Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the contitions of payment and income tax reporting to the permanent employees of PT Mopoli Raya Medan. Descriptive research approaches, and data sources obtained from primary and secondary methods. The results of the research concluded that the company is a legally resgistered taxpayer with proof of payment of PPH 21. The Company has a monthly and annual obligation ini making payments and tax reporting. All proved by the existence of transactions and proofs of payment and deposit and PPH 21 reporting carried out by the company. So it’s easier fot the company to get incentives from the government

Abstract

This study analyzes financial ratios to predict the bankruptcy level of PT Agrifood Putra Suryafrom 2018 to 2022 and the accuracy of the Altman Z-score method in calculating bankruptcypredictions for company purposes. The research uses primary data in the form of companyfinancial reports from 2018 to 2022 which were obtained directly from PT Agrifood Putra Surya.The type of assessment used is descriptive using quantitative methods to calculate financialratios. Altman Z-score analysis in 2018-2020 PT Agrifood Putra Surya is in the gray area,indicating the company is in a vulnerable position. The company continues to suffer losses dueto weak sales and the Covid-19 pandemic. In circumstances like this, companies face financialproblems that need to be managed well. Meanwhile, in 2021 and 2022, PT. Agrifood Putra Suryais starting to rise and is in a safe area with a high Z-score of 5.48 for 2021. PT Agrifood PutraSurya is still surviving and starting to rise in this dynamic situation.

Abstract

This research has two main objectives. First, to find out the application of the company's purchasing accounting system. Second, to evaluate whether the internal control system in the company's purchasing accounting system is running optimally. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research results show that the internal control system over the purchasing accounting system at PT. Mulia Safety Service Surabaya is still not comprehensive, this is due to the dual function of the purchasing department (purchasing function and receiving function) and the lack of distribution of documents (goods receipt forms) which should also be received by the accounting department. Therefore, several improvements are needed. Firstly, by creating a separate receiving section as a receiving function or you can also give this authority to the inventory section, and secondly, the receiving function also creates a document (goods receipt form) so that not only the purchasing and inventory departments receive it but also the accounting department. This improvement is expected to optimize the purchasing accounting system at PT. Mulia Safety Service Surabaya.

Abstract

Kalimas River Tourism in Surabaya is one of the tourism object developments in the city of Surabaya. Tourism is a travel activity carried out by some or a group of people by visiting certain places for the purposes of recreation, personal development, or studying the uniqueness of the tourist attractions visited within a temporary period. Along the river, apart from enjoying Kalimas river tourism, visitors can also enjoy historical tourism. The historical tourism presented is a relic of the Dutch colonial era. Historical Tourism is a journey to experience places and activities that authentically depict the history and people of that time. Apart from enjoying the beauty of the Kalimas river with its inherent history. Tourists are also pampered with culinary tours at designated spots or areas. River tourism is very useful for learning the history of the city of Surabaya and efforts to increase tourist destinations in the city of Surabaya. One of the tourism icons of the city of Surabaya is the Kalimas River Tourism as a historical and culinary tourism. The research discusses river tourism as historical tourism. By looking for various scientific works and direct observations for references. So that the results obtained from following the river as a form of historical tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengevaluasi formulasi sederhana bauran pemasaran yang merupakan gabungan teori 4P dari Jerome MacCharty dan 4C dari Robert F Lauterborn, meliputi product for customer value, price for cost, place for covenience and promotion for communication. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisa deksriptif kualitatif, dan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Uji validitas dan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Ketatnya persaingan cafe dan restoran di Tawangmangu, menghendaki penggunaan bauran pemasaran yang lebih baik untuk memenangkan persaingan. Hasil dari analisa menunjukkan bahwa adanya beberapa aspek dari bauran pemasran yang dapat dikembangkan lebih baik lagi. Cafe Cleguk memang telah berhasil dalam hal penetapan harga dan menciptakan kenyamanan dalam kegiatan penjualan produk dan jasanya, namun memerlukan perluasan area pelayanan untuk memaksimalkan daya tampung agar terhindar dari potensi yang cukup besar dari hilangnya pendapatan. Cafe Cleguk perlu memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi khususnya media sosial dalam sarana promosi dan komunikasinya. Pemanfaat media sosial dirasa penting untuk membuka potensi penjualan online dan mengikuti trend perkembangan jaman.

