Abstract

Pentingnya kepercayaan diri warga belajar dalam melakukan pelatihan yang diminati untuk menunjang keberhasilan pelatihan yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri warga belajar/ peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara yang ditujukan terhadap informan kursus. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan diri serta peran instruktur pengemudi sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar peserta didik.‎

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di LKP ALBERTO menemukan permasalahan atau tantangan yang mecakup darii segi waktu dan perbedaan dari warga belajarnya, di kerenakan para warga belajar memiliki tanggung jawabnya masing masing. Mulai dari anak di bawah umur yang masih menjenjang sekolah Formal, atau orang dewasa yang sudah bekerja. Di tambah perbedaan umur yang meciptakan cara berpikir dan daya tangkap yang berbeda. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini agar mengetehui tantangan serta bagaimana LKP Alberto mengatasi tantangan sehingga kami dapat mengusulkan saran atau solusi untuk LKP tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode wawancara di mana kami mendapat pandangan langsung dari LKP tersebut terhadap instraktur peserta didik. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan waktu yang efektif sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, namun perbedaan usia juga dapat mempengaruhi cara peserta memahami dan merespons materi pelajaran. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana pengelolaan waktu yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di LKP dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta dari berbagai rentang usia.

Abstract

(Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) atau biasa disebut dengan PKBM termasuk sebagai satuan pendidikan nonformal yang juga dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan sama seperti pada pendidikan formal lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dilatarbelakangi manajemen waktu kehadiran warga belajar program kesetaraan paket C setara SMA di PKBM Laskar Pelangi.Yang mana tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kendala maupun tantangan warga belajar dalam proses pembelajaran program paket C setara SMA di PKBM Laskar Pelangi yang berlokasi di Jl. Lorong Usaha Timur, Tj. Rejo, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara 20371. Dilihat dari gambaran warga belajar dalam proses pembelajaran, kesiapan waktu, serta juga kesibukan lainnya seperti pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan diluar dari sekolah. Adapun disini untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi disertai dengan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari data informasi bahwa manajemen waktu dalam proses pemebalajaran sudah dilakukan melalui pembuatan jadwal kegiatan tetapi masih berupa kegiatan yang sifatnya umum,untuk pembelajaran yang dilakukan dirancang dalam bentuk pemberian tugas melalui modul atau buku.

Abstract

Research conducted at LKP ALBERTO found problems or challenges that included time and differences between the students, considering that the students had their own responsibilities. Starting from minors who are still attending formal school, or adults who are already working. Plus, the age difference creates different ways of thinking and understanding. The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and how Alberto's LKP overcomes challenges so that we can propose suggestions or solutions for the LKP. The method used in this research is an interview method where we get direct views from the LKP on student instructors. The interview results show that effective time management is very important to achieve learning goals, but age differences can also influence the way participants understand and react to lesson material. These findings provide insight into how appropriate time management can increase the effectiveness of learning in LKP by taking into account the needs and characteristics of participants from various age ranges.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the institutional management strategies implemented at the Al-Ikhram Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the management strategy at PKBM Al-Ikhram as a non-formal educational institution that focuses on community empowerment through the learning programs it provides. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers, direct observation regarding the management strategies that have been implemented. The results of the analysis show that PKBM Al-Ikhram has succeeded in implementing various institutional management strategies that support the effectiveness and sustainability of the institution. These strategies include human resource management, development of relevant curricula, use of information technology, as well as cross-sector collaboration efforts. In addition, challenges faced in implementing management strategies were also identified, such as limited resources and changes in educational policies.

Abstract

This research examines problems in institutional management that cause low learning motivation among students at PKBM Permai. Motivation to learn is one form of success in the learning process. The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive method with data collection through observation, namely making direct observations at PKBM Permai, then conducting in-depth interviews with heads of institutions, and documentation to record and maintain accurate and organized records about an event, process or information. certain. The findings reveal that one of the causes of low motivation to learn is due to age factors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and tutors not being suitable in their field. This study also shows that tutors who are not suited to their field can cause problems, so there is a need for continuous professional development for tutors to improve the quality of education

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of the Darussalam Community Reading Garden (TBM) in supporting initiatives to provide nutritious and healthy food in Darussalam Village, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency. Activities are implemented through nutrition literacy training, the development of healthy food education modules, and the formation of family nutrition support groups based on TBM management. The implementation method uses a participatory approach, involving TBM managers, PKK cadres, and the local community. The program results show a significant increase in nutritional understanding among participating homemakers, improved skills in managing local food ingredients, and a strengthening of the TBM's role as a community nutrition education center. This program has the potential to be replicated in other areas as a model for integrating literacy and community-based health.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in Indonesia has created new spaces for participation, but has not been matched by adequate digital citizenship literacy. Digital communities, such as the Mosque Cleaning Community (KPM), have substantial social capital but have not yet optimally utilized digital platforms for civic engagement. This community service (PkM) activity aims to implement a digital citizenship-based civic learning model to empower KPM. The PkM implementation method uses a participatory approach adapted from the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The activity stages include: (1) Analysis of partner needs through digital observation and online interviews; (2) Intervention design in the form of workshops and mentoring materials; (3) Development of relevant educational content; (4) Program implementation through online workshops and intensive mentoring in partner social media groups; and (5) Program evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests as well as qualitative observations. The results of the community service show a significant increase in the knowledge, awareness, and digital citizenship skills of KPM members. There has been a transformation in the use of community social media, from being passively informative to being more participatory, critical, and educational. This program successfully increased the community's civic engagement capacity in the digital space. The implications of this activity suggest the adoption of a similar model by policymakers, such as the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) and the Education Office, for broader youth development.
