Abstract

Indonesia salah satu negara yang multikulturan yang banyak memiliki keberagaman suatu suku, bangsa, ras, bahasa dan agama. Deskriminasi agama dan sosial merupakan permasalahan yang persisten di masyarakat modern, serta keberagaman ini merupakan salah satu ciri masyarakat tepatnya diindonesia. Peneliian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk memahami tingkatt pemahaman terhadap konsep deskriminasi agama dan sosial serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemhaman tersebut. Selain itu metode yang dipakai yaitu pendekatan penelitian normatif deskriptif dengan cara menekankan pada suatu analisis data yang bersumber dari data. Informasi yang diperoleh yaitu dari jurnal-jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Untuk analisis data ini menggunakan metode analisis isi yang menarik kesimpulan yang benar dari sebuah dokumen. Adapun prinsip keberagamaan masing-masing suatu kelompok sangat mudah menimbulkan konflik seperti deskriminasi. Di beberapa wilayah tepatnya diindonesia konflik agama kerap menimbulkan respons atau dinamika politik, tentu saja di bidang ekonomi dan sosial yang turut serta melingkari kehidupan sosial dan masyarakat. Perbedaan itu jika tidak ada diantisipasi akan menjadi pemicu konflik yang berujung pada kekersan bahkan juga bisa jadi pertumpahan darah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the connection between the Pagar Merbau District Health Center's performance and the leadership style used in decision-making and problem-solving. In 2024, Deli Serdang. This study is cross-sectional and observational. Fifty individuals made up the sample size. A questionnaire is used as a data gathering tool in this study the test known as chi-square is the analysis that is employed. The study room demonstrates that 25 people (50%) are involved in problem-solving using a leadership style that emphasizes involvement. There are 25 individuals (50%) involved in the Making decisions process, which is more educational in character. Bivariate analysis results show that leadership style and health worker performance Community Health Center Pagar Merbau in Regency of Deli Serdang are associated, with a p-value of 0.001 and a related category since the value is greater than 0.05. The findings of the evaluation indicate that health professionals' performance, which includes their presence, teamwork, excellence of the work, professionalism, and knowledge mastery needs to be in harmony with the educational, consultative, participative, and delegative leadership style of the Pagar Merbau Health Center's chief executive. To maximize the performance of all healthcare professionals in problem-solving, The community health center's head should adopt a leadership style That's more adaptable and flexible to different circumstances.

Abstract

the role of Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) in Hamlet III Sei Glugur Village in supporting community health programs, especially for mothers and children. Posyandu provides various activities such as immunizations, health education, and monitoring children's growth and development, which facilitates community access to basic health services. Even though there is enthusiasm and positive benefits felt by the community, especially young mothers, the main challenge faced is the lack of public awareness. This research recommends improving facilities, cadre training, and support from the government and community to increase Posyandu participation and effectiveness.

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone di kalangan remaja terus meningkat seiring dengan kemudahan akses terhadap informasi, hiburan, dan media sosial. Menurut APJII (2024), 98% remaja menggunakan smartphone, sementara data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Sumatera Barat (2024) menunjukkan bahwa 67,78% remaja memiliki akses ke smartphone. Penggunaan berlebihan ini membuat remaja kesulitan mengelola waktu, mengurangi konsentrasi, sering menunda-nunda tugas, dan mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan penggunaan smartphone pada remaja kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 25 Padang Tahun 2025, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 26-28 Mei 2025. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 261 siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 25 Padang pada tahun 2025. Sampel sebanyak 72 responden diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik sampling acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner MSLQ, dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 45,8% remaja memiliki motivasi belajar rendah, sementara 44,4% memiliki penggunaan smartphone yang tinggi. Secara bivariat, terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan penggunaan smartphone pada remaja kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 25 Padang tahun 2025. Diharapkan guru dapat meningkatkan program pendidikan tentang penggunaan smartphone yang sehat dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Smartphone use among adolescents is increasing along with easier acces to information, entertainment, and social media. According to APJII (2024), 98% of adolescents use smartphones, while data from the West Sumatra Statistics Agency (2024) shows that 67,78% of adolescents have acces to smartphones. This excessive use makes it difficult for teenager to manage their time, reduces their concentration, causes them to frequently procrastinate, and affects their motivation to learn. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and smartphone use among eight-grade students at SMP Negeri 25 Padang in August 2025, with data collection carried out on May 26-28, 2025. The study population consisted of 261 eight-grade students at SMP Negeri 25 Padang in 2025. A sample of 72 respondents was taken using the Slovin formula with random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using observation sheets and MSLQ questionnaires,analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 45,8% of adolescents had low learning motivation, while 44,4% had high smartphone usage. Bivariate there is a relationship between learning motivation and smartphone use among eight-grade students at SMP Negeri 25 Padang in 2025. It is hoped that teachers can improve educational programs on healthy smartphone use and create a create a conducive learning environment.
