Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan jangka panjang  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauhmana kompetensi pedagogik dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran masa pandemic covid 19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan IPK Mahasiswa, Penelitian ini menggunakam teknik analisis berupa mix methods yang dapat dilakukan melalui analisis kuantitatif-kualitatif bertahap yaitu analisis data kuantitatif diikuti pengumpulan analisis data kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini Mahasiswa dalam ruang lingkup Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unismuh Makassar.  Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian yaitu teknik random sampling.            Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kemampuan dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektif dimasa pandemic covid 19 dengan langkah ditempuh membangkitkan motivasi, interaktif serta membuat mahasiswa lebih aktif dan giat belajar. Pedagogic dosen memiliki peranan yang begitu besar terhadap peningkatan IPK mahasiswa cukup signifikan dengan persentase rata-rata secara keseluruhan sebesar 82.2%. hal ini berarti factor utama peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan keaktifan mahasiswa didalam kelas Kata Kunci: Pedagogik Dosen, IPK, dan Impresi Mahasiswa Abstract               The long-term goal of this research is to measure the extent to which the pedagogic competence of lecturers in implementing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has a significant effect on increasing student GPA. This study uses analytical techniques in the form of mix methods which can be carried out through gradual quantitative-qualitative analysis, namely quantitative data analysis followed by analysis collection. qualitative data. The population and sample of this study were students within the scope of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unismuh Makassar. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling technique.               The results of the study showed that the ability of lecturers to carry out effective learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by taking steps to generate motivation, be interactive and make students more active and active in learning. Lecturer's pedagogic has such a big role in increasing student GPA quite significantly with an overall average percentage of 82.2%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan mobile banking dengan pendekatan metode E-Servqual yang meliputi kualitas informasi (information quality), keamanan (security), hubungan dengan pelanggan/nasabah (customer relationship), serta responsivitas dan pemenuhan (responsiveness and fulfillment) yang menjadi indikator pengukuran tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan mobile banking PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan applied research. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada pihak bank serta nasabah pengguna mobile banking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mobile banking PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar sudah dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik. Semua indikator dimensi E-Servqual secara umum mampu diaplikasikan dengan cukup baik dalam pelayanan mobile banking. Kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan kepercayaan nasabah (trust) menjadi faktor determinan yang dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan kualitas layanan mobile banking. Pelayanan mobile banking dipersepsikan dengan baik dan mendapat ekspektasi yang lebih dari nasabah, secara umum pelayanan yang diberikan pihak bank sudah cukup memenuhi ekspektasi nasabah pengguna layanan mobile banking.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, trust and perceived usefulness toward intention to use of customer of Tix Id. This study is using a quantitative approach because the data used is in the form of numbers and was calculated using statistical methods. This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust and the dependent variable, namely, the intention to use Dana in Tix Id. In order to focus more on the research being conducted, the scope of the research is focused only on users who are in South Jakarta and South Tangerang from March to August 2022. Result of this study is perceived usefulness in terms of saving time and money when purchasing a product or service has no effect on intention to use. Perceived ease of use, related to the ease of learning, understanding, and clarity in using a technology and making it easier for technology to do what users want it to do, has a significant positive influence on intention to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and brand equity on Telkomsel card brand loyalty (a case study on Telkomsel card users in customers in the Barombong area. The data collection technique used in this study is survey technique by distributing questionnaires and studies). documentation. The population and sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 28 software. The results of the study show that based on the t-test that has been carried out on the brand trust variable (X1) on brand loyalty (Y), the value of tcount ttable or 2,585 1.660, with a significant value is 0.011 0.05. Based on the results of the t-test of the brand equity variable (X2) on brand loyalty (Y), the value of tcount ttable or 2.173 1.660, with a significant value is 0.032 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that the variables of brand trust and brand equity have a positive and significant effect on Telkomsel card brand loyalty to customers in the Barombong area.

