Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangannya menggunakan pendekatan rasio profitabilitas untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan telah mengelola usahanya dengan baik terhadap kinerja keuangannya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Sebagai subjek penelitian, data diambil dari BEI atau www.idx.co.id melalui analisis profitabilitas terhadap kinerja keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur periode 2019-2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan antara lain menganalisis rasio-rasio keuangan seperti gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets (ROA), dan return on equity (ROE). Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Indofood tetap mempertahankan profitabilitas yang stabil meski ketahanan perekonomian global terhambat.   The aim of this research is to evaluate the company's financial performance by analyzing its financial reports using the profitability ratio approach to find out whether the company has managed its business well regarding its financial performance. In this research the author used PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk As a research subject, data was taken from the IDX or www.idx.co.id through profitability analysis of PT's financial performance. Indofood Sukses Makmur for the 2019-2022 period. The analytical methods used include analyzing financial ratios such as gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). The research results show that Indofood continues to maintain stable profitability even though global economic resilience is hampered.

Abstract

Junior high school students like those in the eighth grade of SMPN 10 Muara Teweh still have difficulty in writing narrative text. This is because they are still weak in terms of writing and channeling ideas to be poured in narrative texts. The purpose of the study is to know whether or not there is a significant difference of the use of grammar wheel and mind mapping in students' ability to write narrative text as the media. The method was an experimental method with design of One-Shot Case Study design; the independent variable was grammar wheel and mind mapping, and the students' writing narrative text as the dependent variable. The population and sample were taken from the eighth grade students of SMPN 10 Muara Teweh. The data were analysed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The result shows that there was a significant difference of the use of grammar wheel and mind mapping as media and without them. The use of Grammar Wheel media affected more significant than that of Mind Mapping in the students’ writing ability in narrative text.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality affects customer loyalty at BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch. Does Customer Relationship Management affect customer loyalty at BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office This research method uses the data analysis technique used, namely the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling from the IBM SPSS Statistics Amos version 20 program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) analysis program Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) a covariance-based The results of this test show significant results with a CR value of 3.848> 1.96 and the p number is 0.000, this number is far below 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between service quality on customer loyalty This test shows significant results with a CR value of 2.322> 1.96 and the p number is 0.006, this figure is far below 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between customer relationship management on customer loyalty The results of the study concluded that service quality variables have a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty variables customer relationship management have a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty. For further researchers, it is suggested that the Muara Teweh branch of BRI bank improve the quality of their services to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Stunting adalah masalah gizi utama yang akan berdampak pada kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi dalam masyarakat. Selain itu, stunting dapat berpengaruh pada anak balita dalam jangka panjang yaitu mengganggu kesehatan, pendidikan serta produktifitasnya di kemudian hari. Anak balita stunting cenderung akan sulit mencapai potensi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal baik secara fisik maupun psikomotorik. Desa Mujahiddin Kecamatan Brang Ene Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki prevalensi stunting cukup tinggi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pencegahan dan penanganan stunting di Desa Mujahiddin Kecamatan Brang Ene Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dari bulan april sampai Agustus 2023 melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa Universitas Cordova, dan pemerintah desa Mujahiddin. Strategi yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini yaitu; membentuk tim yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan dosen. Tim turun kelapangan lokus penanganan stunting. menyusun program kegiatan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. mengadakan rapat persiapan, dan pelaksanaan program kegiatan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting di desa Mujahiddin. Adapun program-program yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini sebagai berikut; observasi awal ke poskesdes, konsultasi terkait program-program kesehatan serta informasi-informasi terkait stunting; penyuluhan penyebab dan dampak stunting; Pendampingan posyandu; Sosialisasi menu pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) dan pelatihan keterampilan mengolah makanan lokal bergizi; dan Sosialisasi pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Program-program tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap pencegahan dan penanganan stunting di Desa Mujahiddin.
