Abstract

Perkembangan judi saat ini memberikan perubahan yang drastis seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dalam menciptakan sebuah aplikasi. Aktivitas judi yang dulu ada secara konvensional seperti poker, kasino, mahjong, dan sport betting, sabung ayam, permainan dadu, lotre, Togel (Toto Gelap) menjadi aktivitas judi yang sangat digemari oleh para pemain. Walaupunjudi memberikan dampak sosial yang buruk namun selalu digandrungi banyak orang. Kehadiran judi tersendiri memberikan warna yang berbeda dalam merubah tatanan kehidupan Masyarakat secara negatif. Upaya penanggulangan judi online butuh kepedulian banyak pihak, tidak terkecuali lembaga pendidikan, terutama lembaga pendidikan bidang hukum. Fakultas Hukum Universitas Langlangbuana dalam hal ini sudah mengambil perannya dalam upaya edukasi aspek hukum judi online. Diantara peran tersebut yang telah dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi serta pendampingan kepada warga Masyarakat terkait dengan permasalahan hukum judi online. Pemberian edukasi yang dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan pembagian leaflet ternyata mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang aspek hukum judi online. Edukasi ini tidak bisa hanya dilakukan sekali saja, namun harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan agar mampu mewujudkan Masyarakat terbebas dari judi online dan pinjaman online.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact across various sectors, including the healthcare sector. Bandung Regency, as one of the regions with a large population, is currently facing an issue of inequality in the distribution of healthcare facilities such as midwives, community health centers (puskesmas), and clinics. This disparity has made it difficult for residents, especially those in remote and densely populated areas, to access adequate healthcare services, ultimately affecting public health quality. This study aims to address the issue of unequal distribution of healthcare facilities in Bandung Regency by designing and implementing a Geographic Information System (GIS) as a strategic solution. By utilizing GIS, healthcare facility locations can be digitally mapped, providing a more accurate representation of their distribution and helping to identify areas that require development and equitable distribution of healthcare services. GIS also enables local governments to formulate more effective, data-driven policies to improve healthcare access. The results of this study are expected not only to enhance efficiency in healthcare facility planning but also to accelerate more precise decision-making and support equitable access to healthcare services across the region. The implementation of GIS is anticipated to reduce disparities in access to healthcare facilities and improve the quality of healthcare services in Bandung Regency, potentially serving as a model for other regions facing similar challenges.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven innovation across various sectors, including government administration. Digitalization of administrative services offers solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, particularly in data management and the issuance of administrative letters. One frequently submitted document is the cover letter. However, conventional systems at the RT/RW level often lead to delays and increase the risk of document loss or damage. To address this issue, this study focuses on designing and implementing an application to manage citizen data and cover letter services more effectively. The application adopts Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to extract information from uploaded documents, simplifying the digitization process and accelerating data verification. Additionally, the Search algorithm is applied to improve data search efficiency, thus expediting services and enhancing data management. The system aims to streamline the administrative process at the RT/RW level in Jamika Village, making it more efficient, timely, and transparent. It is also expected to improve accountability and public trust in administrative services, while serving as a reference for developing other digital administrative systems in the government sector.
