Abstract

Education is the basis for the formation of character and personality of every human being as well as a form of independence for his body and soul. One of the educational figures who has been instrumental until now is Kihajar Dewantara with his Tamansiswa teachings in bringing the Indonesian people to outer and inner independence, freedom from ignorance, and oppression. However, the longer the Tamansiswa teachings are getting left behind, they are even referred to as educational teachings that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings. This problem is important to be studied more deeply, for the purpose of this research is to integrate the values of Tamansiswa teachings with educational verses in the Holy Qur’an so that it can bring up an understanding of the concept of religious-nationalist education. The type of research in this paper includes qualitative research with content analysis methods in the form of the values of Tamansiswa teachings and educational verses in the Koran with a maudhu'I interpretation approach. From the research, it was found that there is strong integration between the values of Tamansiswa teachings and educational verses in the Holy Qur’an

Abstract

Pengembangan infrastruktur berupa pembangunan pemukiman di Kelurahan Meteseh Kota Semarang meningkat pesat di beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Kelurahan Meteseh yang terletak pada perbatasan Kecamatan Tembalang dan Banyumanik memiliki kondisi morfologi perbukitan yang terjal di bagian barat daya, sehingga potensi terjadinya gerakan tanah mungkin terjadi dan membahayakan warga. Dalam upaya peningkatan kapasitas tim pengabdian masyarakat melaksanakan pemetaan potensi gerakan tanah untuk mengetahui wilayah memiliki potensi tinggi gerakan tanah. Pemberian informasi mengenai tingkat potensi gerakan tanah diharapkan mampu membentuk kesadaran tanggap bencana warga dan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profile of critical thinking skills of PGSD students in learning science concepts. Critical thinking indicators used as a reference in observing critical thinking in this study include: analyzing, predicting, designing ideas. The research carried out includes the type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. where the data were analyzed by calculating the cognitive ability score with a scoring technique with corrections to guess answers. The research subjects for the third semester students of PGSD UST Yogyakarta are 80 students for the 2021/2022 academic year. The results showed that the critical thinking skills of PGSD students from grades A and B had critical thinking skills with an average (medium) scale of 23.75%, then critical thinking abilities with low criteria of 33.75%. Furthermore, students who have very high critical thinking skills are 6.25%. While those with very low criteria are only 36.25%.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada anak dapat menjadi candu yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan, keamanan, dan perkembangan anak. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, strategi keluarga yang efektif sangat penting. Aplikasi Google Family Link hadir sebagai solusi yang bertujuan untuk memerangi kecanduan gadget. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya penerapan aplikasi Google Family Link sebagai strategi keluarga dalam menghadapi candu gadget pada anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahapan ketiga, tim pengabdian melakukan evaluasi dengan membagikan angket kepada peserta kegiatan pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecanduan gadget masyarakat yaitu 5% menunjukkan tingkat kecanduan gadget yang rendah, 50% tingkat kecanduan gadget sedang, dan 45% tingkat kecanduan gadget yang tinggi. Sedangkan untuk pemahaman materi sosialisasi, pemahaman kurang baik sebanyak 1%, pemahaman baik sebanyak 65%, dan pemahaman sangat baik sebanyak 20%. Mengenai kepuasan terhadap kegiatan pengabdian, 20% menyatakan tidak puas, 50% puas, dan 30% sangat puas. Sebagai kesimpulan, pengabdian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya membatasi kecanduan gadget pada anak-anak melalui pendekatan strategis. Google Family Link muncul sebagai alat yang berguna dan berkontribusi terhadap solusi komprehensif.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the extent to which the intensity of using the internet as online literature influences students' plagiarism behavior. This research is classified as quantitative research using a questionnaire instrument distributed to 65 students of University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Class of 2022-2023 as respondents selected through random sampling. In analyzing and calculating the field data, the researcher employed tests for validity, reliability, normality, and linearity of data, as well as hypothesis testing using regression and correlation analysis. The research findings indicate that the intensity level of students towards the internet as online literature falls into the moderate category with a score of 59.22%, while the plagiarism rate is 42.69% categorized as low. However, the obtained significance level is 0.140 > 0.005, indicating insignificance, meaning there is no significant correlation between the two variables, although there is a correlation coefficient value of 0.185 classified as very low correlation. The coefficient of determination is 3.4%, indicating that 97.6% of the variance is influenced by other variables.Keywords:Internet, Online Literature, Plagiarism Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat intensitas dalam menggunakan internet sebagai literatute online dalam mempengaruhi perilaku plagiarisme mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen angket yang disebar pada 65 mahasiswa UST Angkatan 2022-2023 sebagai responden yang diambil secara random (random sampling), dalam menganalisa serta menghitung data hasil lapangan, peneliti menggunakan uji validitas realibilitas, uji normalitas dan linieritas data serta uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat intensitas mahasiswa terhadap internet sebagai literatur online dalam kategori sedang dengan skor 59,22%, dengan tingkat plagiarisme sebesar 42,69 % dengan kategori rendah, sedangkan tingkat signifikasi yang didapat sebesar 0,140 > 0,005 maka dikatakan tidak signifikan, yang artinya tidak adanya korelasi yang signifikan di antara kedua variabel, meski terdapat nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,185 dengan kategori tingkat korelasi sangat rendah, dengan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 3,4 % sedangkan 97,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata Kunci: Internet, Literatur Online, Plagiarisme

