Abstract

Pentingnya analisis biomekanika dalam kegiatan olahraga untuk pengembangan gerak mekanika olahraga. Penelitian ini, menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan software kinovea dalam bentuk menganalisis suatu video lay-up bola basket mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga 2022 untuk mengukur seberapa tepat gerakan yang di praktekkan. Dalam penelitian ini, sebelum menganalisis data terlebih dahulu peneliti harus mengambil video atau gambar secara langsung pada saat mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga 2022 melaksanakan lay-up bola basket. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sementara pengambilan video atau gambar diambil secara langsung dengan menggunakan kamera iphone. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan aplikasi kinovea, yang mana aplikasi tersebut merupakan suatu alat bantu untuk menganalisis video kondisi fisik atau gerak tubuh pada saat mahasiswa melakukan lay-up. Sampel yang akan penulis ambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, Jika sebuah populasi itu besar disebuah penelitian maka tidak mungkin dapat mempelajari keseluruhannya dikarenakan keterbatasan pada waktu dan tenaga, itu sebabnya peneliti dapat memakai sampel sebagai populasi dalam penelitian.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic situation has changed the face-to-face learning model to online learning. This certainly presents its own challenges for practical subject teachers such as PJOK teachers. In the direct learning process, PJOK learning is related to motor skills from sports game models accompanied by habituation of healthy lifestyles. With the change in learning models in a pandemic situation, the learning process, especially in PJOK subjects at the elementary school level, has also undergone adjustments. This service aims to provide socialization of basic motor skills after online learning at SDN Kemayoran 3 Bangkalan. The participants of this socialization were upper grade elementary school students (Grades 4, 5, and 6) a total of 21 male and female students at SDN Kemayoran 3 Bangkalan. Community service activities are carried out through several stages of activities, including: Preparation and Briefing, Implementation, and Program Sustainability Planning. This dedication to basic motor skills after online learning at SDN Kemayoran 3 Bangkalan was successful. This is because, after the socialization, students understand more about basic motor skills for elementary school students. In addition, students understand that the impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic affects basic motor skills, so with this socialization students can know their basic motor skills and get knowledge and suggestions so they can improve their basic motor skills.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the volleyball bottom serve ability by applying push-up and pull-up exercises to NU Arosbaya Middle School students. The method used in this research is quantitative with an experimental approach. A sample of 20 male students was taken using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The research design used is a true experimental design. The research uses a true experimental design, namely, a pretest-posttest control group design. This research instrument determines the bottom serviceability using the bottom service test. This research was conducted for six weeks, with training carried out one week three times. From the descriptive test results, the pre-test has a value of 16.25, and the post-test post-test results have a value of 24.25. From the paired sample t-test results, the t-count value was -11.830 and a sig (2-tiled) of 0.00. Because the sig value is < 5% (a), it can be concluded that there is a difference in the pre-test and post-test post-test scores. This research concludes that push-up exercises and pull-up exercises have a significant influence on improving the volleyball bottom serve ability of NU Arosbaya Middle School students.

Abstract

The main obstacle in mastering futsal playing techniques well is the player's lack of agility when dribbling the ball. Agility is a physical component that is very important for sports that require speed in changing the direction of movement. In the sport of futsal, agility plays a crucial role in supporting a player's performance to win the game. One of the agility exercises is the ladder drill exercise. This research is a type of pre-experimental research method (weak experiment). There are 2 variables in this study, with 1 independent variable (ladder drill training model) and 1 dependent variable, namely (agility). The design of this research is to use (pre-experimental designs). This research was conducted at SMP NU Arosbaya, located in Berbeluk Village, Arosbaya Bangkalan District. The population in this study was 10 students who participated in futsal extracurricular activities at SMP NU Arosbaya. The Wilcoxon test results showed a P value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect. Hence, ladder drill training significantly influences the dribbling ability of futsal extracurricular students. The advice in this research is that extracurricular futsal participants are expected to be able to perform good dribbling techniques in futsal games to make it easier to win every match.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the level of dribbling ability of Gasak FC Bangkalan players. Materials and Methods: Dribbling skills are one of the basic skills that are very important in the game of football, which involve the player's ability to control the ball while moving on the field. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through direct observation and measurement of dribbling skills using validated standard tests. Participants in this research were 15 football players from SSB GASAK FC. Result: The research results show that the dribbling skills of Gasak FC players are included in the Fair category with an average of 20.42 seconds. Factors such as training frequency, training quality, and intrinsic motivation also have a significant influence on a player's dribbling skills. Conclusion: These findings provide insight for coaches and club managers about the importance of developing training programs that focus on improving dribbling skills, as well as the importance of paying special attention to young players to develop strong basic skills from an early age

