Auction data is very important data for companies that are particularly engaged in credit distribution services. In this company, there is also an auction activity in which goods that have been pawned but have expired credit payments, the goods will be auctioned in general by the company. A large amount of existing customer auction data causes employees to experience several problems in managing large amounts of data and it is difficult to obtain accurate information in grouping auction data according to the amount of money borrowed. This application can help employees to obtain information in the method of grouping auction data by applying K-Means Clustering and can be better selected based on predetermined criteria. Testing the application for grouping the K-Means Clustering method using RapidMiner gave results based on 17 customer data types of Small loans, 5 Medium loan types, and 2 customer data on Large loan types.

Learning Media has a very important role in the lecture process which is a guideline for increasing student knowledge in the field of interest. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) Development Method can be used in the development of Learning Multimedia Systems Websites for Multimedia Systems courses. The process of making interactive multimedia applications uses six stages, namely: Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. This learning website is equipped with practicum modules and video tutorials that can be downloaded. The making of this learning media uses the programming language PHP, HTML, and CSS on the Sublime Text 3 software and the MySQL database on Xampp. Testing this learning website uses Blackbox Testing to see errors in the assembly process before distribution. This research produces interactive multimedia learning media in the form of a website that can be accessed via the internet (online) which aims to facilitate the learning process for students and even the general public.

The spread of tomatoes in Indonesia began from the Philippines and other Asian countries in the 18th century. Initially, the tomatoes first cultivated by the Inca and Aztec tribes were small-fruited and had low productivity. This is clearly different from the current conditions. Tomatoes produced now can weigh up to 0.4 kg each fruit or 8 kg each plant. In addition to their high quality and yield, tomato plants can also adapt to various agro-climatic conditions, from lowland, midland, to highland areas. There are even seeds that are resistant to certain pests and diseases. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method to provide recommendations for tomato seeds. The SMART method allows the evaluation of seed alternatives based on various relevant criteria. The research results show that the SMART method is effective in helping farmers choose seeds that suit their specific conditions, improving agricultural efficiency and yields. The recommendation of good tomato seeds is based on five criteria: land recommendation, harvest age, yield potential, weight potential, and disease resistance. System testing results show that the recommended good and quality tomato seed is Gandhi F1, with an accuracy rate of 81.7%.

Social anxiety disorder is a mental health disorder characterized by a fear of being watched, judged, or embarrassed by others. Anyone can actually experience fear or anxiety when interacting with other people. But for sufferers, this fear is experienced excessively and gradually over time. As a result, this condition affects interaction with other people, productivity at work, or achievement at school. For this reason, we need a system that can carry out psychological tests for social anxiety disorder, which are dominated by sufferers with an age range of 10-17 years and even more, sufferers who have anxiety and are afraid to tell what they are experiencing can use this application before deciding to consult a psychologist. . The application of the Dempster Shafer Method in this application provides accurate results on the percentage level of confidence in social anxiety disorder by transferring expert (psychological) knowledge into an Android-based application, the system will be said to be successful if it shows the same or close percentage. Implemented into Android-based software and the application is dynamically displayed and user friendly.

This study developed a predictive method using the Naïve Bayes Classifier to assess depression levels in adolescents, focusing on psychological and environmental factors. The method measures the probability of various symptom categories: emotional, physical, and cognitive symptoms. Analysis results indicate that adolescents with a combination of these symptoms have a high risk of severe depression, with the highest probability value v=0.0056. The most common symptoms in the sample include decreased energy with fatigue and reduced activity, anxiety, changes in appetite (slight decrease or increase), and unexplained aches or pains, underscoring the strong influence of psychological factors. This predictive model aids in early identification of depression levels, and the Naïve Bayes Classifier is proven effective for analyzing relationships between internal and external factors. This research can enhance mental health awareness among adolescents and parents, and educate on the negative impact of environmental factors to support early detection and prevention of mental disorders.

