Abstract

This study aims to identify the application of the system in the KOIN NU work programme which is channeled through the permanent compensation work programme (SANTAP) at the NU-CARE LAZISNU institution in Kamal Bangkalan District. This research is a qualitative study that focuses on direct human behaviour, with a field research method that requires researchers to go directly to the research location to collect the required data. The results of this study reveal that NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district has successfully implemented the KOIN NU work programme through Fundraising activities. The Fundraising process involves steps such as mapping the placement of KOIN NU cans, determining KOIN officers, and implementing the SANTAP work programme as part of the administration of donated funds. Supporting factors for the success of the KOIN NU movement include systematic data collection of donors, active participation of the community who are very loyal in giving, and high enthusiasm reflected in most of the community. However, the research also identified several obstacles faced by NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan District, especially in the aspect of human resources. Many administrators and officers are not fully loyal in carrying out their duties, and the placement of KOIN NU cans has not been evenly distributed throughout the community of Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district. Abstract

Anjungan Pendaftaran Mandiri (APM) merupakan inovasi pelayanan berbasis teknologi informasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pasien dalam melakukan pendaftaran secara mandiri di fasilitas kesehatan, khususnya rumah sakit. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi antrean di loket pendaftaran, mempercepat proses pelayanan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja tenaga administrasi. Namun, pelaksanaannya di lapangan tidak selalu berjalan sesuai harapan. Studi kasus yang dilakukan di salah satu rumah sakit menunjukkan adanya kendala dalam penggunaan APM, terutama karena masing-masing dari tiga unit mesin APM yang tersedia hanya menyediakan sebagian fitur layanan, seperti pencetakan nomor antrean, verifikasi data identitas pasien, dan pencetakan SEP. Tidak adanya integrasi antar mesin membuat pasien harus menggunakan beberapa APM secara bergantian untuk menyelesaikan proses pendaftaran, yang justru menambah antrean dan waktu tunggu. Kondisi ini menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan dan kebingungan bagi pasien, terutama bagi mereka yang belum terbiasa menggunakan layanan berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemanfaatan APM serta mengidentifikasi hambatan teknis dan operasional dalam penerapannya di rumah sakit. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan APM belum sepenuhnya memberikan manfaat optimal karena kurangnya integrasi sistem. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan APM yang mampu menggabungkan seluruh fitur layanan pendaftaran dalam satu mesin secara terpadu. Dengan demikian, APM dapat benar-benar menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pendaftaran dan mendukung transformasi digital di bidang Kesehatan.

Abstract

Retention and destruction of medical record documents is a management aspect in health archives to reduce files that have been stored on the filling rack for a long time. This study aims to analyze the factors that hinder the implementation of retention and destruction of medical record documents at RSUD Waluyo Jati. Qualitative descriptive method was used to analyze these factors with data collection using the 5M approach. The results showed that the main obstacles were the lack of D3 Medical Record graduates and the lack of training related to document retention and destruction. RSUD Waluyo Jati does not have an SPO (Standard Operating Procedure) related to retention and planning document retention and destruction schedules and still uses the old ICU room to store inactive documents. Other problems include the lack of shredding and file transfer equipment, and the absence of a dedicated budget for these activities. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing retention and destruction of medical record documents in managing efficient archives. As a solution, efforts such as increased education and training for staff, the development of comprehensive SOPs, planning document retention schedules, improving infrastructure, collaboration with third parties, and proper budget allocation are needed to ensure the effectiveness of the medical record retention and destruction process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The first service that is directly related to patients is the registration service. The quality of health services can be improved to achieve optimal health. The effectiveness of patient registration services is one of the main indicators of improving the quality of hospital services. Therefore, patient registration services in hospitals and the factors that influence them are of interest to researchers. Customers who receive fast service do not have to wait long, which indicates high quality service. Substandard service at the registration counter can contribute to low customer satisfaction.9 The outpatient registration process at each health facility varies within the service system based on the institution's internal policies. However, there are still several obstacles in the outpatient registration process at the hospital, and some patients still do not fully understand the procedure. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the outpatient registration services at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Regional Hospital. At RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan, a qualitative research approach was used through a series of direct observations and interviews. This research reveals that the outpatient registration system at RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan operates both directly and indirectly. Several problems arose during the service process, including patients forgetting to bring identification. Keywords: Registration, Service, Outpatient  ABSTRAK Layanan pertama yang berhubungan langsung dengan pasien adalah layanan registrasi. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan dapat ditingkatkan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Efektivitas pelayanan registrasi pasien merupakan salah satu indikator utama peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu pelayanan pendaftaran pasien di rumah sakit serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya menjadi menarik bagi peneliti. Pelanggan yang mendapat pelayanan cepat tidak perlu menunggu lama, yang menandakan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi. Pelayanan yang kurang lancar di loket pendaftaran dapat berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya kepuasan pelanggan.9 Proses pendaftaran rawat jalan di setiap fasilitas kesehatan berbeda-beda dalam sistem pelayanan berdasarkan kebijakan internal institusi. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses pendaftaran rawat jalan di rumah sakit, dan sebagian pasien masih belum memahami sepenuhnya prosedurnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan. Di RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan, pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan melalui serangkaian observasi langsung dan wawancara. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sistem registrasi rawat jalan RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan beroperasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Beberapa permasalahan muncul selama proses pelayanan, antara lain pasien lupa membawa identitas. Kata Kunci: Pendaftaran, Pelayanan, Rawat Jalan