Abstract

The cause of this look at is to investigate the direct impact of provider first-class on customer satisfaction of mobile banking customers, to analyze the direct effect of carrier exceptional on customer loyalty of cellular banking users, to investigate the direct effect of patron pleasure on purchaser loyalty of mobile banking customers and to analyze the indirect effect of carrier exceptional of client loyalty through consumer pleasure of bank BCA cell banking users. The population in this study is 1,050 customers using mobile banking. The sample in this study was taken purposively. The number of samples is 91 people. The studies device used on this study became a questionnaire or questionnaire that turned into made by means of the researcher himself. The studies device is a tool used to degree an observed natural or social phenomenon. The primary data used in this study is data obtained based on answers to questionnaires distributed to customers. The conclusion from the study is that there is a significant influence between service quality variables on customer satisfaction for customers who use mobile banking, so that improving the quality of online services will have an impact on customer satisfaction to use mobile banking. There is a significant influence between the variables of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the better the online service quality, the greater the loyalty level of mobile banking application users. There may be a sizeable have an impact on between the variables of customer delight on client loyalty, the higher the level of customer delight, the higher the level of loyalty of mobile banking application users

Abstract

This study intends to examine the impact of brand image and customer satisfaction variables on Telkomsel Sim Card customers' customer loyalty (Y). Analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. 60 participants made up the sample for this study, who were chosen from Telkomsel SIM Card users using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study suggest that brand image and customer satisfaction variables have an impact on customer loyalty at the same time. The findings of this study also demonstrate that customer happiness and brand image have a limited impact on customer loyalty. According to the adjusted R square analysis, brand image and customer happiness account for 60.1% of the relationship between customer loyalty and explanations, with other factors not included in the research model accounting for the remaining 39.9%.

Abstract

This study aims: (1)to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and intellectual capital on job satisfaction, (2)to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and intellectual capital on employee performance, (3)to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and (4)to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and intellectual capital on employee performance through job satisfaction.This study uses primary data through a survey of 335 employees as a sample of a total of 2.076 employees. Data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) program.The results showed: (1)compensation and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2)compensation and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3)job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4)compensation and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin on the inclination to buy. The fundamental wellspring of information for this examination is essential information gathered from a gathering of female understudies who have bought things on the web. The questionnaire was administered to 200 respondents through purposive sampling. The data was scrutinized using multiple linear regression analyses. The findings reveal that endorsers and promotional activities have a significant effect on purchase intention, whereas nation of origin does not. Furthermore, endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin all have a noteworthy impact on purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination, 68% of the independent variable contributes to purchase intention, while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract

The gastronomy presented by the people of Bantaeng has a very diverse heritage from Makassar tribe and required a creative process in its introduction. Through exploration that combines the presentation of Rijsttafel which has been know since the Dutch colonial era, we create a variety of local culinary riches. This research measure the public’s acceptance of the the Makassar tribe’s culinary delights in Gantarangkeke village, Bantaeng Regency by using Rijsttafel serving which is distributing various types of dishes on the dining table with hedonic test through aspects of assessing taste, texture, color and aroma with Likerts scale. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with the criteria of 50 untrained panelists. The research results showed that the level of preferene for each type of food was Rakang 4,28; Kaloli’ 4,37; Karemanaci’ 4,58; Gagape’ 4,42; Gangang Pacco’ 4,42 and Kopi Langi’ 4, 61. With score above 4,00, the level of panelist’s acceptance of the gastronomi culinary of Makassar tribe in Gantarangkeke Village is accepted by the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to enhance public awareness regarding conflict identification and encourage the adoption of suitable resolution strategies. The community service initiative employed a training approach, engaging a group of 52 women on Laiya Island, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Furthermore, this activity was a collaboration between CPCD (Center for Peace, Conflict, and Democracy) Hasanuddin University and the Pangkep District Fisheries Service. The results showed that an effective measure for conflict prevention entailed the empowerment of women. Therefore, there had been a notable improvement in community understanding of appropriate conflict resolution techniques. This activity introduced a novel approach where the empowerment of women through the utilization of marine products and the establishment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as well as home industries played a vital role in conflict resolution strategies. In conclusion, the conflicts experienced on Laiya Island were minimal, and the community successfully resolved disputes through meaningful discussions.
