Abstract

As the oldest and largest tertiary institution in the Central Kalimantan region, Palangka Raya University (UPR) welcomes the policy of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) regarding Independent Learning Campus (MBKM). Since 2020, UPR has been aggressively socializing the MBKM policy to all faculties, units, and institutions at UPR. To ensure that MBKM activities at UPR are carried out well and produce quality output and outcomes, the Chancellor has established various policies about MBKM such as the Chancellor's Regulation on the Implementation of MBKM within Palangka Raya University, the Chancellor's Decree regarding Curriculum Guidelines for Supporting MBKM at UPR for 2022/2023, Chancellor's Decree regarding Implementation of UPR Collaboration Supporting MBKM Implementation, Chancellor's Decree regarding Technical Instructions for Implementing Learning in the Context of the MBKM Program at UPR. In 2023, UPR will form an MBKM study center which is under the organizational structure of the University Quality Assurance Institute. To encourage, accelerate, and facilitate the transformation of higher education, the Ministry of Education and Culture launched the Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) for study programs and the Institutional Support System (ISS) program for its universities/institutions. In 2024, Palangka Raya University, in a competition grant proposal, succeeded in passing 1 ISS program and 2 PKKM programs for the Bachelor of Laws study program, Faculty of Law and Bachelor of English, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Damang Kepala Adat dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Ngaju di Kecamatan Jekan Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif secara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Damang Kepala Adat dalam perkawinan adat Dayak Ngaju, yaitu : (1) sebagai moderator dalam dialog atau pembicaraan pihak mempelai dalam penentuan dan pemenuhan jalan hadat berdasarkan kemampuan dan kesepakatan pihak mempelai; (2) menjelaskan jalan hadat dan makna perkawinan adat secara arif dan bijaksana serta membantu pihak keluarga mempelai dalam merumuskan perjanjian - perjanjian perkawinan menurut adat Dayak; (3) menyaksikan pemenuhan hukum adat perkawinan menurut adat Dayak; (4) Damang Kepala Adat berkuasa penuh dalam menerbitkan surat keterangan perkawinan secara adat; (5) sebagai mediator atau memandu jalannya pelaksanaan pemenuhan perkawinan adat; (6) sebagai hakim adat dalam menengahi konflik bahkan penyimpangan dan menyelesaikan masalah baik masalah dalam tahapan menuju perkawinan maupun paska perkawinan.

Abstract

The issue of increasing production costs, difficulty in obtaining plastic bag replacement materials, and the habit of SMEs in using plastic bags in packaging are one of the causes of the increasing volume of plastic waste in the Rambang Harbor area of Palangka Raya City. The community service was carried out by the Palangka Raya University community service team through the method of socializing the Regional Regulation of Palangka Raya City Number 3 of 2022 concerning reduction of plastic bags to SMEs at Rambang Harbor to reduce the growth of plastic waste. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out, providing replacement incentives for SMEs, and providing access to plastic bag replacement materials products, as well as innovative products are willingness for SMEs of Rambang Port to the government to reduce the use of plastic bags.

Abstract

SIMYANDU is a service provision system in the licensing sector that is fast, effective and efficient. This research aims to analyze the implementation of SIMYANDU using the theory of Delone & McLean (2003) which states the variables of successful technology implementation, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction and benefits using descriptive qualitative methods. The research results show that the low use of SIMYANDU by the community is due to the lack of socialization and guidance carried out by the Palangka Raya City DPMPTSP so that public knowledge in applying for permits online is still low

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai potensi kuliner yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah, khususnya di Kotawaringin Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Kotawaringin Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian di Kotawaringin Barat, Coto Manggala telah mendominasi sebagai kuliner khas Pangkalan Bun yang paling digemari yang paling digemari oleh warga Pangkalan Bun. Coto Manggala juga menjadi referensi kuliner utama bagi wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa wisata kuliner di Kalimantan Tengah masih membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih serius dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan, yaitu pemerintah, pelaku pariwisata dan masyarakat agar dapat mendorong peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan di Kotawaringin Barat dengan destinasi yang paling populer yaitu Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting
