Abstract

Regional government assets are one of the pillars of revenue generation for the Regional Government. In managing regional assets, regional governments must consider various aspects ranging from needs planning, procurement, administration, utilization, maintenance and security to supervision so that regional assets are able to provide optimal contributions to the regional government concerned. Regional assets are a resource and a potential that is absolutely necessary in the administration of Regional Government, because if assets are managed well they can provide benefits to the Regional Government and the community as a source of income as well as supporting the role and function of the Regional Government as a provider of regional services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of the number of tourists on local original income in Alor Regency, 2) the influence of tourist attractions on local original income in Alor Regency, 3) the effect of hotel occupancy rate on local original income in Alor Regency, 4) The effect of the number of tourists, tourist attractions and hotel occupancy rates in Alor Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. Data types and sources use a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series data with an observation period of 2011-2021. The results showed that: hypothesis First, a positive and significant influence between the number of tourists on local original income in Alor Regency as shown by a coefficient value of -894960.9, Because the calculated t value is -0.332076 < t table 1.943 with a significant value of 0.7511 > α = 0.05, then reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that if the number of tourists increases by one percent, it affects the original income of the Alor Regency area by 0.332076.Second, tourist attractions have a significant and positive effect on the original income of the region in Alor Regency, which is shown by the value of the coefficient of 4.59E + 08. The value of this coefficient is significant because the calculated value of 0.607077 < ttable 1.943 and significant 0.5660 >α = 0.05 then reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that if the tourist attraction increases by one percent, the original income of the Alorakan Regency area increases by 0.607077. Third, the hotel occupancy rate does not significantly affect the local original income, which is indicated by the coefficient value of 6.44E+09. The value of this coefficient is not significant because the calculated value, 0.624792 > ttable of 1.943 with a significant value of 0.5551 >αα = 0.05 then reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that there is no influence between hotel occupancy rates on the original income of Alor Regency. Fourth, the number of tourists, tourist attractions and hotel occupancy rates simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the original income of the Alor Regency area, which is indicated by the value of Fcalculate 53.71137 > Ftable 3.326 and a significant value of 0.038976<α = 0.05, then reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that the number of tourists, attractions and hotel occupancy rates can affect the variance in local original income by 54% and the rest is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the requirements, influencing factors, impacts, and effective solutions for loan management carried out by the Regional Government of Manggarai Regency in 2022. This regional loan analysis was carried out based on the provisions regulated in PP Number 56 of 2018 concerning “Regional Loans”. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The type of research data used is qualitative and quantitative data with primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews and documentation using the data analysis method proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results of this research show that regional loans made by the Manggarai Regency Government meet the requirements stated in PP Number 56 of 2018 Article 15, where the main factor in taking loans is to finance projects that are the development plans of the Manggarai Regency regional head. This regional loan has had a positive impact on infrastructure development and the DSCR value is 2.54 points, which means there is no indication of having a negative impact on the financial health of the Manggarai Regency Government area. The loan management solutions provided by research informants are in accordance with the principles of providing regional loans as stated in PP Number 56 of 2018 Article 3.

Abstract

Kelurahan Naioni merupakan salah satu kelurahan penghasil buah di Kota Kupang. Buah jambu biji, Tomat, Jambu Air dan Jambu mete. Kendala terkait pendapatan rendah masyarakat yang dihasilkan melalui produktivitas buah masih menjadi pemandangan yang sering terjadi dari musim kemusim.Masalah tersebut, perlu dilakukan penanganan baik sifatnya prefentif maupun kuratif. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan membangun kesadaran masyarakat untuk kreatif dalam mengembangkan produktifitas. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada mitra tentang ekonomi kreatif dan meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok Tani Tetus. Dan tujuan khususnya adalah pengembangan ekonomi dengan cara pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PKM memilih pendekatan pendampingan yang lebih partisipasif, dengan melakukan Temu Usaha adapaun materi yang akan diberikan meliputi Ekonomi Kreatif dan Praktek diversifikasi produk

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Rai, Kecamatan Ruteng, Kabupaten Manggarai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis Creswell dan bantuan aplikasi NVivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan prinsip good governance hanya tujuh yang sudah diterapkan, antara lain: prinsip aturan hukum, daya tanggap, berorientasi konsensus, berkeadilan, efisiensi dan efektifitas, akuntabilitas dan visi strategis. Sedangkan prinsip yang belum optimal diterapkan yaitu prinsip partisipasi dan transparansi. Kondisi ini menggambarkan bahwa penerapan good governance di Desa Rai belum sepenuhnya ideal, meskipun sebagian besar prinsip telah diimplementasikan dengan cukup baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja pemerintah daerah pada sektor pendidikan, kesehatan, dan infrastruktur terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur tahun 2019-2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Random Effect Model (REM), menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja pemerintah daerah di sektor pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM secara parsial. Sementara itu, belanja di sektor kesehatan dan infrastruktur tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IPM secara parsial. Namun secara simultan, ketiga sektor tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya optimalisasi belanja sektor pendidikan sebagai salah satu strategi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of fixed asset management at the Manpower and Transmigration Service, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenaggara Province. The type of research used in this research is field research. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources are primary and secondary data, as well as data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. There were 8 informants in this research, including the Head of Department, Treasurer of Goods and Head of Division as well as 5 personnel staff at the Manpower and Transmigration Service of Belu Regency. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of fixed asset management at the Belu Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service has indicators that are effective and those that are not yet effective. The implementation that has been effective is based on the indicators of program objectives and accuracy of program targets. Implementation that has not been effective is in the indicators of program socialization and program monitoring. Program socialization is seen as ineffective because the sub-focus of the intensity of socialization cannot be understood and management is not running well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD) pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Manggarai serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan model implementasi kebijakan Van Meter dan Van Horn yang mencakup enam variabel: standar dan sasaran kebijakan, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, komunikasi antarorganisasi, disposisi pelaksana, dan kondisi sosial, ekonomi, serta politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIPD di BKAD Kabupaten Manggarai belum berjalan secara optimal, meskipun terdapat pemahaman yang cukup baik dari pelaksana terhadap tujuan SIPD. Beberapa kendala utama yang ditemukan antara lain keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya pelatihan bagi pengguna, serta gangguan teknis pada sistem SIPD. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas teknis SDM, peningkatan sarana prasarana, serta optimalisasi koordinasi lintas SKPD guna mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan SIPD di daerah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan yang transparan, efisien, dan akuntabel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan premi dan hasil investasi terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi data panel yang menggabungkan data time series lima tahun dan data cross section dari 7 perusahaan yang terdaftar dibursa efek Indonesia. Model data panel mengunakan fixed effect model (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial pendapatan premi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan hasil investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara simultan pendapatan premi dan hasil investasi secara bersamaa-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess and measure the source of APBN funding for the 2023 Labor-Intensive Rural Sanitation Program implemented by the government on the level of stunting in Manutapen Subdistrict, Alak District, Kupang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that APBN funding for the labor-intensive rural sanitation program in Manutapen Subdistrict, Alak District, Kupang City for the year 2023 for stunting prevention in Kupang City is still low, namely with a value of 1.23 compared to the threat which is quite high with a value of 1.6, so it will not get a significant value. Eradicating poverty and healthy lifestyles is one way to overcome stunting so that people can get a decent life by fulfilling economic needs according to standards.
