Abstract

Roles that are ambiguous, do not have clear specifications and functions, along with role conflicts that often clash, researchers believe will increase employee creativity because employees must improve from the problems/conflicts they have so that their performance is good, the company's performance is good, and they can be trusted in many tasks / targets that a company has. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Role Ambiguity on Employee Creativity with Role Conflict as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research, with an explanatory approach which researchers obtained from collecting questionnaires from Pegadaian insurance employees spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of having worked for at least 1 year. This data can also be called primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results show the Role Ambiguity variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Creativity because the -Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.024. Apart from that show that the Role Conflict variable can moderate the relationship between Role Ambiguity and Employee Creativity because the P-Values value is positive and has a value below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than the direct test of 0.024. In this way, the two research hypotheses above can be accepted and proven comprehensively and scientifically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan studi mengenai resiliensi rantai pasok menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik berbasis data dari Scopus dan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supply chain resilience menjadi topik utama dalam literatur akademik dengan keterkaitan erat terhadap aspek manajemen risiko, disrupsi rantai pasok, dan keberlanjutan. Integrasi teknologi digital, seperti blockchain, artificial intelligence, dan big data analytics, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan ketahanan rantai pasok serta fleksibilitas operasional perusahaan. Selain itu, analisis kolaborasi antarpeneliti dan antarnegara menunjukkan adanya kerja sama global yang signifikan dalam bidang ini, dengan dominasi penelitian berasal dari Amerika Serikat, India, Jerman, dan China. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya adopsi strategi mitigasi risiko yang lebih adaptif, peningkatan kolaborasi rantai pasok, serta pengembangan kebijakan yang berbasis pada keberlanjutan. Dengan tantangan global yang semakin kompleks, penelitian resiliensi rantai pasok perlu terus berkembang dengan pendekatan multidisipliner untuk menghasilkan solusi yang lebih inovatif dan efektif dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Ekuitas Merek Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Yamaha Fino Pada UD. Mutiara Motor Unit Boyou (Studi Pada Masyarakat Kota Luwuk), Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, juga telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, asumsi Multikolinearitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif signifikan. Berarti Ekuitas Merek memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hipotesis kedua diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif signifikan. Berarti Harga memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hipotesis ketiga diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif signifikan. Berarti Ekuitas Merek Dan Harga memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Melalui Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pejabat Eselon IV Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Dan Pendidikan Pelatihan Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan atau menjabarkan suatu keadaan atau fenomena yang terjadi saat ini dengan menggunakan prosedur ilmiah untuk menjawab masalah secara aktual. Peneliti sebagai instrument utama dalam pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan, observasi dan wawancara sehingga data yang diperoleh benar-benar akurat sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti. Sedangkan analisis data yang dilakukan melalui tiga langkah yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia aparatur melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Dan Pendidikan Pelatihan Kota Gorontalo sudah cukup baik ditinjau dari dukungan perencanaan, sarana, anggaran, walaupun beberapa fasilitas penunjang harus terus dibenahi dan menambah tenaga widyaiswara dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kinerja aparatur. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan SDM, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan

Abstract

This literature review systematically explores how Human Resource Management (HRM) interventions can be adapted to address new aspects of workforce diversity, such as neurodiversity and remote work arrangements, to foster inclusive organizational cultures. This study synthesizes key findings from existing research, focusing on the evolution of diversity management, the role of HRM interventions, and practical implications for advancing an inclusive culture. This review emphasizes the importance of organizational commitment to diversity beyond rhetoric, emphasizing the need for embedded HRM practices to leverage diversity as an asset. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of HRM policies that promote diversity and top management support in driving organizational change. These findings offer valuable insights for practitioners, diversity consultants, and academics seeking to advance diversity initiatives and build inclusive organizational cultures.

Abstract

Red Corner, a restaurant in Makassar City, has drawn foodies with its distinctive Molecular Gastronomy-based cuisine and exclusive culinary concept. Even though they are successful in drawing patrons, restaurants nevertheless have a difficult time keeping up with demand because of space constraints and lengthy lines, which can negatively affect the dining experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze Red Corner's marketing strategy utilizing the SWOT method. This study investigates strategic prospects for optimization and determines the elements influencing consumer interest in Red Corner through observations based on customer evaluations and comments on the Beautiful Indonesia platform. Red Corner hopes to use the research findings to improve its marketing tactics, put more of an emphasis on client satisfaction, and reach a wider audience. In addition to helping Red Corner, this study project aims to shed light on restaurant marketing tactics and customer service from both a theoretical and practical standpoint

Abstract

Global uncertainty characterized by economic fluctuations, inflation, and technological disruptions has encouraged households to develop adaptive capabilities in managing their finances. This study aims to analyze the role of financial literacy in strengthening household economic resilience through community service programs while explicitly enriching references related to community engagement within this context. The method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were collected from Google Scholar and various credible websites covering the period from 1977 to 2026. The initial collection process yielded 50 articles, which were then rigorously screened based on relevance, quality, and contribution, resulting in 28 articles selected for further analysis. The findings indicate that financial literacy plays a significant role in shaping more structured financial behavior, improving risk management capabilities, and strengthening household economic stability. Community service programs have proven effective in transferring practical financial knowledge and skills, leading to improved saving habits, expenditure control, and utilization of formal financial services. Case studies demonstrate increases in financial literacy, financial inclusion, and changes in community economic behavior after participation in educational programs.

Abstract

The transformation of digital technology has driven significant changes in payment systems, contributing to the expansion of financial inclusion, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the role of digital payment in promoting MSME financial inclusion and its implications for innovation-based community service activities, while also enriching the literature on community engagement within the digital economy context. The method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis of sources obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites spanning the period 1964–2026. From an initial pool of 50 identified articles, a rigorous selection process resulted in 34 relevant articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that digital payment plays a significant role in enhancing MSMEs’ access to formal financial services, strengthening transaction transparency, and supporting the creation of financial track records that contribute to improved access to financing. The discussion also reveals that successful technology adoption is influenced by factors such as digital literacy, infrastructure availability, and trust in the system. Innovation-based community service activities play a strategic role in bridging these gaps through contextual education, training, and mentoring.