Abstract

One of the basic techniques in volleyball is the serve, which marks the start of the game. Players usually perform the serve with an overhead serve technique so that it can also provide an attack. The aim of this study is to test the effect of drill training on improving overhead serve ability. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research design, involving 20 junior volleyball athletes as subjects. The research was conducted over 6 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times per week. The test instrument used was the AAHPER serving accuracy test. The results of this study showed an increase in the average score from the pre-test (22.8) to the post-test (25.5). The paired sample t-test showed a p-value (sig) of -3.3441, which is smaller than the table value (sig) of 2.10092, indicating a significant difference in the effect of drill training on overhead serve ability.

Abstract

Kinovea software to collect and analyze video data showing the implementation of basketball lay-up techniques by sports education students in 2022. The aim is to evaluate the level of accuracy of the movements demonstrated by the students. Before data analysis was carried out, videos were taken directly during the implementation by students. This research adopts a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The process of taking a video using an iPhone camera. The Kinovea application is used as a tool to analyze physical conditions and body movements during lay-ups . The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method because of limited time and energy in studying a large population. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of the implementation of lay-up techniques and provide guidance for the development of more effective training programs in the future.

Abstract

Overhead passing is a fundamental skill that is highly important in this game. Overhead passing skill requires strength and endurance of the upper body muscles, which can be improved through physical exercises such as push-ups and pull-ups. This study aims to evaluate the influence of push-up and pull-up exercises on the overhead passing ability in volleyball among students at SMP NU Arosbaya Bangkalan. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. Thirty students were randomly selected and divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, and the duration of this study was 8 weeks. The results showed a significant improvement in overhead passing ability in the experimental group compared to the control group. The average overhead passing score in the experimental group increased from 18.4 at the pretest to 20.6 at the posttest, while in the control group, it only increased from 17.2 to 17.4. In conclusion, push-up and pull-up exercises are effective in improving overhead passing ability in volleyball, thus, it is recommended to be implemented in volleyball training programs at schools.Top of FormBottom of Form

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Level of Physical Condition Using Battery Test on Unggul FC Malang Futsal Players. This study is included in the type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were KU athletes trained by Unggul FC Malang, The research variable is the physical condition of KU Unggul FC Malang futsal players, with the instrument used in the form of a series of physical condition tests through Battery Test which includes strength, flexibility, speed, and agility. The results of the battery test for flexibility obtained an average of 18.11 ± 7.97, an average speed of 3.31 ± 0.16, an average agility of 16.52 ± 0.74, and an average strength of 41.83 ± 0.74. The conclusion of this study is that the physical condition of Unggul FC Malang futsal players is in a fairly good category, although there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of flexibility which has large variations among players. A more specific and targeted training program is needed to improve each component of physical condition so that team performance can be more optimal.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the impact of the fartlek training program on improving endurance and speed in futsal players. Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study involved 13 male futsal players (ages 18–25) from the Elano Futsal Team, selected through purposive sampling. Participants underwent a six-week Fartlek training program with three sessions per week. Endurance was assessed using the Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MFT), while speed was measured with a 20-meter sprint test. A paired sample t-test (p < 0.05) was used to analyze pre-test and post-test differences, with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) summarizing the results. Result: The one-sample t-test results indicate a significant improvement in both endurance and speed following the six-week Fartlek training program. The post-test VO₂max scores (M = 40.46, p < 0.05) showed a statistically meaningful increase compared to pre-test scores (M = 35.29). Similarly, sprint speed improved, with post-test times (M = 2.03, p < 0.05) demonstrating a significant reduction from pre-test values (M = 2.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, Fartlek training is an effective method for improving the physical condition of futsal players, particularly their endurance and speed.
