Abstract

The effect of financial literacy on students in Surakarta amid the development of fintech on risky credit behavior mediated by financial self-efficacy is interesting to study. Because financial literacy always develops from time to time. The research sample totaled 150 respondents from students who used risky credit. The primary data in this study is the data used. Questionnaires were used to collect data in this study. The analysis uses SmartPLS software. The findings of this study indicate that students' financial literacy positively impacts their risky credit behavior. This finding also explains that financial self-efficacy mediates the relationship between financial literacy and credit risk behavior.

Abstract

The Kartasura Branch of the Muhammadiyah Economic Council is a division under the auspices of the Kartasura Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership. The Economic Council has several business units, one of which is a goat farming group called Syamsun Farm. Syamsun Farm is a livestock group focused on breeding, buying and selling goats, and processing and selling animal manure. Despite all of Syamsun Farm's potential, it faces challenges such as the ineffective and inefficient processing of organic waste (grass), and the continued use of conventional marketing methods. For example, selling animal manure in sacks, delivering it directly to plant vendors, and offering goats to mosques during Eid al-Adha. Based on these challenges, the P2AD team proposed solutions, including implementing technology using a manure shredding machine and enhancing digital marketing for Syamsun Farm. The outputs of this activity include a manureshredding machine, a module for using and processing animal manure using the shredding machine, the creation of Google My Business, social media platforms, and a marketplace for Syamsun Farm. In addition, video documentation of activities, publications on YouTube and mass media, and nationally accredited journals were also produced.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to investigate how employee performance is affected by environmental training and motivation. An example of a quantitative investigation is this one. The study's population and sample were 85 employees of the department of public works and spatial planning in the ngawi regency. The study's data were compiled using primary data sources. strategies for using a questionnaire to collect data. using the data analysis tool Smart PLS. The results of this research demonstrate that whereas green training significantly affects green motivation, green ability has no discernible effect on green motivation. Additionally, whereas green training has no discernible effect on employee performance, green ability has a considerable influence on it. In addition to functioning as a buffer between the detrimental impacts of green ability on employee performance, green motivation also has a substantial influence on employee performance. Abstract

Entrepreneurship sudah menjadi elemen penting dan alternatif bagi banyak orang, tidak terkecuali para guru yang akan menempuh masa pensiun. Artikel ini disusun berdasar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat UMS, khususnya melibatkan dosen akuntansi dan manajemen. Pelatihan ini berfokus pada peningkatan potensi bisnis bagi guru MIM Gondang, terutama yang sedang memasuki masa persiapan pensiun. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam waktu empat bulan. Kegiatan berisi tentang pelatihan kewirausahaan, pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana, konsep strategi pemasaran, dan perencanaan keuangan bisnis. Keunggulan dari kegiatan ini adalah langsung tertuju pada objek pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu para guru yang sedang masuk masa persiapan pensiun, sehingga ilmu yang dibagikan bisa langsung di praktekkan.
