Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kerangka konseptual yang menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi Green Human Resources Management pada sebuah organisasi. Green Human Resources Management merupakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui aspek prilaku hijau karyawan untuk keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penerapan praktik Green Human Resources Management terhadap organisasi dianggap efektif dan memberikan umpan balik yang positif. Hal tersebut dilandasi oleh banyak faktor yang menunjang prilaku hijau karyawan sehingga berhasil diterapkan dalam organisasi. Faktor-faktor penunjang tersebut perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan multimethod research yang memfokuskan pembahasan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi inisiatif hijau pada praktik Green Human Resources Management. Sehingga nantinya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pemangku kepentingan dalam meningkatkan motivasi anggota organisasi untuk menerapkan konsep Green Human Resources Management demi pengembangan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Roles that are ambiguous, do not have clear specifications and functions, along with role conflicts that often clash, researchers believe will increase employee creativity because employees must improve from the problems/conflicts they have so that their performance is good, the company's performance is good, and they can be trusted in many tasks / targets that a company has. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Role Ambiguity on Employee Creativity with Role Conflict as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research, with an explanatory approach which researchers obtained from collecting questionnaires from Pegadaian insurance employees spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of having worked for at least 1 year. This data can also be called primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results show the Role Ambiguity variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Creativity because the -Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.024. Apart from that show that the Role Conflict variable can moderate the relationship between Role Ambiguity and Employee Creativity because the P-Values value is positive and has a value below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than the direct test of 0.024. In this way, the two research hypotheses above can be accepted and proven comprehensively and scientifically.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability of the Get Hotel rewards website using the Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) and Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) methods. The usability evaluation was conducted to determine whether users find the website easy or difficult to use and whether the information provided is clear enough to prevent user difficulties. A mixed-method approach was employed, with quantitative data collect through the PSSUQ questionnaire involving 138 respondents, determined using the Lemeshow formula. Qualitative data were gathered through interviews using the RTA method, involving 10 selected respondents based on predetermined characteristics. The PSSUQ results showed average scores across four categories, SysUse at 1.82, InfoQual at 1.82, InterQual at 1,84 and Overall at 1,81, reflecting overall user satisfaction with the website. Meanwhile, the RTA method revealed several issues users encountered while using the website, along with suggestions for improving its functionality. Overall Get Hotel Rewards was deemed suitable for use and received positive feedback quantitatively. However, several aspects need improvement based on qualitative findings. According to respondents recommendations the proposed enhancements should address user challenges to improve the user experience and ensure the website meets higher usability standards in the future.

Abstract

Abstract. The aims of this study is to examine the antecedents of rural bank (BPR) employees' performance in Bali province, Indonesia. Data collected through the use of the questionnaire. Research respondents were 65 people from all BPR Operational Section Heads who used it as a saturated sample. The SEM PLS analysis was performed to investigate the variables of employees motivation, organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), and employee productivity. The result of the analysis showed that all hypotheses tested were significantly positively related. Through this study, it can conclude that employee performance in the banking sector supported by work motivation and OCB. These indicate the performance of BPR employees. It is necessary to strengthen the variable of work motivation and the OCB itself. Mediation study revealed that the OCB variable mediated the influence of job motivation on employee performance in a positive and significant manner. These suggest that while motivation for working and OCB grows, employee productivity in BPRs in Badung Regency and the city of Denpasar, Bali correspondingly increases. Abstract

The utilization of digital technology in human resource management (HRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing employee discipline and performance. PT. Studio Kami Mandiri has implemented the SHUCADA application as an HRM system designed to improve work efficiency and employee discipline. This study aims to analyze the impact of the SHUCADA application on employee discipline and performance within the company. This research employs a quantitative approach using a pre-test post-test experimental method. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 38 employees utilizing the SHUCADA application, along with log data from the application. Data analysis techniques included the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis testing using paired t-tests and Pearson correlation to determine the relationships between the examined variables. The results indicate a significant difference in employee discipline and performance at PT. Studio Kami Mandiri before and after the implementation of the SHUCADA application (p=0.000). Furthermore, a strong positive correlation was found between the use of the SHUCADA application and increased discipline (r=1, p=0.000) as well as employee performance (r=1, p=0.000). These findings suggest that the SHUCADA application positively influences employee discipline and productivity.

