Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment on Poverty in Indonesia in 2014-2023, either partially or simultaneously. The research approach is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is data on Economic Growth, Inflation, Unemployment and Poverty in Indonesia for 2014-2023. Data collection techniques with documentation, data collection tools are in the form of documentation obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). To process the data, use EVIEWS 10. The results of this research show that Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment partially have a positive influence on Poverty in Indonesia. Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on poverty in Indonesia. Inflation has an insignificant positive effect on poverty in Indonesia in 2014-2023 using a confidence level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05. Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in 2014-2023 using a confidence level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05. Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment together have a positive effect on Poverty in Indonesia using a confidence level of 95% or with alpha (ɑ) = 0.05.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the use of digital payments is increasingly widespread, especially among the younger generation. Along with the increasing use of digital payments, it has also made people in Indonesia become more consumptive. It is important to understand the factors that influence consumer behavior in using these services. This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of digital payments and service quality on the consumer behavior of the people of Bandar Lampung, by considering the role of consumer trust as a mediating variable. This research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The research population is people who live in Bandar Lampung City, while the sample consists of 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a sampling technique, namely the purpose sampling technique. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and then the data obtained is processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The research results show that there is an insignificant negative influence between digital payment variables on consumer behavior. There is a positive and significant influence between digital payment variables on consumer trust. There is an insignificant positive influence between service quality and consumer behavior. There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and consumer trust. There is an insignificant positive influence between the consumer trust variable on consumer behavior. Trust does not mediate the relationship between digital payments and service quality on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is an important key in helping foster children manage their emotions healthily and face life's challenges better. This research aims to analyze the role of social workers in increasing emotional intelligence, especially in terms of increasing the emotional intelligence of foster children, at the Full Hope Orphanage. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with orphanage managers. The research results show that guidance and emotional support actually have a positive impact in improving the ability of foster children in orphanages to better manage their emotions. Improved emotional intelligence helps foster children face the challenges of daily life more resiliently, as well as improving the quality of their interpersonal relationships. From the research results, it can be concluded that the role of social workers in increasing the emotional intelligence of foster children in orphanages is very significant, social workers can be agents of change who encourage the emotional growth of foster children and help them reach their full potential.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the institutional management strategies implemented at the Al-Ikhram Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the management strategy at PKBM Al-Ikhram as a non-formal educational institution that focuses on community empowerment through the learning programs it provides. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers, direct observation regarding the management strategies that have been implemented. The results of the analysis show that PKBM Al-Ikhram has succeeded in implementing various institutional management strategies that support the effectiveness and sustainability of the institution. These strategies include human resource management, development of relevant curricula, use of information technology, as well as cross-sector collaboration efforts. In addition, challenges faced in implementing management strategies were also identified, such as limited resources and changes in educational policies.
