysis, with a population of 50 people and all of them are used as respondents (Survey). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The result of his research is that Transformational Leadership at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretariat and Management is categorized as quite good. Lecturer performance is categorized as quite good. This can be seen from the criteria for achieving a score of 3.14. Keywords: Leader, Transformational Leadership, Lecturer Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based accounting information system that can be used to record and manage cash inflow and outflow transactions, as a solution to improve efficiency and accuracy in cash management at the Qur’an Memorization Islamic Boarding School Al-Kautsar Karawang (PPAAK), an educational institution focused on Social-Based Education. The research methodology uses the waterfall approach, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, and is equipped with a user-friendly interface. The main features of this system include recording of cash inflow and outflow transactions, user data management, as well as automatic and periodic generation of cash receipt and expenditure summary reports. With this system, the financial reporting process becomes more efficient and can be accessed in real-time by relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital transformation and digital leadership on employee performance through organizational adaptation in private universities. By situating informatization, HRM systems, and leadership styles within adaptive processes, the research provides empirical evidence of how digital integration fosters workforce performance. A quantitative approach was employed with 352 respondents, including HR staff, lecturers, and administrators from a private university in Bandung using a digital HRM system. Data were gathered via structured questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0. Results show that digital transformation and leadership exert both direct and indirect effects on performance through organizational adaptation. The academic contribution lies in extending HRM and leadership literature by framing digital leadership as a mechanism that converts digital transformation into sustainable performance via adaptation. Practically, the findings underscore the need to strengthen adaptive capacity, enhance digital competencies, and cultivate digital leadership in higher education institutions.
