Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pembuatan soal buatan guru yang bervariasi. Standar soal yang valid dan praktis dibutuhkan untuk untuk siswa kelas XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Kebutuhan panduan tes pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis TOAFL di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang Panjang, (2) Validitas panduan tes pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis TOAFL di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang Panjang, dan (3) Praktikalitas panduan tes pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis TOAFL di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model desain 4D dengan tahap pendefinisian (define), perencanaan (design), pengembangan (develop), penyebaran (disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:. 1) Kebutuhan panduan tes pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis TOAFL yang ditawarkan kepada guru bahasa Arab dikategorikan sangat disetujui dengan parsentase responden guru 93.3, 2. 2) validasi buku panduan TES dinyatakan sangat valid dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 87,9 (persentase sebesar 88%). 88 % diperoleh dari bahasa 92,5 atau 92, aspek materi diperoleh nilai sebesar 84,6 atau 85% dan aspek media 86,6 atau 87% dengan tingkat kevalidan Sangat Valid, dan 3) kepraktisan buku panduan tes bahasa Arab berbasis TOAFL diperoleh hasil sebesar 88 % dengan kategori sangat praktis.

Abstract

Background. The digital era has changed the way people consume news, with digital journalism increasingly dominating compared to traditional media. Purpose. This study aims to understand the differences in consumption patterns and public trust in the two forms of media, as well as their implications for the quality of the information presented.   Method. The research methods used are a quantitative approach through a survey and a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with journalists from both types of media. Results. The results of the study show that younger generations are more likely to use digital journalism because of accessibility and speed, while older generations still trust traditional media because of their credibility and validity. Although digital media is used more frequently, the level of trust in the information presented is relatively lower compared to traditional media. This shows that although digital journalism offers quick access, the credibility aspect is still an issue that needs to be improved. Conclusion. The conclusion of the study is that although digital journalism has changed the face of information consumption, the challenges related to the credibility and validity of information remain significant. This research provides important insights into how speed and credibility can be integrated for a more reliable future of journalism.

Abstract

Background. Existentialism as a school of philosophy that emphasizes personal freedom and responsibility continues to be relevant in the context of contemporary life, where individuals are increasingly feeling social pressures and identity crises. Purpose. This research aims to explore how existentialism can help individuals in their search for meaning in life amid modern complexity and uncertainty.   Method. Using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with adult individuals aged 25-50 years who have an interest in existentialist philosophy. Results. The results of the study show that existentialism is not only an abstract philosophical view, but also serves as a practical guide in daily life. Most participants stated that existentialism helped them deal with existential crises, social pressures, and life uncertainties through deep self-reflection and an emphasis on freedom and responsibility.   Conclusion. The conclusion of this study indicates that existentialism can make a practical contribution in helping individuals find authentic meaning in life. This study recommends further research on the application of existentialism in various cultural and social contexts to deepen the understanding of the relevance of this philosophy in the modern era.
