Abstract

In this digital era business actors must understand about digital because in the current era the average sales of all sales are online so as to facilitate sales. This digital marketing marketing activity can be through e-commerce, whatsapp, instagram and other media platforms so that the products produced by MSMEs can compete in online markets and can be known by the wider community. The purpose of this dedication is to provide knowledge to MSMEs in the village of East Teja Pamekasan regarding the application of marketing and product sales by utilizing digitalization. This service activity is carried out by survey methods, socialization, and evaluation. Digital marketing activities have a positive impact on the development of MSMEs in Teja Timur Village, Pamekasan District. Many MSMEs are interested in marketing products and sales of their products by utilizing social media to increase sales of MSME products. MSME actors collaborate with digital -based promotional media and distribution media to get maximum profits.

Abstract

Koperasi dianggap sebagai pendorong pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama dalam industri kuliner, khususnya Food Court. Penyuluhan ini dianggap mendesak untuk memastikan pemahaman yang baik mengenai manfaat koperasi dan meningkatkan kolaborasi demi kesejahteraan anggota. Tujuan kegiatan ini melibatkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep koperasi, pengembangan keterampilan manajemen, partisipasi aktif anggota, memperkuat jaringan kolaboratif, dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang peran koperasi dalam pembangunan lokal. Manfaatnya mencakup penguatan struktur organisasi, peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota, daya saing di pasar lokal, menjadi model perkoperasian berkelanjutan, dan kontribusi positif pada pembangunan lokal. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pemetaan kebutuhan, perencanaan program penyuluhan, pelaksanaan sesi penyuluhan, workshop praktis, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan, partisipasi aktif, perluasan jaringan kolaboratif, dan kesadaran tentang peran koperasi. Kesimpulan artikel menekankan bahwa penguatan sumber daya manusia menjadi kunci sukses menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kompleks.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan menguatkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam penulisan karya ilmiah oleh siswa di MA Nurul Islam Ragang Pamekasan dan memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi ini. Latar belakang menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak pengolah kata, aplikasi pengelola referensi, dan platform kolaborasi daring dapat mempermudah penulisan akademik. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi ini belum optimal di kalangan siswa, terutama di daerah tertentu, termasuk di MA Nurul Islam Ragang Pamekasan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan yang mencakup seminar, workshop, praktik langsung, pembelajaran daring, dan diskusi kelompok. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dengan fokus pada pengenalan alat digital, penggunaan software manajemen referensi, dan aplikasi pengolah kata. Evaluasi dan umpan balik dari peserta digunakan untuk menilai efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan siswa menggunakan teknologi digital untuk penulisan karya ilmiah, yang tercermin dalam kualitas karya ilmiah yang lebih baik. Guru-guru yang telah dilatih menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dalam mendukung siswa, dan terbentuk komunitas belajar antara siswa dan guru yang berkolaborasi menggunakan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Saran untuk perbaikan di masa mendatang meliputi perpanjangan durasi pelatihan, pelatihan lanjutan, kolaborasi dengan institusi lain, dan penggunaan platform daring yang lebih interaktif.

Abstract

Pelatihan editor yang dilakukan di SMAN 5 Pamekasan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penyuntingan teks pada siswa. Sebanyak 36 siswa mengikuti pelatihan yang terdiri dari sesi teori, praktik, simulasi proyek editing, dan evaluasi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor siswa, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 18,9 poin. Observasi selama kegiatan mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memahami kaidah EYD dan struktur teks dengan baik, meskipun ada sebagian yang mengalami kesulitan pada salah satu aspek tersebut. Dalam sesi praktik, siswa menunjukkan penilaian positif terhadap kualitas penyuntingan teks fiksi dan nonfiksi, meskipun ada ruang perbaikan. Simulasi proyek editing juga menunjukkan variasi keterlibatan siswa dalam kelompok dan individu, dengan beberapa siswa berhasil memimpin kelompok dan berkolaborasi dengan baik. Kuesioner kepuasan mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi di kalangan peserta, dengan 47,22% siswa sangat puas. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pelatihan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan penyuntingan siswa, namun masih ada aspek yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kualitas hasil penyuntingan.

Abstract

Financial literacy can increase insight in making wise and effective decisions related to financial planning in the future. Improving financial literacy is an urgent need in building an economically strong, independent, and stable society. Effective financial literacy education and programs can help individuals understand and manage their finances better, as well as improve overall financial well-being. The purpose of this community service is to provide education and understanding about financial management to achieve financial independence. The method of this service is by educating and mentoring the PKK group in Ceguk village regarding financial literacy. Through comprehensive counseling and training, participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to manage personal and family finances more wisely. Financial literacy can increase insight in making wise and effective decisions related to financial planning in the future.

Abstract

Cooperatives have a strategic role in supporting the local economy and improving community welfare. However, many cooperatives face challenges in managerial and leadership aspects that hinder their competitiveness. This article discusses the results of community service programs aimed at improving managerial capacity and leadership at the Prosperous Citizen Development Cooperative in Pamekasan. The approach used includes training, mentoring, and hands-on mentoring, with a focus on strengthening strategic planning, operational management, and innovative leadership skills. The target of the program is cooperative administrators and key members who have a strategic role in the organization. The results showed significant improvements in managerial skills, leadership mindsets, and member involvement in strategic decision-making. This program also has an impact on more professional cooperative management, increased competitiveness, and strengthening the cooperative's external network. However, the evaluation of the program identified several obstacles, such as participants' time constraints, low levels of digital literacy, and resistance to change. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that there be more focused continuous training, flexibility in implementation time, and collaboration with external parties such as the government and educational institutions. This article emphasizes the importance of strengthening the capacity of human resources to support the transformation of cooperatives into competitive economic entities. This approach not only provides internal benefits for cooperatives, but also contributes to the development of the local economy in a sustainable manner. Thus, this service model can be a reference for the development of cooperatives in other regions.

Abstract

Financial management must start from household management first because household financial management is already good, this will advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because society already has a basis for keeping financial records. The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector. (4) Cash administration, useful in providing information about the amount of cash coming in and cash going out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of digital marketing implementation on the sales growth of mobile coffee MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach on three mobile coffee MSMEs that have implemented marketing through social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital marketing has successfully increased consumer reach, expanded the market, and raised average sales by 35% within three months. In conclusion, digital marketing strategies are effective and relevant for mobile coffee MSMEs to improve competitiveness and sales revenue.
