Abstract

This study aims to know direct positive effects of self-regulation and self-efficacy towards mathematics learning outcomes, and indirect positive effects of self-regulation and self-efficacy towards mathematics learning outcomes. The population of this study are students grade 10th-12th in Senior High School Tarbiyatun Nasyiin. The sampling technique in this study was cluster random sampling, so the sample is 122 students from Senior High School Tarbiyatun Nasyiin Grujugan Larangan. The data was collected using questionnaire and test, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study show that self-regulation and self-efficacy of students are in the medium category, while students' mathematics learning outcomes are still relatively low. The low of creative thinking abilities are approved by self-regulation and self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high number of unemployed in Banten Province. In ten years, Banten Province has never been out of the top ten provinces with the highest Open Unemployment Rate in Indonesia. The situation was exacerbated when Covid-19 occurred which increased the number of unemployed. Banten province in terms of education can be said to be quite low because the RLS score is unsatisfactory, while in the industrial aspect Banten province is quite satisfactory. Based on this background, this research aims to find out the impact that education and the growth of the manufacturing industry have on unemployment. The data used are from all regencies/cities in Banten Province from 2010-2020. The method used is the panel data method using secondary data. The results of the study show that the relationship between the average length of schooling, the number of processing industries, and district/city minimum wages on simultaneous unemployment is significant. The relationship between the average length of schooling and district/city minimum wages is partially negative and significant. In the variable number of processing industries, the effect is positive. The results of the research are expected to provide an overview regarding what variables can be developed to reduce unemployment.

Abstract

Leadership style as an integral part of the leadership process has a close relationship with the commitment built within the organization. This commitment will arise when a leader is able to provide good service (servant) for his subordinates. This research method is qualitative with case study type. Data and data sources were obtained from informants at the SDIT ABFA Pamekasan institution through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the servant leadership style shown by the principal has a fairly good impact on the commitment of teachers and education personnel at SDIT ABFA Pamekasan. The servant leadership style is carried out by providing academic, supervision and administrative services in the school environment. Meanwhile, efforts and strategies to increase work commitment are carried out by establishing persuasive communication, creating a harmonious atmosphere in the school environment, and providing rewards for the achievements of subordinates

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital, khususnya aplikasi Kahoot, dalam mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era digital. Transformasi teknologi yang pesat menuntut pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif agar dapat menjawab kebutuhan siswa generasi digital. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menelaah berbagai sumber literatur terkait penggunaan Kahoot dalam pembelajaran PAI dan bidang lain yang relevan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa Kahoot secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, dan pemahaman siswa melalui pendekatan interaktif dan berbasis permainan. Penggunaan Kahoot juga terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi kebosanan pembelajaran konvensional serta memperkuat komunikasi antar siswa dan guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kahoot adalah media pembelajaran yang potensial untuk diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran PAI guna menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Dengan demikian pemanfaatan media pembelajaran kahoot merupakan salah satu cara untuk menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

Akhlakul karimah merupakan unsur penting dalam ajaran Islam yang menjadi pondasi moral individu dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pandangan M. Quraish Shihab tentang akhlakul karimah dalam Surat Al-Ahzab ayat 21, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka (library research). Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur dan ditulis sesuai fokus pembahasan untuk mendukung analisis yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akhlakul karimah merupakan perpaduan antara akhlak yang berarti kepribadian baik dan karimah sebagai amal terpuji yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini secara terencana dan berkesinambungan. Akhlak dipengaruhi oleh aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik serta membedakan antara akhlak mahmudah (terpuji) dan akhlak mazhmumah (tercela), dengan Rasulullah SAW sebagai teladan utama melalui empat sifat mulia: shidiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathanah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan akhlakul karimah berperan penting dalam membangun karakter luhur dan memperkokoh iman dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, sehingga menjadi dasar utama dalam pembentukan generasi berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Daily tests are a form of formative evaluation used to measure students' understanding of learning materials. However, in practice, daily tests often present various problems, such as learning anxiety, lack of student preparedness, and low student motivation and active participation. This literature review aims to examine students' roles in solving problems that arise during daily tests at the elementary school level. The literature review approach was conducted by reviewing various journals and scientific publications from the past five years that discuss students' active role in the learning evaluation process. The study results indicate that students' role in solving daily test problems can be maximized through independent learning strategies, the formation of study groups, self-reflection on test results, emotional and anxiety management, and open communication with teachers. It is also necessary to cultivate students' responsibility for their learning process so that they are not merely objects of evaluation but also active subjects in managing and solving academic problems. The study's conclusions confirm that active student involvement in daily tests significantly contributes to improved learning outcomes and the development of independent learner character. These findings provide important implications for teachers in designing learning and evaluation approaches that empower students.

Abstract

In Islamic perspective, the family holds a fundamental position as the first educational institution that instills moral, spiritual, and social values in children. Parents bear full responsibility for shaping an Islamic personality through exemplary behavior, affection, and the cultivation of worship habits. This study aims to examine the role of parents in home-based Islamic education and to formulate strategies for nurturing children’s character based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature study method that draws from relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that the success of family education is determined by the level of awareness, consistency, and active involvement of parents in the guidance process. Effective strategies for character development include the habituation of worship, spiritual communication, moral exemplification, and compassionate discipline. A household that lives by Islamic values holistically serves as the primary foundation for raising a generation that is faithful, ethical, and strong in character within its social life.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of Islamic values ​​in the character development of Generation Z. Currently, Generation Z is faced with various influences that have the potential to shape their character amidst globalization, technological advances, and unlimited access to information. Generation Z was born between 1997 and 2012. Islamic values ​​play a crucial role in shaping Generation Z's character, helping them overcome challenges in the digital era, such as cyberbullying and the spread of hoaxes. This study aims to examine how Islamic values ​​can be effectively integrated into the character development process of Generation Z. With these values, Generation Z can avoid negative influences resulting from technological developments. This study uses a qualitative approach using a literature study method. This study identified various relevant literature sources, including books, journal articles, and official documents, to collect data. The research findings show that Islamic values ​​provide strong moral guidance in facing ethical challenges in the digital and pluralistic era. This helps shape a strong and stable character in Generation Z.