Abstract

Tujuan – Bakteri antraks (Bacillus anthracis) merupakan agen penyebab penyakit zoonosis yang serius pada manusia dan hewan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak bakteri antraks terhadap manusia dan hewan di Studi Masyarakat Gunung Kidul. Metode – The engagement method involved conducting outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), as well as field surveys involving local residents. Collaboration with the Yogyakarta Health Department (DINKES) was established to educate the community through these activities, including interviews and joint discussions about Anthrax bacteria. Hasil – Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa bakteri antraks memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan manusia dan hewan di wilayah ini. Manusia yang terinfeksi menunjukkan gejala seperti demam tinggi, pembengkakan, dan kesulitan bernapas, sementara hewan peliharaan dan ternak mengalami kelemahan, hilang nafsu makan, dan kematian mendadak. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang sebaran, gejala, dan konsekuensi bakteri antraks pada manusia dan hewan di Studi Masyarakat Gunung Kidul, memberikan landasan bagi upaya pencegahan, pengendalian, dan penanganan penyakit ini di masa depan

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Integrasi teknologi dalam proses pendidikan dapat secara aktif mendorong keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar. Namun, guru masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar melalui pelatihan konten pendidikan menggunakan snack video berbasis Ajaran Tamansiswa TRI N (Niteni, Niroke dan Nambahi). Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi melalui angket yang dibagikan kepada guru SD Islam Terpadu Al Lukmanul Hakim 2 Yogyakarta, dari data yang masuk ditemukan 65% sebagian besar guru memiliki keterampilan editing konten kreator pendidikan di platform Snack Video yang tergolong cukup baik. Meskipun demikian, tingkat pemahaman guru terhadap materi sosialisasi tergolong baik. Selain itu dari 30 guru diperoleh 80% dari mereka memiliki pemahaman baik, dan 14% memiliki pemahaman sangat baik, sementara hanya 1% yang memiliki pemahaman kurang baik. Dalam hal kepuasan terhadap kegiatan pengabdian, 20% dari para guru menyatakan tidak puas, 60% menyatakan puas, dan 20% menyatakan sangat puas. Meskipun beberapa guru merasa tidak puas, mayoritas merasa puas atau sangat puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini. Sebagai kesimpulan, pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan editing konten pendidikan guru dan memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi sosialisasi berdasarkan ajaran tamansiswa Niteni, Niroke dan Nambahi. Kata Kunci: Snack Video, Tri N, profesionalisme guru [English]: Integrating technology into the education process can actively promote student engagement in learning. However, teachers generally struggle to develop technology-based learning tools. This community service program aims to enhance the professionalism of elementary school teachers through educational content training using snack videos based on the Tamansiswa TRI N teachings. (Niteni, Niroke dan Nambahi). This community service activity is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the assessment through a questionnaire distributed to teachers at SD Islam Terpadu Al Lukmanul Hakim 2 Yogyakarta, the data collected showed that 65% of many teachers have editing skills for educational content creators on the Snack Video platform, which are classified as quite reasonable. Nevertheless, teachers' understanding of the socialisation material is classified as good. Additionally, out of 30 teachers, 80% have good knowledge, 14% have excellent experience, and only 1% have poor knowledge. Regarding satisfaction with the service activities, 20% of the teachers expressed dissatisfaction, 60% expressed satisfaction, and 20% expressed high satisfaction. Although some teachers feel dissatisfied, most are satisfied with this service activity. In conclusion, this service successfully improved teachers' content editing skills and strengthened their understanding of socialisation materials based on the teachings of Tamansiswa: Niteni, Niroke, and Nambahi. Abstract

