Abstract

This article discusses efforts to construct news filtration based on the criteria of hadith narrators according to the ulama. Researchers are interested in studying related themes because it is motivated by the massive emergence of invalid news. This phenomenon then initiated researchers to present this research product. The method used in this research is qualitative with library research model. Meanwhile, the method used in the system processes descriptive-analytic data. Several points contained in this research include, 1). Factors causing the spread of invalid news and their implications. 2). Examples of prevention efforts regarding hoax news based on hadith. 3). Opportunities and challenges in filtering news with the validity criteria of narration. Among the conclusions produced from this research are, 1). One of the causes of the amount of news that is not credible is the appearance buzzer who present because of an interest, not because of neutrality. Apart from that, news seekers who are not credible will produce news that is also not trustworthy. 2). Construction of preventive measures against the spread of hoax news hadith based. 3). This construction offering has its fair share of opportunities and challenges fifty-fifty.

Abstract

This article discuss about application theory Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics in dissect phenomenon rampant pranks taking place in the contemporary era. In the discussion, researcher will do analysis based hadith prophet. Research methods This is qualitative. Whereas processing the data use method descriptive analytical. In the article This is the problem under study among them is background behind along with steps Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics, postulates based on the Koran and hadith which have correlation with discussion this, and application Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics towards hadith that has suitability with phenomenon prank. Study results show that 1). Steps Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics is critics history, eidetic, and praxis. 2). At least there is three verse that has linkages with pranks, that is Al-Hujurat Verse 11, Al-A'raf Verse 51, Ash-Shura Verse 42. Whereas editorial hadith that has linkages with pranks, that is Musnad Ahmad 8366, Sunan Abu Dawud 4350, Sunan Abu Dawud 4351. 3). Phenomenon prank punished as something that is permissible, except There is detrimental elements, then matter the will change law pranks become haram.

Abstract

Hadis tentang perumpamaan mu’min sebagai cermin menyimpan nilai kesadaran sosial, yaitu kesadaran menyeru kepada kebaikan dan melarang kepada keburukan. Maka dari itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hadis tentang perumpaan mu’min sebagai cermin menggunakan teori kesadaran milik Paulo Friere. Metode yang akan digunakan ialah metode kualitatif yang berbasis library research. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analistik deskriptif yaitu menganalisis data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, kemudian mendeskripsikan hasil secara komprehensif. Adapun pertanyaan yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini ialah 1) bagaimana kualitas sanad dan matan hadis perumpamaan mu’min sebagai cermin?, 2) bagaimana pemahaman hadis perumpaan mu’min sebagai cermin menggunakan teori kesadaran kritis Paulo Friere?. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah, hadis tentang perumpamaan mu’min sebagai cermin berkualitas hasan. Hadis perumpamaan mu’min sebagai cermin mengandung makna seorang mu’min menjadi pantulan cermin, yang kemudian akan tersadarkan kebaikan maupun keburukan mu’min yang lain, sehingga seorang mu’min tersebut bisa saja melakukan amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar tanpa ia tahu apa landasannya (Magis), ataupun seorang mu’min tidak melakukan amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar meskipun sadar tentang landasannya (Naif), dan seorang mu’min melakukan amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar dengan sadar akan landasannya (Kritis).
