Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the management of Scout extracurricular activities at SDIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak, focusing on the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The method employed is a case study approach within the qualitative research paradigm as proposed by Spradley. Data collection techniques encompass structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentary analysis. The findings indicate that the management of Scout extracurricular activities at Gudep 05.047-05.048 Umar bin Abdul Aziz Fatimah Az-Zahra Pangkalan SDIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak can be outlined as follows: (1) Planning, involving mentor meetings at the beginning of each academic year to discuss activity plans; (2) Organization, where the Front Cluster leadership is held by Kamabigus, overseeing the male and female Gudep mentor leaders; (3) Implementation: Overall, the execution of Scout activities at SDIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak reflects a unique approach and a strong commitment to Islamic values; (4) Supervision, carried out collaboratively by several parties, including mentors, coordinators, and the Deputy Head of Student Affairs.

Abstract

This research explores methods for integrating religious values in scouting, focusing on interaction dynamics, challenges, and solutions at SDIT Al-Mumtaz. Using a case study and qualitative methods (Miles, M.B, Huberman, A.M, Saldana, 2014), it condenses data stages, emphasizing diverse tailored methods aligned with scouting levels, integration goals, and student needs. Collaborative mentor efforts, flexibility, and adaptability are crucial. Intensive participant-facilitator interaction significantly impacts religious character values implementation. Facilitators, as "mothers" and "leaders," act as instructors and role models, fostering two-way communication for skill development and understanding. Challenges include fear management, student understanding variations, designing entertaining and educational scouting activities, social pressure, and differing participant skills. Despite challenges, SDIT Al-Mumtaz mentors successfully employ planned approaches and high commitment

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method combined with the Examples Non-Examples approach in enhancing students' digital literacy outcomes through the production of short movie advertisements. In an increasingly digital era, digital literacy has become an essential skill that students must master. PjBL offers a learning approach that actively engages students in real-world projects, while the Examples Non-Examples method provides concrete guidance through both positive and negative examples. This study employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model using Kurt Lewin's cycle, involving 36 students from class X.7 at SMAN 8 Malang. Data were collected through observation and documentation studies and analyzed descriptively, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicate that the application of this method significantly improves students' understanding and skills in digital literacy, particularly in video editing, visual composition, and creativity. The study concludes that PjBL with the Examples Non-Examples approach is effective in enhancing students' digital skills and soft skills, and it offers a meaningful contribution to the development of digital learning methods.

Abstract

The "Students Incubator Business" program at SMAN 8 Malang aims to enhance students' skills in managing micro businesses by creating effective promotional media using Canva. The program comprises several stages: participant registration, workshops, mentoring, project assessment, and evaluation. A total of 20 students with micro businesses participated in this program, which involved intensive training in graphic design and digital marketing. The results showed increased students' knowledge and skills, mainly using Canva to create attractive promotional media tailored to their target markets. Program evaluation indicated that 80% of participants successfully produced high-quality promotional media, while the rewards effectively boosted students' motivation and confidence. Despite the program's success, ongoing mentorship is needed, particularly in copywriting strategies, to enhance marketing effectiveness further. Overall, this program successfully supported students in developing their micro businesses by improving their digital marketing skills.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada dunia pendidikan hingga saat ini adalah kegagalan siswa dalam bersikap disiplin, meskipun sikap tersebut memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Untuk mendukung kinerja guru kesiswaan dalam menetapkan tindakan kepada siswa yang memiliki masalah di sekolah, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengelolaan terhadap pelanggaran siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi kesiswaan yang menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) untuk menentukan penanganan pelanggaran siswa di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Penggunaan metode SMART dalam sistem ini membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penanganan pelanggaran siswa berdasarkan atribut relevan seperti tingkat keparahan pelanggaran dan poin pelanggaran siswa. Penelitian dan pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model FourD (4D) yang mencakup tahapan define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Model pengembangan 4D digunakan karena memiliki tahapan yang sistematis dan sesuai untuk penelitian pengembangan. Hasil pengujian oleh validator ahli perangkat lunak menunjukkan efektivitas sistem dengan hasil 100% pada aspek fungsionalitas dan 92.26% pada aspek usabilitas. Implementasi penggunaan produk dilakukan oleh tujuh guru tatib SMKN 2 Malang. Hasil uji coba pengguna menunjukkan persentase sebesar 92.69% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Oleh karena itu, produk dianggap layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi penanganan pelanggaran siswa di SMK.