Background: Teacher discipline is one of the important factors that play a role in the success of the learning process in schools. Teachers who are disciplined in carrying out their duties, both in administration, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning, can create a conducive learning atmosphere and support the achievement of educational goals. Purpose: This study aims to describe (1) the characteristics of teacher discipline in learning administration; (2) the characteristics of teacher discipline in implementing learning; (3) the characteristics of teacher discipline in evaluating learning. Method: This study is descriptive qualitative research and was held at Senior High School 2 Purworejo. The interviewees are principal, vice principals, teachers and students. Method collection data used are observation, deep interview, and documentation. Data analysis was done with the use of analysis technique in site-organized. The triangulation was applied to seek for the data validity. Findings: The results of the study show that: (1) some teachers were still doing minor infringements or violation of the rules whether in related to administration, implementation or evaluation learning. Medium and heavy infringements or violation categories were not found in this study.  If it happened, the violator will be given a sanction as a criminal for heavy infringement or in the form of dismissal from the position; (2) The efforts which are undertaken by school for preventing the existence of infringements or violations done by the teachers is doing regulations socialization concerning the implementation of government employee or teachers discipline. Other efforts to do so are holding a teacher coaching periodically and continuously, and do supervision; (3) having high awareness among the teachers in not to do discipline infringement or violation causes the effectiveness in teaching and learning activities (KBM). This achievement is able to increase the teaching and learning quality.

Abstract

Stres akademik di kalangan mahasiswa bisa terjadi karena kesiapan pembelajaran yang kurang baik. Pandemi menyebabkan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring tanpa ada persiapan yang matang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesiapan pembelajaran daring terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa dan perbedaan tingkat stres akademik antara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskripsi analisis dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 246 mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kesiapan pembelajaran daring yang berjumlah 22 item untuk mengukur tiga sub-aspek yaitu self directed learning, Technical Readiness dan Comfort with non-face to face communication. Pengukuran stres akademik menggunakan Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42) yang berjumlah 49 item untuk mengukur tiga sub-aspek yaitu indikator fisik (14 item), indikator psikis/mental (18 item) dan indikator perilaku (17 item). Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan pembelajaran daring berhubungan positif dengan stres akademik mahasiswa dan ada perbedaan tingkat stres akademik dan kesiapan pembelajaran daring antara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi para dosen untuk memperhatikan kesiapan pembelajaran daring para mahasiswa.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is known as a pluralistic nation (religion, culture, language, customs). The plurality of the nation brings two consequences, namely strength, and conflict. Become a strength if the Indonesian people are able to accept pluralism, and becomes a conflict if they cannot accept pluralism. Of course, we all hope that this plurality will become the strength of the nation. Therefore, it is necessary to build the strength of this nation with its plurality. One of the efforts that can be done to build the strength of religious communities is to build an attitude of religious moderation. Efforts to build students’ religious moderation can be done in various ways, one of which is through problem-based learning. The purpose of this study is to reveal the problem-based learning of the Islamic Religion as an effort to build students’ religious moderation attitudes in public universities. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach and survey. The subjects of this study were Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa students from the faculty of teacher training and education in the Islamic Religion course. Data is collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The research was conducted by observing Islamic religious learning and strengthening it by studying learning documents. The results show that problem-based Islamic learning can shape students' religious moderation attitudes.
