Inventory is things or working equipment that is used in business management which isconducted or operational equipment of a company. Without an inventory, a business can not beperformed. Therefore, the exsistence of inventory is very important. CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarangconducts activities in producting and selling books. In managing its data, this company still usesmanual system, so that, the information that is produced is not quick and not careful. In on effort toimprove inventory information system which is formerly conducted manually to be a computerizedinformation system, planning and system analization are needed so that it will enable the company tomake information system from being manual into computerized.In compiling the final assignment, the writer performed effort to obtain concrete data which arereliable, so the objectives of the writing of this final assignment can be a chieved and this finalassignment can show a reliable informations in this observation, the writer used some methods whichare. Interview to some related section, the interview is conducted in oral questions or written ones,observation by performing observation to study objects, and literature study by compiling data and byreading relevant books which are related to observation matters.After the whole arrangement is made, it is kniown that with inventory information system, thesearch for stock items will be easier and faster, because every transaction (buying or selling), availablestocks will be update (noted) automatically, so that ware house employee will find that he/she cancheck available stocks move easier and faster.Keyword : Information system, of inventory, data management

This study aims to provide an overview of multicultural approaches to the pedagogic competence of teachers PAI MTs Negeri pascasertifikasi as Palembang City. This research is a quantitative research used is explanatory survey method (explanatory survey method). The sample of 17 teachers of PAI consists of 9 teachers PAI M.Ts Negeri 1 and 8 teachers PAI M.Ts Negeri 2. Techniques of collecting data using tests, questionnaires, documentation. Validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis, The results showed pedagogical competence of teachers PAI (52.2%), included in the category of being. including high categories of 5 people (29.4%), and low category amounted to 12 people (70.6%). Hypothesis test concluded There is a significant influence of motivation factors on the pedagogic competence of teachers PAI MTs Negeri as Palembang City. Chi Square statistical test results obtained p value = 0.768, while the value of Odds Ratio (OR) obtained by 1,000 with the level of confidence interval 0.903 - 14.153.

Religion and culture of the elementary schools are two different things but very closely related the majority of people are very complicated or quite difficult to distinguish the absolute religion and which culture becomes an expression well as vehicle and relatively it. Of course the inability of a person to distinguish lack of clarity is causing chaos in thinking epistemological side, chaos in the sense of hierarchy where the value associated with the higher values and the lower values which is absolute and which are relatively of the elementary schools. Departing of the elementary schools from these problems .using the historical anthological approaches and methods of analysis –critical then this article tries to discuss about archipelagic Islam. The main stress ion is in the epistemological analysis of archipelagic Islam. The main critical analysis carried out toward archipelagic Islam is expected to map which aims unveil what should be retained and that what should be deconstructed the conclusion from this study is the dialectic between religion that have moral and universal values with the culture and traditions of the people of Indonesia to from a distinctive style of Indonesian Islam is commonly called archipelagic Islam especially the elementary schools.

This article investigates the Majlis Dhikr Kraton Pekalongan Cityâ€™s concern on the ecosystem environment. The data are derived from qualitative methods by means of interviews and observations. This article presents two conclusions. First, the Majlis of Dhikr Kraton Pekalongan City is aware that the environment is created by Allah, which is dedicated for humans and their fellow beings. Secondly, the Majlis Dhikr Kraton of Pekalongan City has made important steps in its attempt of conserving, either in the form of handling or preventing the environment and ecosystem safety. Environmental damage is handled by processing textile wastewater, processing solid waste (garbage), repairing land through agriculture and plantation sectors, improving land through the fisheries sector, and cleaning up air pollution. The precautionary measures are implemented in the form of making infiltration wells and biopori holes in addition to socialization to the community.

This study aims to compare the financial performance of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia based on the Income Statement Approach and Value Added Approach in terms of financial ratios consisting of ROA, ROE, and NPM. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using secondary data. The data used are financial reports published by PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from 2017-2021. The subject of this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The object used in this study is the financial performance of Islamic banks. The results showed that by using the ROA, ROE, and NPM ratios there were significant differences, in this study the Value Added Approach approach of banks was able to produce better financial performance compared to the Income Statement Approach, due to the average value of the ratios of ROA, ROE and The NPM in the Value Added Approach is relatively higher than the Income Statement Approach. The average value of the ROA ratio in the Value Added Approach is 6.23% while in the Income Statement Approach it is 0.055%. The average value of the ROE ratio in the Value Added Approach is 81.57% while in the Income Statement Approach it is 0.50%. The average value of the NPM ratio in the Value Added Approach is 102.06%, while in the Income Statement Approach it is 0.60%. This shows that with the Value Added Approach approach, banks are able to generate better profits compared to the Income Statement Approach.

