Abstract

This study aims to measure consumer satisfaction in purchasing puput at CV. Farmer friend. The existence of fertilizer in every area is needed by the community. The growing development of technological knowledge has made many companies compete to establish retailers that can provide good service and needs to consumers. So that there are still many consumers who are still confused about where to buy fertilizer. The problem of this research is the seller's lack of knowledge in determining the criteria for buying fertilizer so that research is needed to determine customer satisfaction, there is fertilizer sales at CV Sahabat Tani. Factors of consumer satisfaction in the purchase of fertilizer seen from product quality, quality of service or services, emotion, price, cost. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a method that can be used to find the optimal alternative from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The SAW concept is simple, easy to understand, and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The implementation of a consumer decision support system for purchasing fertilizer at CV Sahabat Tani using the Simple Additive Weighting method has provided an alternative ranking of the highest value for purchasing fertilizer that has been recommended by sellers to consumers. By choosing an alternative, customer satisfaction can be used as a decision-making system to increase fertilizer sales and gain the trust of consumers. The lowest value of satisfaction is 0.858 for consumer 1 and the highest value is 1 for consumer V.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Turnover (X₁), Task Commitment (X₂), and Cooperation (X₃) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Alam Gemilang Energi. The company operates in the energy distribution sector and plays a strategic role in providing fuel in Pangkalpinang City. Employee performance is a critical factor in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research population includes all 47 employees of the company, with the sampling technique using a census. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results show that Turnover (X₁) has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.478 > t-table 1.67412 (p < 0.05), but only explains 8.1% of the variance in Employee Performance. Task Commitment (X₂) has a significant influence with a t-value of 5.794 > t-table 1.67412 (p < 0.05), explaining 32.4% of the variance in Employee Performance. Cooperation (X₃) has a significant influence with a t-value of 9.973 > t-table 1.67412 (p < 0.05), explaining 58.7% of the variance in Employee Performance. Collectively, the three independent variables explain 71.9% of the variance in Employee Performance (F-value = 58.027 > F-table = 2.79; p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that Turnover, Task Commitment, and Cooperation significantly influence Employee Performance at PT. Alam Gemilang Energi. Cooperation has the strongest influence, followed by Task Commitment and Turnover. Recommendations include better Turnover management, enhancing Task Commitment through rewards and training, and strengthening a collaborative work culture to improve Cooperation.

Abstract

The main focus of this program is community empowerment, which is carried out systematically and sustainably. This empowerment is not only limited to knowledge transfer, but also includes coaching, mentoring, and evaluation that enable communities to be independent in the long term. Based on science, technology, and practical skills, PkM is designed to suit the specific needs of target partners. The technology introduced in this program must be able to be adopted and developed independently by the community, so that its benefits can continue even after the program has ended. Economic and social strengthening can be achieved through the Community Service (PkM) program by examining case studies of target partners. This analysis is conducted to understand the extent to which interventions provided through PkM are able to have a significant impact on improving community welfare. By exploring the various approaches that have been implemented in the PkM program, this article also aims to identify key factors that contribute to the program's success, as well as obstacles often encountered in its implementation.

Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, work culture, and internal communication on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Manajemen Abadi in Batam City. In organizational management, employee performance represents an important indicator of productivity and service effectiveness. Leadership style, organizational values, and communication practices within the workplace are considered key factors that shape employees’ motivation, commitment, and work outcomes. Transformational leadership encourages employees to perform beyond expectations through inspiration and support, while work culture provides shared norms that guide employee behavior. In addition, effective internal communication facilitates coordination and understanding among employees. Understanding the role of these factors is therefore essential for improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Materials and methods. This study employed a quantitative explanatory research design using a survey method. The population consisted of all employees working at PT. Anugerah Manajemen Abadi, totaling 40 individuals. Because the population size was relatively small, a saturated sampling technique was applied in which all employees were included as respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale to measure each research variable. Prior to hypothesis testing, the research instrument was evaluated through validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, were conducted to confirm that the regression model met the required statistical assumptions. Multiple linear regression analysis was then used to examine the influence of the independent variables on employee performance through t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Results. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance (Sig.=0.000). Internal communication also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Sig.=0.003). In contrast, work culture does not demonstrate a statistically significant effect on employee performance (Sig.=0.924). The simultaneous test shows that transformational leadership, work culture, and internal communication collectively have a significant influence on employee performance (F-test Sig.=0.000). The regression model demonstrates a strong relationship between the variables with a coefficient of determination showing that approximately 80.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the independent variables included in the model. Conclusions. The results of this study highlight the importance of transformational leadership and effective internal communication in improving employee performance within organizations. Although work culture did not show a significant influence in this research, leadership practices and communication systems remain essential factors that shape employees’ productivity and work outcomes. Strengthening leadership strategies that motivate employees and developing transparent communication processes are therefore important steps for enhancing employee performance and supporting organizational success.

Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, financial condition, and lifestyle on cigarette purchasing decisions among consumers in Batam City. Consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by various economic and behavioral factors that shape individual consumption patterns. Price is often considered a critical determinant because it reflects the cost that consumers must bear to obtain a product. Financial condition represents the economic capability of consumers in fulfilling their consumption needs, while lifestyle reflects patterns of activities, interests, and social interactions that influence consumption behavior. In the context of cigarette consumption, these factors may shape how consumers evaluate and decide to purchase cigarette products. Therefore, understanding the influence of price, financial condition, and lifestyle is important for explaining consumer purchasing behavior in the cigarette market. Materials and methods. This research applied a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey method. The population of this study consisted of cigarette consumers in Batam City. A total of 100 respondents were selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire designed using a five-point Likert scale to measure each research variable. Prior to hypothesis testing, the research instrument was examined through validity and reliability tests to ensure that the measurement items were accurate and consistent. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, were conducted to verify that the regression model fulfilled the required statistical assumptions. Multiple linear regression analysis was then used to evaluate the effect of the independent variables on cigarette purchasing decisions through t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS software. Results. The results of the analysis indicate that price has a positive and statistically significant effect on cigarette purchasing decisions (Sig.=0.000). Lifestyle also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Sig.=0.000). However, financial condition does not show a statistically significant effect on cigarette purchasing decisions (Sig.=0.542). The simultaneous test shows that price, financial condition, and lifestyle collectively have a significant influence on cigarette purchasing decisions (F-test Sig.=0.000). The regression model indicates a strong relationship between the variables, with the coefficient of determination showing that approximately 80.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the independent variables included in the model. Conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that price and lifestyle play an important role in influencing cigarette purchasing decisions among consumers in Batam City. Although financial condition does not show a significant effect, the combined influence of economic and lifestyle factors remains important in shaping consumer purchasing behavior. These results highlight the importance of considering both economic considerations and lifestyle characteristics when analyzing cigarette consumption patterns.
