Abstract

The emergence of gadgets affects children's character if parents cannot manage their use. Therefore, activities are needed that accommodate children to continue to grow into good individuals. At the same time, in Ciamis Regency there is a community school called Sakola Motekar which carries out an ironwood week activity as an effort to instill character through playing while learning activities which are of course in accordance with efforts to instill character in children. In this activity we contributed as facilitators in the Ironwood Week activities. The methods used in this community service include observation, interviews, learning while playing. As a result of this activity which was carried out for 1 month with 4 meetings, we were able to create games that contain character education, such as: (1) Able to increase children's creativity, (2) Able to increase self-confidence and improve communication skills, (3) Increase empathy and build children's social life, as well as (4) Develop a sense of tolerance.

Abstract

Community participation is an important factor in the success of program implementation. Likewise, the Gen Z Talk Show Program is designed as an interactive forum that discusses topics surrounding verbal sexual harassment in the form of catcalling that occurs in Generation Z. By holding the Gen Z Talk Show program (Resisting Verbal Sexual Harassment: Catcalling) at SMAN 1 Baregbeg, it is hoped that more increasing awareness among teenagers, especially activity participants, regarding the dangers of catcalling¸ providing education and encouraging active participation by the community, especially activity participants, to be braver. refuse and report acts of sexual harassment catcalling. In this activity we contribute as instructors and program organizers. The method for implementing this service activity uses counseling techniques using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods and using Inquiry Learning strategies. The results of the Gen Z Talk Show activities held at SMAN 1 Baregbeg had a positive impact on participants because participants were able to participate actively, including (1) Participation of participants in increasing awareness of the dangers of catcalling (2) Participation of participants in sharing catcalling experiences (3) Participation Participants Discussion on the Impact of Catcalling (4) Participation of participants in preventing catcalling.

Abstract

Bullying is a form of violence that occurs among teenagers, especially in the school environment. Bullying is an act of violence carried out by a person or group of people who have power, which is carried out verbally, physically or psychologically. The impact that occurs on victims of bullying is that they experience various mental and physical health problems. The Si Billy Program (bullying-free action) is one of the efforts to overcome bullying, this program is an innovation that we have carried out on existing programs at the Ciamis Regency Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) Service. namely the population alert school (SSK) in the field of population control (DALDUK). Service activities were carried out in 2 schools in Ciamis Regency, namely SMPN 1 Cisaga and SMPN 1 Cijeungjing. This activity aims to provide education to teenagers about the dangers of bullying and increase awareness of mutual tolerance towards differences, in order to support the creation of a positive environment. The way to carry out this activity is through counseling designed in the form of material presentation and questions and answers. Activities are carried out at different times in each school. Through this activity, teenagers gain an understanding of bullying, have knowledge about what bullying is, types of bullying, causes, impacts, handling efforts and bullying mechanisms.

Abstract

Partisipasi dan kohesivitas ialah dua elemen penting yang saling melengkapi dalam kedinamisan kelompok pemuda untuk mencapai tujuan. Kelompok pemuda Karang Taruna Jalantir Unit 13 untuk mencapai tujuan program yang dijalankan membutuhkan partisipasi anggota. Sedangkan anggota termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi karena ada teman dekat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kohesivitas kelompok terhadap partisipasi anggota Karang Taruna Jalantir Unit 13. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional (regresi). Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah semua anggota dari Karang Taruna Jalantir Unit 13 dengan jumlah 50 orang. Dengan demikian, sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling total/sensus dengan mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (0,000) 0,05 atau taraf kesalahan 5% sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka semakin tinggi kohesivitas kelompok akan semakin tinggi partisipasi anggota. Selanjutnya hasil analisis determinasi (R-Square) memperoleh hasil bahwa kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh 39,6% terhadap partisipasi anggota. Sementara hasil korelasi sebesar 0,630 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kohesivitas kelompok (X) dengan variabel partisipasi anggota (Y) memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kohesivitas kelompok terhadap partisipasi anggota Karang Taruna Jalantir Unit 13.