Abstract

Background: Purchase intention is often driven by consumers’ emotional responses and their knowledge about a product—both of which can be significantly shaped by social media influencers. These influencers play a key role in disseminating product information and generating consumer interest. Objective: This study aims to reevaluate the mediating role of product knowledge in the relationship between social media influencers and consumers’ intention to purchase, particularly in the context of electric vehicle promotion. Methods: The study employed a non-probability purposive sampling technique to survey 120 respondents residing in Bali, all of whom possess a valid driver’s license and follow Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Bali social media influencers. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis to assess both direct and mediated relationships among variables. This approach was chosen for its effectiveness in modeling complex relationships and testing mediation effects. The data were analyzed using mediation analysis with SPSS Macro Process Model 4 by Hayes. Results: Social media influencers have a significant direct impact on both product knowledge and purchase intention (p < 0.01). Product knowledge also shows a significant direct effect on purchase intention (p = 0.0254). Moreover, product knowledge plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between social media influencers and purchase intention (CI: 0.3028-0.8213). Conclusion: The findings underscore that social media influencers not only directly influence consumer purchase intentions but also do so indirectly by enhancing product knowledge. This highlights their strategic importance in boosting consumer awareness and engagement

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti terkait pengaruh kepemimpinan digital dan pengakuan serta penghargaan berbasis digital terhadap kinerja organisasi, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi di Leo Clubs District 307 B2 Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, studi ini menggabungkan data kuantitatif dari 124 responden yang dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM dan wawasan kualitatif dari tujuh wawancara. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital memengaruhi kinerja organisasi secara positif tetapi tidak memengaruhi motivasi secara signifikan. Sebaliknya, pengakuan dan penghargaan digital secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja, dengan sertifikat, pengakuan media sosial, dan dokumentasi kontribusi yang terbukti lebih efektif daripada kepemimpinan saja. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa sementara kepemimpinan digital memperkuat komunikasi dan koordinasi, penghargaan berbasis digital memainkan peran yang lebih substansial dalam memotivasi anggota. Rekomendasi meliputi mengoptimalkan sistem penghargaan digital, meningkatkan komunikasi digital, dan mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan yang memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in the operation of sharia hotels in Indonesia from the perspective of institutional economics, human resource management, and entrepreneurship. The research methods used are systematic literature review, which include studies from leading academic databases, namely Scopus, Google Scholar, JSTOR, and IEEE Xplore. The main findings of this study indicate that a strong institutional and regulatory structure is essential for the operation of sharia hotels, with government policy support playing a key role in ensuring compliance with sharia principles. In addition, employee training and development that focuses on Islamic values has been shown to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Entrepreneurship in sharia hotels involves innovation and development of sharia-compliant business models, which helps improve the competitiveness and sustainability of hotels.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Pesona Plastic, Batubulan Village, Gianyar Regency, Bali, focuses on the development of design products that use plastic waste as raw material. This effort involves the utilization of technology and sustainable business management strategies. The methods used include training and mentoring. This article outlines concrete steps in the development of Pesona Plastic UMKM, including the plastic waste processing process, the development of innovative design products, and the implementation of sustainable business management strategies. Activities conducted include the procurement of equipment and various training sessions, such as product design training for accessories and fashion, website integration training, interior product design training, digital marketing training, packaging design training, entrepreneurship and financial management training for UMKM and youth, social media marketing training, layout design, and space organization training, as well as equipment usage workshops. The results are successful efforts to reduce the impact of plastic waste, create high-quality products, and improve the well-being of the Pesona Plastic UMKM community in Batubulan Village. The follow-up plan for this program involves collaboration between IDB Bali and Pesona Plastic UMKM, with future involvement of students for practical training and the realization of designed products that serve a useful purpose.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide opportunities for students and lecturers to develop communication skills and become reliable and professional MCs. By involving 30 participants, the training was held on July 17, 2023, with Gendhis Widhi, an expert in the field of Master of Ceremonies and public communications, as speaker. The interactive learning methods used, such as group discussions, simulations, and hands-on exercises, succeeded in increasing the participants' understanding of the training material. The evaluation results showed a high level of satisfaction among the participants. They stated that there was an increase in communication skills and self-confidence after attending the training. The participants also appreciated the selection of experienced presenters and relevant materials. This activity succeeded in creating a generation of students and lecturers who are better prepared to face the challenges of a competitive world of work. With better communication skills, participants are ready to contribute to various events and activities on campus and in the community.
