Abstract

Perimenopause itself is defined as the permanent cessation of menstruation due to loss of ovarian activity confirmed by the onset of amenorrhea for 12 consecutive months in the absence of other pathological or physiological causes, occurring at the age of 42 years until menopause. In perimenopausal women, besides decreasing estrogen levels, there is also a decrease in calcium absorption which causes osteoporosis. Where dates contain iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and potassium, but it also contains phytochemical compounds such as phytosterols and phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens have the same structure and function as endogenous estrogens that serve to exert a major effect on women on bone remodeling and also control the timing of osteoclast apoptosis. Objective : To determine the relationship between giving ajwa dates to calcium levels in perimenopausal women. Method : Literature review with narrative review design. Results : Based on several journals that have been reviewed, it can be concluded that giving ajwa dates can inhibit the decrease in bone density in elderly women, where the active substances that play a role in this are calcium and phytoestrogens. Conclusion : Giving ajwa dates can inhibit the decrease in bone density in elderly women. Keywords : ajwa date (Phoenix dactylifera L), perimenopause, calcium.

Abstract

This research aims to determine physics problem solving abilities based on Polya theory for class XI MIA SMAN 7 Bulukumba, determine physics problem solving abilities based on Polya theory for class and MAN 2 Bulukumba. This type of research isAfter the factby designcausal comparison. The subjects in this research were class XI MIA SMAN 7 and MAN 2 Bulukumba. The instrument used is a problem solving ability test instrument based on the Polya indicator. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average score for the physics problem solving ability of class XI MIA students at SMAN 7 Bulukumba is 63.88. Meanwhile, the average score for the physics problem solving ability of class XI MIA MAN 2 Bulukumba students is 74.36. Based on the average results obtained at SMAN 7 and MAN 2 Bulukumba, there is a difference between the ability to solve physics problems based on Polya theory for class XI MIA SMAN 7 and MAN 2 Bulukumba.

Abstract

Ilmu forensik merupakan cabang multidisiplin kedokteran yang menggunakan ilmu kedokteran untuk mendukung penegakan hukum. Otopsi adalah cara investigasi terhadap mayat, baik tubuh luar maupun dalam, untuk menentukan adanya penyakit atau cedera serta menjelaskan penyebab kematian. Kasus ini dilakukan pemeriksaan otopsi di Instalasi Kedokteran Forensik Rumah Sakit X Makassar pada tahun 2025. Pada pemeriksaan luar didapatkan kaku mayat mudah dilawan pada sendi kecil, serta lebam mayat pada pipi kiri, tangan, lutut, paha, betis, dan bokong berwarna keunguan yang hilang dengan penekanan. Luka jerat pada leher konsisten dengan kasus penggantungan. Penyebab kematian adalah asfiksia akibat terhalangnya jalan nafas yang kuat dari jejas trauma tumpul dengan estimasi waktu kematian sekitar kurang dari 12 jam sebelum pemeriksaan. Kasus ini menekankan pentingnya pemeriksaan forensik dalam menentukan penyebab kematian dan cara kematian berdasarkan fakta medis.
