Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that is in junior high school of state 9 Semarang which shows that the students who have empathy in social interactions is low. The purpose of this study to determine the efforts and success in increasing empathy in the social interaction of students through experiential learning approach to group dynamics. This research is action research guidance and counseling. Subjects were 10 students who had low empathy in social interaction. Data collection methods used were psychological scales and observation. Wilcoxon test results obtained thitung 55.0 > 8.0 TTable or imply Ha accepted and Ho rejected. These results demonstrate empathy in students social interaction can be improved after getting the group dynamic experiential learning approach. Empathy in the social interaction of students before gaining experiential learning group dynamics approach to the low category 51.19%. After obtaining the dynamics of group experiential learning approach with 81.96% higher category. After the I cyclus increased empathy in social interactions by 14.93% from the initial conditions. After the II cyclus of empathy in social interactions increased by 15.84% of cyclus I. In addition, students progressing better behavior seen from the increasing indicators sensitive to others, trust, understanding, awareness of others, openness, social contacts, and social communication.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Farmasis remaja memiliki peran dalam pembangunan kesehatan. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah penerapan swamedikasi. Tujuan: Pentingnya peran farmasis remaja dalam swamedikasi mendorong dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian dengan tema pengenalan peran farmasis remaja dalam swamedikasi. Metode: Peserta diberikan pretest dan selanjutnya diberi intervensi berupa materi umum terkait swamedikasi, diskusi dan praktek swamedikasi bersama tutor. Media yang digunakan berupa materi dalam bentuk power point, modul dan alat peraga. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan melakukan posttest pada peserta yang sama. Hasil: Hasil pretest menunjukan bahwa hanya 14 peserta (20,29%) yang memiliki pengetahuan baik, sedangkan 50 peserta (72,46%) berpengetahuan cukup dan 5 peserta (7,25%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang. Nilai rata-rata hasil pretest adalah 57,10. Setelah diberi intervensi, hasil posttest menunjukan bahwa 66 peserta (95,65%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, sedangkan hanya sejumlah 3 peserta (4,35%) yang masih memiliki pengetahuan cukup. Nilai rata-rata posttes adalah 85,60. Kesimpulan: Adanya peningkatan nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian intervensi dalam program pengenalan farmasis remaja dalam swamedikasi yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMK Pelita Bangsa Yogyakarta tentang swamedikasi. Perlu dilakukan penelitian sejenis dengan jangka waktu antara pretest dengan posttest lebih dari 1 bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh perceived organizational support, human relation, kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 147 orang karyawan, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga mendapatkan responden berjumlah 108 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, human relation berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. perceived organizational support, human relation, kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability of coaching learning techniques to implement the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in Indonesian subjects at SMPN 1 Muara Bungo. The theme of a sustainable lifestyle with the topic of sustainable tourism was chosen because Muara Bungo Regency has tourism objects and potential for environmental-based tourism. This research is development research using the Borg & Gall development model and adapted to the coaching technique and the Guide to the Development of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Projects published by the Education Standards, Curriculum and Assessment Agency, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the study found that the coaching technique was suitable to be applied in extracurricular activities of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in Indonesian subjects for persuasive speech material. Because it met the principles of implementing P5, namely; holistic, contextual, learner-centered, and exploratory.

Abstract

This study is to apply the experimental method which has two variables, X and Y. The population is all students who attend SD Negeri 20 Palembang. The research sample is using two classes as experimental classes and control classes by applying pretest posttest. The way researchers collect data is with tests and documentation. Researchers carried out validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis applies normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. If the tcount value is smaller than the ttable value, then Ho will be rejected and Ha will be accepted. However, if the tcount value is equal to or greater than the ttable, then Ho will be accepted and Ha will be rejected. The results in this study are after the test obtained a significant (2-tailed) of 0.001 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (5%). After being treated in the form of flash card media there was an increase in student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect when applying flash card media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. Then the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The COVID-19 crisis has become a global challenge that requires a rapid and adaptive public administration response. This article analyzes lessons learned from governments' handling of pandemics around the world. The main focus is on the role of information technology, inter-agency collaboration, health system resilience, policy innovation, and psychological and social factors in the context of public administration responses. The research involved a comprehensive analysis of various policies and strategies implemented by governments at various levels. The results show that information technology, such as contact tracing apps and online platforms, plays a vital role in mitigating the spread of the virus and providing accurate information to the public. Inter-agency and intersectoral collaboration proved to be a decisive factor in the success of the public administration's response. Health system resilience was highlighted, and countries with strong health systems tended to be more successful in providing adequate health services. Policy innovations, including coordinated lockdowns, mass vaccinations and economic support for affected citizens, have proven effective in addressing the socio-economic impacts of the pandemic.People's psychological and social factors play an important role in the success of government policies. Communication strategies that build trust, manage public concerns, and motivate compliance with precautionary measures have proven crucial in easing panic and increasing public support.This article not only identifies lessons learned from handling the COVID-19 pandemic, but also provides suggestions for strengthening the resilience and adaptability of public administration systems in the future. The implications of these findings are expected to help governments and stakeholders prepare for similar challenges in the future.

Abstract

Radikal bebas adalah molekul yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai kerusakan molekular pada tubuh, sehingga dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam penyakit. Oleh karena itu banyak dialkukan penelitian mengenai radikal bebas dan antioksidan. Biji kopi robusta (Caffea canephora) diduga memiliki aktivitas antioksdian yang kuat sehingga mampu meredam aktivitas radikal bebas pada tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan dari infusa kopi robusta dengan metode DPPH (1.1-dipheny1-2-picrylhydrazyl). Cara infusa dengan pelarut etanol digunakan untuk membuat infusa. Konsetrasi yang digunakan pada uji aktivitas antioksidan infusa kopi robusta dimulai dari 200 ppm, 400 ppm, 600 ppm, 800 ppm. Infusa kopi robusta dicampurkan dengan DPPH. Vitamin C dipilih sebagai kontrol positif. Spektrofotometer digunakan untuk pengukur absorbansi dengan panjang gelombang 510-520 nm. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perubahan warna secara kualitatif pada infusa biji kopi robusta dan vitamin C. Nilai IC50 infusa biji kopi robusta senilai 2, 4, 6, 8, dan10 ppm dan termasuk aktivitas antioksidan sedang berdasarkan klasifikasi Blois.
