Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of work motivation in improving employee performance at the Makassar City Transportation Service. The type of research used is interpretive qualitative research. This research was carried out at the Makassar City Transportation Service using 3 informants. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that work motivation plays an important role in improving employee performance, this is mainly related to fulfilling the need for a sense of security and providing rewards for employee performance achievements.

Abstract

This is a type of quantitative research aimed at identifying and analyzing the “The Influence of Product Diversity and Sevice Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Citra Cosmetic Store in Gowa Regency”. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the shared questionnaire and related to the problem studied. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study uses the Likert Scale method. Based on the results of the study using statistical calculations through the application Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 on the impact of product diversity and quality of service on consumer satisfaction in the Cosmetic Image Shop in Gowa district, the results were obtained that the diversity of product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction proved with a Sig. value 0.001 < 0.05 and a thitung value 26.581 > ttables 1.986. Quality of service also had a positive influence and significant impact on the satisfaction of consumers proved with the Sig. rating 0.001 < 0.05, and the thitung value 4.065 > ttabels 1.986, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is acceptable.

Abstract

This research aims to determinne and analyze “The Influence of Promotion and service Facilities on Tourist Satisfaction at Punjabu Hil, Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency”. The type of research used is a quantitative method. The data quw=estionnaire. The data analysis method uses are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26 analysis tools. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it shows that the influence of promotions and services facilities has a positive effect on tourist satififactio. On Punjabu Hill, Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This is indicated by the calculated t value of 4.544 which is greater than the t table of 1.659 with a determination test of 0.462 with a positive relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the recruitment system (HR) on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pinrang Branch. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia with the number of respondents. This type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The data sources used are primary and secondary data where the primary data comes from observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from documentation. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression Analysis using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application. Results of research regarding the Influence of the Human Resources (HR) Recruitment System on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pinrang Branch found that the recruitment system variable had a positive influence with tcount (15.160) > ttable (0.214) positive and significant results, the Recruitment System variable obtained a tcount of 15.160 and a ttable of 0.214.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and brand image on purchasing decisions for koala ice tea drinks, Talasalapang branch, Makassar City. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the t test results obtained on the product innovation variable (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) obtained t count 1.925> t table 0.260 with a significance level of 0.060 which means H1 is accepted, while for the brand image variable (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) obtained t count 3.151> t table 0.260 with a significance level of 0.003 which means H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be known and proven that the variables of purchasing decisions and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for koala ice drinks at the Talasalapang branch in Makassar City.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur Efektivitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Pengantar Kartu Keluarga (KK) di Kantor Desa Borong pa’la’la, Kecamatan Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa. Efektivitas pelayanan publik di tingkat desa sangat krusial karena merupakan garda terdepan dalam penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) yang fundamental bagi hak dasar masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Informan Kunci (Kepala Desa), Informan Utama (Pegawai Administrasi Kantor Desa), dan Informan Tambahan (Masyarakat Desa Borong pa’la’la yang mengurus KK dalam 6 bulan terakhir). Keabsahan data dijamin melalui teknik Triangulasi Sumber. Indikator efektivitas pelayanan yang diukur meliputi Produktivitas, Kualitas Layanan, Responsivitas, Efisiensi, Efektivitas (pencapaian tujuan), Keadilan, dan Daya Tanggap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar KK di Kantor Desa Borong pa’la’la secara umum belum optimal, terutama pada indikator Jangka Waktu Penyelesaian dan Keadilan/Produk Pelayanan.
