Abstract

The interest in learning the Qur'an has started to rise amidst the current era of moral degradation among children and adolescents. Effective Qur'an learning must be adapted to existing conditions. To address the dual global challenges of increasing interest in Qur'an learning and English language education, an integrated method is required. This paper aims to provide an understanding of the importance of Qur'an and English language education using the Al-Muyassar Qur'an learning method. This research employs a literature review method. The results of the study indicate that teaching the Qur'an to young children using the Muyassar method is highly accurate and effective, allowing children to fluently and rhythmically recite the Qur'an from an early age. With the Muyassar method, a teacher is required to extend the time for Qur'an revision (muraja'ah) to strengthen the child's memory retention. While this integrated learning method offers various advantages, it also comes with certain drawbacks. Therefore, further research on this integrated method is necessary.

Abstract

Pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga pada masyarakat masih banyak yang tidak tepat dalam upaya swamedikasi. Hal tersebut beresiko memberikan dampak buruk kesehatan diri maupun lingkungan. Penting bagi masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan yang benar terkait obat agar terhindar dari dampak buruk tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengabdian melakukan kegiatan pengabdian yang terdiri dari penyuluhan tentang pengenaln obat dan pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai penggunaan dan pengelolaan obat yang benar. Salah satu cara pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar adalah dengan menerapkan program DAGUSIBU (DApatkan, GUnakan, SImpan, BUang) dalam pengelolaan obat rumah tangga. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada masyarakat terkhususnya ibu-ibu peserta Senam Jantung Sehat di Stasion Kota Bengkulu. Evaluasi pengabdian dilakukan melalui sesi tanya jawab sebelum dan sesudah edukasi terkait pengenalan dan pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga. Hasil evaluasi observasi memperlihatkan semua peserta sudah mampu mempraktekkan dan menjelaskan cara pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga pada aspek menggunakan, menyimpan dan membuang obat. Dengan memahami dan menerapkan cara pengelolaan obat yang benar di rumah tangga maka tujuan pengobatan dapat tercapai serta tidak menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan.