Trello is a management application that can help get things done, especially those related to teamwork. By using this Trello application, it can make work easier with colleagues who are involved with each other. Trello will know what work is being done, who is doing it, and how far the progress is. Trello can be used by project managers because it can organize multiple tasks to make them more organized. Staff performance is the result of work in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to all staff, carrying out work according to the work table, and having skills that support the work. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding to the staff of Raz Hotel & Convention Medan on the creation of management projects that are implemented into the Trello application so that staff can manage their work clearly and neatly and provide explanations regarding technological developments and the ability of Raz Hotel & Convention Medan staff in managing projects and job desks in the Trello application. By utilizing the Trello application, Raz Hotel & Convention Medan staff can manage their work so that their main job desk can be structured and scheduled clearly and neatly. With the features available in Trello, HRD and HR Manager of Raz Hotel & Convention Medan can find out how far the progress of each HR department's work and HR Manager can also find out which staff in each department are late or not doing their work.

Developments in technology and information in the world of website design require students to be able to master the skills needed, especially in designing website layouts. Responsive Web Design is a technique that can make the web-based application design process more dynamic and easy to use on various types of devices. This is because using Responsive Web Design allows the screen resolution, density, and aspect ratio on the website to follow the screen ratio of the device. To make it easier to make a website more attractive and it doesn't take too long, it is necessary to take advantage of the use of HTML which helps regulate the appearance of a website and CSS which helps improve the content to make it more colorful. This Community Service conducts training on making Responsive Web Design using HTML and CSS for students of Tritech Informatics Vocational School in Medan. The method used is in the form of training accompanied by hands-on practice using HTML and CSS on the website layout used. This activity began by conducting a survey on the needs of the training participants to map the needs and expectations obtained from the training participants. Most of the participants stated that the material presented in the training was in accordance with the needs of the participants and 85% of the participants were able to design Responsive Web Design using HTML and CSS. Therefore, similar training activities must be carried out continuously so that students' understanding and skills become more comprehensive and students' confidence in interacting with computer media becomes higher.

Dental and oral health services that still rely on manual recording systems often face various problems, such as difficulty in searching for data, the risk of losing information, and inefficiency in the service process. This study aims to implement a digital medical record management system to improve the efficiency and quality of services in dental and oral clinics. The methodology used includes field observations, interviews with clinic staff, and training and assistance in implementing the digital system. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of this digital system has succeeded in accelerating the patient administration process, increasing data security, and facilitating the management of more structured and integrated patient information. In addition, clinic staff reported increased efficiency in administrative work, while patients felt more satisfied with faster and more organized services. In conclusion, the implementation of a digital medical record management system has proven effective in overcoming the constraints of manual data management and improving the quality of dental and oral health services. This study can be a reference for other clinics that want to carry out digital transformation in medical record management.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a serious mental health condition that can develop after an individual experiences a traumatic event. Early diagnosis of PTSD symptoms is crucial to prevent more severe psychological and social impacts. This study aims to develop a mobile-based expert system application that implements the Dempster-Shafer method to independently diagnose the confidence level of PTSD symptoms. The system is designed with three main components: biodata input, a symptom selection interface based on 9 indicator questions, and an inference engine utilizing the Dempster-Shafer method with a Likert scale to assess the severity of trauma experienced by respondents. Testing was conducted on 47 respondents, and the analysis results showed that 19.1% were in the safe category, 4.3% in mild PTSD, 12.8% in moderate PTSD, and 63.8% in severe PTSD. Validity testing indicated that all symptom items had correlation values (r-calculated) greater than 0.2876, confirming their validity, and the instrument’s reliability was measured at α = 0.806. The application is capable of providing an initial diagnosis along with recommended actions based on the severity level of PTSD. This study demonstrates that applying the Dempster-Shafer method in a mobile application offers an effective, efficient, and accessible alternative solution for early PTSD diagnosis, especially for individuals with limited access to professional mental health services.
