Abstract

Men and women have different habits or lifestyles, which inevitably leads to variances in other areas. As a result, gender statistics emerged. In this example, researchers seek to discover if there are discrepancies in HDI and per capita expenditure in Indonesia between men and women. To determine this, data from reliable sources is required; thus, researchers use data from the official BPS website, bps.go.id. The data comes from many tables, so the researcher will join them so that they may be studied. The data used in this scenario are HDI data by gender in 2020 and Per Capita Expenditure data by gender in 2020. Researchers employed graphical tools, such as boxplots and thematic charts, to examine whether there are differences in HDI and per capita expenditure between men and women in Indonesia. Aside from that, researchers used the two-sample t-test approach to see if there were variations in HDI and per capita expenditure between men and women. Researchers will utilize Python software to run this hypothesis test. According to the findings of the investigation, there is still gender imbalance in Indonesia in terms of HDI and per capita expenditure. As a result, it is intended that this research can be utilized as a reference in analyzing existing policies to ensure that there is no gender discrepancy in terms of HDI and per capita expenditure between men and women. It is also envisaged that this research would be beneficial to many people.

Abstract

The present study employed spatial regression analysis as a methodological approach to get insights into the unemployment rates across Indonesian provinces in the year 2016. The official website of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BPS) offers secondary data pertaining to several socio-economic indicators, including the Total Open Unemployment Rate, Economic Growth Rate, Human Development Index, Severity of Poverty Index, and School Participation Rates. The investigation employed the Geoda software package and encompassed Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression, Dependency/Correlation investigation, and Spatial Autoregressive Model. The data presented in the study revealed the existence of three distinct provincial groupings characterized by varying levels of unemployment rates. In the context of unemployment variance, the traditional regression model accounted for 30 percent of the observed variation. However, the spatial regression model used spatial dependencies to enhance accuracy in capturing the phenomenon. The aforementioned findings have the potential to assist policymakers in formulating strategies to address unemployment in regions characterized by distinct spatial attributes, hence offering a potential blueprint for other nations.

Abstract

Computers often experience damage to the CPU, especially the mainboard and processor, due to several factors, including human error or excessive use and environmental conditions. Component placement is frequently utilized to improve the CPU room conditions to keep it cool. This research numerically investigates desktop PC processors and heatsink configurations for mechanical engineering vocational learning. The kind of metal material, number of fans, and fan arrangement were all tested at three levels. The computer components in this research are the CPU, heatsink, fan, and processor—a 65-watt Thermal Design Power (TDP) CPU with a constant air intake speed of 5 m/s. The criteria investigated include metal type (steel, aluminum, and copper), cooling design (horizontal, vertical, and mixed), and fan count (2-4-8). The methods used in this research are the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method and the Taguchi method to examine fluid flow characteristics and temperature. Numerical results show the maximum temperature is 123 °C in the vertical, eight-fan, and steel configurations. Minimum temperature 39.22 °C in mixed configuration, eight fans, and copper. These findings reveal that the kind of metal material, number of fans, and fan arrangement all impact the CPU cooler and heatsink configuration. However, the Taguchi method can provide a more detailed understanding of configuration.

Abstract

[English]: Integrating technology into the education process can actively promote student engagement in learning. However, teachers generally struggle to develop technology-based learning tools. This community service program aims to enhance the professionalism of elementary school teachers through educational content training using snack videos based on the Tamansiswa TRI N teachings. (Niteni, Niroke dan Nambahi). This community service activity is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the assessment through a questionnaire distributed to teachers at SD Islam Terpadu Al Lukmanul Hakim 2 Yogyakarta, the data collected showed that 65% of many teachers have editing skills for educational content creators on the Snack Video platform, which are classified as quite reasonable. Nevertheless, teachers' understanding of the socialisation material is classified as good. Additionally, out of 30 teachers, 80% have good knowledge, 14% have excellent experience, and only 1% have poor knowledge. Regarding satisfaction with the service activities, 20% of the teachers expressed dissatisfaction, 60% expressed satisfaction, and 20% expressed high satisfaction. Although some teachers feel dissatisfied, most are satisfied with this service activity. In conclusion, this service successfully improved teachers' content editing skills and strengthened their understanding of socialisation materials based on the teachings of Tamansiswa: Niteni, Niroke, and Nambahi.