Abstract

The large amount of internet use and developments in digital technology today, brought significant influence on all aspects of life. Based on data from We Are Social, 60.4% of the total population in Indonesia or 167 million people are active social media users, and are dominated by young people, both the millennial generation and Z generation. according to that, of course, its require a large amount of a massive stronger visual content today. Visual content on social media is the main thing nowadays. Good social media utilizes the power of visuals to convey a message in an interesting and memorable way. in fact, for today now the campaign of Content is a king has emerged in the public, which means the extraordinary power of content. However, in fact, there are still many young people who do not understand properly how to produce and use good, quality visual content. Therefore, Organization of Pusat Pengembangan Anak (PPA) from Gereja Kristen Indonesia (GKI) Sorogenen Surakarta invites the Bukit Pengharapan Institute of Technology and Christian Business to collaboration and contribute in sharing knowledge through FGDs and counseling regarding Visual Content for Social Media to young people from PPA GKI Sorogenen. The focus of the training material is more on the basic techniques of photography and videography in creating good quality visual content. Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide additional knowledge and Technical Guidance in the field of Tourism (Tour Guide) in Tuban Regency. The target is tourism sector actors (Tour Guides) in Tuban Regency. This activity will really help tourism sector actors to obtain professional certificates as mandated by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment mandating the formation of a National Professional Certification Agency and East Java Province Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2022 concerning the Empowerment of independent Tour Guides as well as to carry out competency certification work for workers, whether they come from job training graduates and/or experienced workers. The funds for the activities that will be carried out are socialization and training. The results of this activity produce tourism actors who are competent in their field, supported by evidence of a Competency Certificate in the field being tested.

Abstract

Sewu Kembang Tourism Village, which is located in Nglurah Hamlet, Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency, is a tourist destination that has great potential and natural beauty. Even though it has been known as a tourist village since 2001, the Sewu Kembang Tourism Village in Nglurah Hamlet was only inaugurated in 2022 by the Regent of Karanganyar. However, in the two years since it was inaugurated as a Tourism Village, it is felt that marketing efforts for this Tourism Village have not been optimal, especially in terms of digital marketing. The large amount of internet use and developments in digital technology currently have a significant influence on all aspects of life. This of course influences the current communication of a tourist destination to inform the image and character of a destination through digital marketing. Therefore, Kelompok Perduli Wisata (POKDARWIS) of Nglurah Tawangmangu Hamlet invited the Bukit Pengharapan Institute of Technology and Christian Business to collaborate in contributing to sharing knowledge through FGDs and outreach regarding digital marketing. The community service program is a wise step in developing village potential. The estimated implementation of digital marketing is an important step in supporting the development of the Sewu Kembang Tourism Village and increasing its competitiveness in the current digital era. Through the use of appropriate digital tools and supported by the involvement of the local residents, Sewu Kembang Tourism Village can optimize tourist potential, promote and preserve cultural heritage and ultimately improve the local economy. The use of digital marketing is a very valuable investment to advance the future of tourist villages. The results obtained are increased knowledge, abilities and skills of the Nglurah Hamlet community regarding digital marketing

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work-life balance and productivity on the performance of Generation Z employees at PT Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through PLS-SEM. Results show that work-life balance significantly affects job satisfaction (t = 4.786; p = 0.000) but not performance directly (t = 0.833; p = 0.406). Productivity also significantly influences job satisfaction (t = 3.884; p = 0.000), but not performance directly (t = 1.441; p = 0.150). Job satisfaction significantly impacts performance (t = 8.886; p = 0.000) and mediates the relationship between both work-life balance and productivity with performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of job satisfaction in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on TikTok Shop customers using a quantitative method. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of product knowledge and free shipping on purchasing decisions, with price discounts as a moderating variable. The study's population and sample consist of 100 students from ITBK Bukit Pengharapan. Purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 27 and Microsoft Excel. The data analysis methods used were instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research analysis show that product knowledge, free shipping, and price discounts have a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on the purchase decisions of ITBK Bukit Pengharapan students on TikTok Shop. The interaction between product knowledge and price discounts has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The interaction between free shipping and price discounts has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This means the discount variable is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
