Abstract

Vocational high schools which produce students ready to enter the world of work require the learning system used to be oriented towards developing students' skill competencies. Through independent learning, SMKN 1 Cilegon implements a block system through teaching factory learning to improve the quality of learning. Teaching Factory is a production-oriented learning that has been adapted to relevant field expertise competencies and is focused on project creation. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, observation and documentation. The findings from this research show that the skills possessed by these students are average, no one is left behind in understanding and adapting all forms of theory and practice so that the involvement of Teaching Factory learning in this block system is very effective.

Abstract

Currently, the development of communication networks has influenced how humans communicate and exchange information. Data communications technology reflects the rapid evolution in the way humans communicate and exchange information. Data communication is the process of exchanging information between two or more devices via a transmission medium, such as cables, radio waves, or other network infrastructure. The goal of data communications is to transfer data from one location to another quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The method used is to look for references from several internet sources such as Google. The OSI model has 7 layers, namely Application Layer, Presentation layer, Session Layer, Transport layer, Network layer, data link layer, physical layer

Abstract

In Indonesia in particular, SCADA has been recognized and started to be implemented in electric power system control since the early 1980s. In other more developed countries, the application of SCADA is growing along with developments in computer and telecommunications technology. At a time when the development of SCADA was not as sophisticated as it is now, there was an idea to make it easier to maneuver, namely in a simple network system using SCADA we can supply additional power or do power outages easily so that the overload does not occur. After implementing the SCADA system there are less time and frequency savings compared to before implementing the SCADA system. This means that the SCADA reliability index is much better after implementing the SCADA system..

Abstract

The medium voltage distribution network system is an integral part of the process of transmitting electrical energy from the substation to consumers. This transfer aims to supply electricity for daily use by consumers and can also be applied in industrial environments. The importance of electricity in modern development makes it a critical element; if a power outage occurs, our activities will be disrupted. Therefore, protection is needed within the medium voltage distribution network system to safeguard against damage to the network infrastructure, which could lead to power outages. To reduce the occurrence of such issues, protective components have been developed to protect the medium voltage distribution network facilities, ensuring the safety of consumers from the 24kV medium voltage distribution system, which could be fatal in case of direct contact.
