Abstract

This service activity aims to add innovation to Clitoria Ternatea herbal products in the ASMANTOGA PKK group, Ceguk village, Pamekasan district. These wild plants are very often found in the environment around people's lives, one of which is currently very popular is the telang flower which we know by the Latin name Clitoria Ternatea. This activity provides product innovation made from butterfly pea flowers. The methods used are demonstration methods, socialization methods, and training methods. The result of this activity is education regarding innovation in the development of Clitoria Ternatea herbal products as an optimization of the utilization of local potential in Ceguk village, Pamekasan district. Apart from that, participants were able to understand the training methods for developing Clitoria Ternatea herbal products as processed drinks for the community in Ceguk village, Pamekasan district through PKK women.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1.) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Pamekasan. 2.) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dalam membantu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Pamekasan. 3.) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan kerja pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Pamekasan. 4) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Pamekasan. 5) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

Financial management must start from household management first because household financial management is already good, this will advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because society already has a basis for keeping financial records. The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector. (4) Cash administration, useful in providing information about the amount of cash coming in and cash going out.

Abstract

In the context of sustainable hospitality, the empowerment of employees in embracing environmentally responsible practices is increasingly recognized as a driver of organizational performance. This study investigates the influence of Green Empowerment on Environmental Performance, with Green Innovative Work Behavior serving as a mediating factor. The research addresses the question of how empowering frontline employees can foster pro-environmental behaviors that contribute to measurable improvements in hotel sustainability outcomes. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method, targeting a sample of 150 frontline hotel employees in Indonesia selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using WarpPLS to test the proposed structural model and relationships among variables. The analysis reveals that Green Empowerment has a significant positive effect on Green Innovative Work Behavior, which in turn significantly enhances Environmental Performance. Moreover, the mediating role of Green Innovative Work Behavior highlights the importance of fostering creativity and innovation in environmental practices to translate empowerment into tangible sustainability outcomes. The synthesis of findings suggests that hotels can strengthen their environmental performance by cultivating empowerment initiatives that encourage employees to develop and implement innovative green practices. This study concludes that frontline employee engagement through empowerment and innovative behavior is a strategic pathway for the hospitality industry to achieve sustainable performance.

Abstract

The Indonesian batik industry faces significant challenges in attracting Generation Z, who tend to prefer modern, digital-based fashion products. To overcome this challenge, an innovative marketing strategy is needed by leveraging digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and product personalization through digital platforms. This study analyzes how the application of digital technology can enhance the engagement of young consumers in shopping for batik. The results show that the use of AR and VR can create a more immersive and interactive shopping experience, while product personalization through digital platforms increases consumer satisfaction. By integrating these elements into marketing strategies, batik can be positioned as a fashion product relevant to Generation Z's lifestyle and have global appeal.
