Abstract

Poverty harms development, so we must address it immediately. The poor in Indonesia are more distributed in rural areas than urban areas, so they must pursue rural development to alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the impact of rural development on poverty alleviation in Indonesia. In this study, the Village Development Index (IPD) consists of five dimensions, namely essential services, infrastructure conditions, accessibility, publik services, and governance. The research method uses regression analysis with unit analysis for 434 provinces/cities in Indonesia. The results show that two dimensions, i.e. essential services and publik services have a negatif and significant impact on poverty in Indonesia. Other variables that have a significant impact on poverty reduction in Indonesia are economic growth and the Human Development Index.

Abstract

This research contains an analysis of opportunities for entrepreneurs with disabilities in Indonesia. With a focus on self-employment in three business sector groups (primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors) which aims to answer the question of how the description and determinants of entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities in Indonesia. This study uses data sourced from the August 2020 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) with a total sample of 34,546 respondents with working disabilities consisting of 19,253 respondents in the primary sector, 11,213 respondents in the secondary sector and 4,080 respondents in the tertiary sector. By using the binary logistic regression analysis method, it was found that education, job training, internet access, government policies, and disability classification have a significant effect on the opportunities for entrepreneurs with disabilities in Indonesia in the tertiary sector. In the secondary sector, the entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities are significantly influenced by work experience, gender, age, location of residence, and disability classification. Meanwhile, in the primary sector, gender, age, internet access, location, and disability classification have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial opportunities of persons with disabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran Number Head Together dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) pada siswa kelas XI di MAN 2 Langkat. Metode ini dipilih sebagai strategi pembelajaran kooperatif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi SKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Problem Based Learning. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 33 siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Langkat. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bagaimana keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang telah diterapkan dikelas. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode Numer Head Together dalam pembelajaran SKI dapat bisa diharapkan siswa bisa dalam aktif mengikuti kegiatan dalam metode tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pembelajaran aktif dalam mata pelajaran SKI di tingkat Madrasah Aliyah.
