Abstract

Organizing Employee Recruitment at the Insprasi Learner Foundation is an educational institution that is committed to providing quality educational services for students and the community. In this effort, educational institutions need good public relations management to build a positive image, expand cooperation networks, and increase community participation in educational activities. In this article, we discuss the main functions of educational public relations management according to experts and the importance of public relations management in the implementation of education. We also reviewed the implementation of public relations management carried out by the Learner Inspiration Foundation, starting from planning, implementation, to evaluation. This evaluation includes customer satisfaction evaluation, employee performance evaluation, learning program evaluation, and social activity evaluation. By conducting regular evaluations, existing deficiencies can be corrected and the quality of educational services provided to students and the community can be improved.

Abstract

Evaluation of training results is a very important stage in training because it provides feedback on training effectiveness that can be used to improve training design. The aim of this research is to analyze the results of the Daurah Tahsin level 1 and level 2 training evaluations from Kirkpatrick Analisys, provide actions that need to be taken in relation to the results of the analysis, and provide suggestions in the form of measuring tools that can help training implementers carry out level 3 evaluations from Kirkpatrick Analisys . The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method where the data obtained is described and then analyzed. The results of this research were that the majority of training participants were satisfied with the implementation of the Daurah Tahsin training and were able to understand well the materials provided during the Daurah Tahsin training. Improving the quality of trainers and materials tailored to the participants' initial level of understanding are suggestions given to increase the effectiveness of training. A proposed measuring tool in the form of a questionnaire that can measure, process and analyze the evaluation of Daurah Tahsin training at level 3 of Kirkpatrick Analysis is also provided so that training implementers can measure the impact of this training on improving or increasing the memurajaah (repeating memorization) and ziyadah (increasing memorization) of the participants.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the employee recruitment strategy at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi, an educational institution that is committed to providing quality educational services for students and the community. In this effort, educational institutions need good public relations management to build a positive image, expand cooperation networks, and increase community participation in educational activities. Based on the results of research and discussions, it can be concluded that the implementation of recruitment and selection of teaching staff at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi has been in accordance with the stages that have been determined. The process includes planning, analysis of required positions, and determining requirements. Markazul Quran Bukittinggi prefers to recruit teachers from among their own alumni. Generally, the teachers here come from alumni of the school. Information about teacher vacancies is usually shared through alumni groups or through contact with alumni if ​​there are vacant positions. If no alumni apply, they will recruit from outside by distributing brochures and using social media.

Abstract

Quality education certainly requires efficient and accountable financial management in educational institutions. This research provides an in-depth review of the role of accountability in education financing at Markazul Quran Bukitinggi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, data collection techniques include interviews. This research includes the mechanisms implemented in building accountability for education costs. Markazul Quran Bukitinggi in preparing, implementing and evaluating their financial accountability system. also highlights the important function of transparency in building the trust of stakeholders, including parents, teachers and the community. The aim of this research is to provide valuable insights for education stakeholders in a formal or non-formal educational institution, helping to understand how important financial accountability and transparency are in achieving sustainable and quality education goals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovations in Islamic education curriculum development in overcoming ethical challenges at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi and the role of teachers in developing a responsive curriculum at Markazul Quran Bukittin. Innovation in curriculum development is considered a key parameter for assessing the success and quality of Islamic religious education in overcoming the technological ethical dilemmas faced by students. It is necessary to remember that the curriculum is a dynamic entity that is always developing, keeping up with the times and the needs of society. Therefore, an educational institution which is part of society must always see the development of society as a source of learning as a consideration in preparing the curriculum development of its institution or institutions, understanding the use of social media, digital security, and the impact of technology on Islamic values ​​( Hadith and Al-Quran). The method that the author uses in research is library research. The results of this research show that innovative Islamic religious education curriculum development can overcome the challenges of student education at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse and synthesise various literatures related to improving the quality of education and the implementation of integrated quality management (TQM) in educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach through the literature review method, this research examines various sources, such as scientific journals, books, and relevant research reports, especially those published in the last ten years. The main focus of this research is to understand the factors that influence the quality of education, the basic concepts of TQM, as well as strategies for implementing quality management in educational institutions. The results of the literature analysis show that improving the quality of education is strongly influenced by factors such as suboptimal management, limited learning facilities and the quality of human resources. In addition, the implementation of TQM in education can help educational institutions to improve overall quality through a standardised and sustainable system. This study also provides practical recommendations for educational institutions to implement TQM principles to achieve better education quality.
