Abstract

In 1945, Indonesia proclaimed its independence from colonial rule. In the following decades the Indonesian nation has experienced significant changes, especially in the government system. This article discusses the analysis of elections in Indonesia, which are influenced by the development of a democratic government system. The method used is normative juridical, where legal research is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. This research uses a literature study as a data collection method. The research concludes that the implementation of a democratic system cannot be separated from the implementation of constitutional democracy. Democracy is chosen over other systems because it is considered the best. Making people aware of their rights and obligations, and democracy must be fully carried out by "Policy Makers" as the power to regulate and/or run the government in accordance with the law.

Abstract

This research aims to highlight and classify differences in communication styles as an indication of the orderly and free functioning of democracy in accordance with the principles of democracy and the rule of law according to Constitutional Law experts. The research method used is a normative juridical method by linking the principles of the 1945 Constitution and the doctrines of experts that are in line with the topic of discussion. The research method used by the author is a normative juridical method. The normative juridical research method involves legal research carried out through library research, where the main material to be analyzed is collected by searching for regulations and literature related to the problem being studied. The normative juridical method is used by observing and processing the process of implementing ideal democracy in national and state life. As a country that upholds the principles of democracy, freedom to express opinions has been the right of the Indonesian people since the time we succeeded in winning national independence. Even though freedom of opinion is something that is an indicator of the functioning of democracy in a country, it is important to remember that freedom of opinion must also pay attention to ethics and morals in its delivery. The concept of freedom of opinion must comply with Pancasila democracy.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a universal issue that cause significant negative impacts on its victims. In addition to deliver impacts on the victim's physical health, sexual violence also leaves a deep traumatic experience. In addition to being contrary to applicable laws and norms, sexual violence is also very contrary to the principles of humanity that are firmly held through human rights. The birth of the Draft of Sexual Violence Crime Law or better known as the RUU TPKS is an important step for Indonesia to strengthen the legal basis for dealing with various forms of sexual violence. Although at the end of its journey the draft has successfully legalized, the long journey of the RUU TPKS reflects the complexity in formulating policies aimed to protect vulnerable groups. This study aims to analyze and reflect the urgency and inhibiting factors in the preparation and ratification of the Draft of Sexual Violence Crime Law.

Abstract

Healthcare worker is a job that requires anyone in this profession to have a great responsibility, especially towards their patients in the healthcare institution. This research was guided by our concern regarding the increasing low level of public satisfaction with health services in Indonesia several years ago. This issue is connected with the leadership possessed by healthcare workers along with the responses of the head of healthcare institution, so the primary aim of our research is to correlate the influence and impact of leadership with the level of public satisfaction with the service and protection of health workers. In this research, healthcare workers that acted as our object of research are healthcare workers of Puskesmas Pembantu of Klender III District