Meatballs is a processed meat product and one of Indonesia's favourite culinary delights. This study aims to determine the effect of fenugreek paste on the physical and organoleptic quality of meatballs made from chicken meat. The research was conducted in June-July 2023 at the Research and Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, and Animal Production Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of No Sumatra. The design used in this study was RAL (Completely Randomised Design) with 4 treatments, namely P0 = 0%, P1 = 5%, P2 = 10%, P315%, and 5 replications. The parametersÂ Â Â in this study were physical quality tests, namely meatball pH and cooking loss, and organoleptic tests of color, aroma, taste, and tenderness. The results showed that 5%, 10%, 15% fenugreek paste had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on physical quality and organoleptic quality. The higher the percentage of fenugreek paste used in meatballs, the higher the physical and organoleptic quality of meatballs In conclusion of this study is that fenugreek is good to add to get quality meatballs

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously on performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The population used in this study were all employees of the DKI Jakarta Province Library and Archives Service, totaling 136 people. The data source used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests and Rsquare determination. Based on the results of the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline and (Y) Performance seen fcount of 29.877 with a ftable of 3.09 or 29.877 > 3.09 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0, 05. It is said that the variable Motivation, Work Discipline influences the performance of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the coefficient of determination at Adjusted Rsquare was 0.366 or 36.6%. This means that motivation and work discipline together have an effect of 36.6% on performance, 63.4% of changes that occur in employee performance can be explained by other variables outside this study.

Peran multikulturalisme dalam pemberdayaan perempuan menjadi semakin penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dan membangun kesetaraan budaya dalam masyarakat yang beragam. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana multikulturalisme dapat berkontribusi dalam pemberdayaan perempuan, serta mengatasi tantangan yang muncul dalam perjalanan menuju kesetaraan gender. Melalui penelitian terkait, kami menemukan bahwa multikulturalisme dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam menghadapi stereotip gender yang ada dalam berbagai budaya. Dengan mempromosikan dialog antarbudaya dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman, multikulturalisme dapat membantu menggoyahkan pandangan yang membatasi perempuan dalam berbagai peran dan tanggung jawab. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi multikulturalisme dalam pemberdayaan perempuan tidak dapat diabaikan. Konflik nilai dan norma dapat membatasi kemajuan dan menyebabkan hambatan dalam mencapai kesetaraan gender. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang sensitif dan kolaboratif dalam mengatasi tantangan ini, dengan menghormati dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya yang positif, sambil mempromosikan nilai-nilai universal tentang kesetaraan dan hak asasi manusia. Selain itu, multikulturalisme juga berperan dalam mendukung pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pendidikan dan kesadaran.

The oil palm plantation sector in Indonesia faces significant operational efficiency challenges due to manual record-keeping, limited field activity monitoring, and suboptimal resource management, potentially leading to decreased yields and productivity. This research aims to develop a "Web-Based Oil Palm Plantation Operational Management Monitoring Application" for the AM4 Oil Palm Plantation in Alur Meranti Hamlet, Besitang District. The system is designed to provide accurate digital data recording and reporting, integrated with real-time field activity monitoring (including fertilization and maintenance), and integrated resource management. Utilizing the waterfall methodology, system development involved in- depth requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results indicate that this application significantly enhances operational efficiency, data accuracy, and supports more effective managerial decision-making based on real-time data, surpassing the focus of previous research. This success demonstrates the substantial potential of information technology in optimizing oil palm plantation management, contributing to increased productivity and operational sustainability. Furthermore, the implementation of this web-based system is expected to minimize human error in data entry, provide a centralized database for easier access and analysis, and foster a more proactive approach to plantation management. By enabling real-time insights into crucial operational aspects, the application empowers plantation managers to make timely adjustments, optimize resource allocation, and ultimately boost overall output. This innovation serves as a model for other plantations grappling with similar challenges, highlighting the transformative power of digital solutions in modern agriculture.
