Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously on performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The population used in this study were all employees of the DKI Jakarta Province Library and Archives Service, totaling 136 people. The data source used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests and Rsquare determination. Based on the results of the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline and (Y) Performance seen fcount of 29.877 with a ftable of 3.09 or 29.877 > 3.09 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0, 05. It is said that the variable Motivation, Work Discipline influences the performance of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the coefficient of determination at Adjusted Rsquare was 0.366 or 36.6%. This means that motivation and work discipline together have an effect of 36.6% on performance, 63.4% of changes that occur in employee performance can be explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel-variabel Disiplin, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Agres Id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik parametik berupa analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat bantu pengolahan data SPSS versi 21. Data ini menggunakan data Primer yang didapatkan hasil jawaban responden atas yang disebarkan 83 karyawan. Dari hasil analisis data dibawah menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Disiplin (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan yang berdasarkan nilai signifikansi hasil uji parsial (t) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan yang berdasarkan nilai signifikansi hasil uji parsial (t) sebesar 0,0003> 0,05. Adapun secara simultan variabel Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang berdasarkan nilai signifikansi hasil dari simultan (f) 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan kontribusi pengaruh ketiga variabel bebas tersebut secara simultan terhadap kinerja sebesar 73,9% dan sisanya sebesar 60,1% terhadap faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous research as the main milestone for creating and proving the existing hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is primary data that the researcher obtained from 345 employees working at Lippo Plaza Malls throughout Indonesia. The existing data was analyzed using smart PLS 4.0 analysis. The result in this article show that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, a resonant leadership style can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This is because the P-value is positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.022. These results indicate that a resonant leadership style can make employees feel comfortable and easy to complete their work. In addition, the visionary leadership style variable can also strengthen the influence of the resonant leadership style variable on job satisfaction because the p-values ​​tend to be positive and are below the significance level of 0.019, not too different from direct testing of 0.022.
