Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of business environment, product innovation and Entrepreneurial Secret to strategic alliance as well Analyzing the influence of the business environment, product innovation, Entrepreneurial Secret and strategic alliances on competitive advantage.This study population is Manager and assistant manager in every area of Bank BCA in Central Java and Yogyakarta period 2020 which amounted to 124 people. The sampling technique in this research uses a sampling census which means the entire population is used as the research sample. This means that the sample used totaled 124 Managers and assistant managers in each area of Bank BCA in Central Java and Yogyakarta. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis.The results of this study indicate that the business environment has a significant effect on strategic alliances. Product innovation has a significant effect on strategic alliances. Entrepreneurial Secret has a significant effect on strategic alliances. The business environment has no effect on competitiveness. Product innovation has no effect on competitiveness. Entrepreneurial Secret has a significant effect on competitiveness. Strategic alliances have a significant effect on competitive advantage

Abstract

ABSTRACT Lecturers are one of the pillars that determine the success of educational activities at universities. The existence of lecturers must always be given serious attention, considering that the success of the learning process is very difficult to achieve if the role of the lecturer is marginalized. Components that support the success of the learning process, lecturer performance must be maintained and improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management. The method used in this research is a survey approach and the nature of this research is explanatory research (explanation). The number of samples in this study was 61 lecturers, using the total sampling technique (population = sample). The data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Commitment, and Organization

Abstract

This research is motivated by the downward trend in the number of furniture MSMEs. Market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and marketing performance are some of the factors that influence the company's competitive advantage, which results in the sustainability of the company in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and marketing performance on the competitive advantage of furniture MSMEs. The type of this study is descriptive quantitative correlative with cross-sectional approach. Population and sample used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The data collection method was carried out through interviews and questionnaires distributed to owners of furniture MSMEs in Guntur District, Demak Regency. The data obtained was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the t test, model feasibility testing with the f test, determination coefficient testing (R2), and classical assumption testing. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of market orientation variables, product innovation, and marketing performance on the competitive advantage of furniture MSMEs, while the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a positive but insignificant effect on the competitive advantage of furniture MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on investigator performance moderated by career development. The population is 173 investigators at the Central Java Regional Police Criminal Investigation Directorate. The sample size is 64. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling with a questionnaire data collection method. The quantitative analysis method uses Moderated Regression Analysis. The results show that organizational culture has no significant effect on Investigator Performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on Investigator Performance, career development moderates positively and significantly the effect of organizational culture on investigator performance is not proven and can be interpreted that career development will not strengthen the influence of organizational culture on Investigator Performance and career development moderates positively and significantly the effect of job satisfaction on investigator performance is proven and can be interpreted that good career development will strengthen the effect of job satisfaction on Performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.860, meaning that organizational culture, job satisfaction and career development have a role of 86.0% together explaining the investigator performance variable. Suggestions for improving organizational culture through improving existing conditions, it is hoped that the organization can pay more attention to aspects of compensation and promotion, as well as the need to implement a leadership style through improving matters related to member efforts in achieving their goals and the need to increase the satisfaction of investigator members by paying attention to aspects of compensation and promotion

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and innovation on the performance of private educational institutions in Bogor City. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 150 respondents using structured questionnaires. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression, and moderation analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and innovation significantly contribute to school performance, with innovation being the strongest predictor. Furthermore, the study finds that a strong organizational culture amplifies the positive effects of transformational leadership. These findings highlight the critical roles of leadership, culture, and innovation in enhancing the performance of private schools. The study provides valuable insights for school leaders and policymakers seeking to improve educational outcomes in private institutions.

Abstract

This research explores the dynamic interplay of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, work-life balance, and their collective impact on employee performance within the burgeoning technology sector of Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative research design, utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) to analyze data gathered through a questionnaire survey of employees in various technology companies. The findings reveal a robust and positive association between job satisfaction and employee performance, emphasizing the need for organizations to prioritize initiatives that cultivate positive work environments. While the study did not establish a direct link between transformational leadership and employee performance within the specific model, it underscores the nuanced dynamics of leadership impact. Additionally, the research highlights the highly significant and positive relationship between work-life balance and employee performance, emphasizing the crucial role of promoting a healthy balance between work and personal life in enhancing overall employee effectiveness.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of sustainable marketing strategies on consumer preferences for eco-friendly products in Indonesia, with a focus on the mediating role of environmental awareness. Drawing upon a quantitative approach, data were collected from a diverse sample of 150 participants using purposive sampling techniques. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between sustainable marketing strategies, environmental awareness, and consumer preferences. The results reveal significant positive relationships between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences, as well as between environmental awareness and consumer preferences. Furthermore, environmental awareness was found to partially mediate the relationship between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability principles into marketing strategies and fostering environmental awareness to promote eco-friendly consumption behaviors among Indonesian consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and workload on employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as an intervening variable at Grand Asrilia Hotel, Bandung. The sample for this research was selected using a non-probability sampling technique, involving 117 employees. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The findings indicate that: (1) leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) workload does not significantly affect job satisfaction; (3) leadership style and workload jointly influence job satisfaction; (4) leadership style significantly impacts employee performance; (5) workload does not significantly affect employee performance; (6) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; and (7) leadership style, workload, and job satisfaction collectively influence employee performance. Sobel test results reveal that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between leadership style and employee performance but does not mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance.

Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi sirkular di tingkat desa menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal dan limbah organik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sidomojo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan pengemasan dan pemasaran produk pelet magot-komposter secara digital. Kegiatan diawali dengan observasi lapangan, identifikasi masalah, dan penyusunan materi pelatihan. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan praktik langsung tentang desain kemasan, penyusunan label produk, serta penggunaan platform e-commerce dan media sosial sebagai saluran pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas kemasan dan label produk UMKM, serta terciptanya akun e-commerce aktif untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Program ini memberikan dampak nyata dalam mendukung transformasi digital dan penguatan ekonomi lokal berbasis keberlanjutan. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat menjadi contoh implementasi ekonomi sirkular yang relevan bagi pengembangan UMKM di desa-desa lainnya.Kata kunci: ekonomi sirkular, e-commerce, kemasan produk, magot-komposter, pengabdian masyarakat, UMKM

Abstract

This research aims to identify the extent to which the work environment and supervision influence employee performance. The research method employed is quantitative analysis. The research population consists of 360 employees of a Private Bank in Bandung. A sample of 72 individuals was taken, equivalent to 20% of the total population. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software, including reliability testing, validity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and determination coefficient (R2) test. The results of the analysis indicate that the work environment and supervision collectively influence employee performance. The percentage of the influence of the work environment and supervision on employee performance, according to the results of the determination coefficient (R2) test, is an adjusted R Square value of 29.2%, while the remaining 70.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.
