Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka memberikan harapan bagi perguruan tinggi untuk berkreasi dan berinovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi dan menyelaraskan lulusan dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi berupa strategi dan model terhadap pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif guna menggali data primer dan data sekunder sebanyak-banyaknya. Temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa beberapa perguruan tinggi di Kalimantan Tengah memiliki kesiapan yang berbeda-beda dalam menjalankan Program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka. Kendala keuangan untuk kebutuhan berkreasi dan berinovasi seringkali menjadi hambatan utama. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari minimnya dunia usaha dan dunia industry di Kalimantan Tengah. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan strategi dan model implementasi Program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka yang lebih fleksibel dan akomodatif sesuai dengan postur keuangan masing-masing perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Traffic congestion in the school environment, especially during school departure and return hours, is a significant problem. This study aims to identify the causes of traffic congestion and evaluate strategies that can be applied in overcoming these problems. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the internal and external factors of the applied strategy. The results showed that congestion is caused by various factors, including student shuttle activities, indiscriminate vehicle parking, limited parking lots, crossing the road, and street vendors selling around the school. The Transportation Agency's efforts include traffic regulation by officers in the field and appeals to schools and parents. However, there are weaknesses in terms of limited human resources and traffic infrastructure. The conclusion of this study is the need to optimize existing strategies, including additional personnel, provision of “kiss and ride” parking facilities, and procurement of more adequate traffic signs. In addition, enforcement of traffic rules and socialization to the community need to be improved in order to maintain smooth traffic flow and improve safety around schools.

Abstract

The issue of increasing production costs, difficulty in obtaining plastic bag replacement materials, and the habit of SMEs in using plastic bags in packaging are one of the causes of the increasing volume of plastic waste in the Rambang Harbor area of Palangka Raya City. The community service was carried out by the Palangka Raya University community service team through the method of socializing the Regional Regulation of Palangka Raya City Number 3 of 2022 concerning reduction of plastic bags to SMEs at Rambang Harbor to reduce the growth of plastic waste. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out, providing replacement incentives for SMEs, and providing access to plastic bag replacement materials products, as well as innovative products are willingness for SMEs of Rambang Port to the government to reduce the use of plastic bags.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the distinction that occurs among Local Preneur, Local Fluencer in Local Pride branding based on Local Wisdom. Qualitative research method with a case study approach. The findings of this study are that there is a distinction in local purun products where in terms of quality and price they are still unable to reach non-local goods. In addition, not many local influencers are aware of the local brands produced by local entrepreneurs so that local pride in Central Kalimantan has not been stimulated massively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) di Desa Kuala Kuayan, Kecamatan Mentaya Hulu, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan 25 informan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam Musrenbang di Desa Kuala Kuayan masih tergolong rendah dengan tingkat kehadiran hanya 50-60% dari total undangan dan didominasi oleh elite desa. Partisipasi masyarakat berada pada level "tokenisme" menurut tangga partisipasi Arnstein, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti tingkat pendidikan (70% berpendidikan SD-SMP), pekerjaan sebagai petani (85%), dan kesadaran masyarakat yang rendah, serta faktor eksternal seperti kepemimpinan top-down, komunikasi yang tidak efektif, dan kurangnya transparansi pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya transformasi pendekatan Musrenbang dari formal-administratif menjadi partisipatif-dialogis, peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dan aparatur desa, serta penguatan mekanisme transparansi dan akuntabilitas
